two entry points, found out afterword, after entry, plenty of time to get refreshments, which are all within steps of entry. pleasant, organized, the only semi-complaint is when buying tickets, map isn't really a true depiction of amphitheater, we ended up much farther away from stage as I would have liked! Price be damned, I'll buy closer reserved seats!

Decent venue, competitive for what's around. Good sound. But parking. Parking here is as great as Verizon's customer service, dreadful. Make sure you get there at least two hours before your show, especially if you have lot B parking because they will give it away and force you to park a mile away in an industrial complex. And the traffic flow is horrendous when it comes to concert time.

It's a good amphitheater. Parking is close enough, sight lines are good. Bathrooms seem to be plentiful enough.

Only problem is that it is oddly hidden and finding can be a pain if you've not been before. But at the end of the day, you're going to probably get lit, so get Uber and call it a day.

I live in Alpharetta so talk about convenience!! The staff is well organized. You have great view of the stage doesn t matter what chair you re sitting on. I haven t set in the lawn yet but know plenty of friends that have and they all had a good time. Can t wait to come again!

So easy to get around. Not a pain like downtown. Parking is great. Entrance is great. Getting to your seats doesn't taken forever, climbing thousands of levels and walking half way around the world.

Listened to the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra perform the music of John Williams and Star Wars on a beautiful cool September evening. This is their second year performing this showcase. I hope they keep doing this. The Verizon Amphitheatre is a great venue to hear classical music being performed.

Very cool place to enjoy some music. They have some big name bands playing at the amphitheater. It was much easier getting in and out than I expected. There is food and drinks sold there but its pricey. You can check to see if they still allow people to bring in an unopened bottle of water.

AMAZING. AMAZING. Staff was nice and helpful. Security was reasonable and not rude like in other places for no reason. Very organized. The experience was so cool at the Breaking Benjamin concert. Lot A in the back was easier to park to me. They even gave $1 for every rental chair you brought back. I thought I could make an easy $10 but people really took that offer and those chairs were gone!

A Perfect Circle was awesome here. I do wish they would have used the big screens so the people in the back could see more details from on stage. However, this was band preference. Great place to see any show really at any price level.

This is a large outdoor amphitheater, But it s mostly covered. They have several concession stands for food and drinks with beer and wine and mixed drinks available. Of course the food and drinks are a little pricey. Like an amusement park or a movie theater type pricing. Comfortable seats. It s a great venue overall.

Great place. Nice, professional people including the staff for the whole venue and the workers at the food/drink stands. Sound for the concerts is amazing, and the seating is very well placed. Even places for smoking/vaping for those who do, just not inside the seating area for the concert.

plan for bad traffic and really high prices. be aware that there are box seats between the front and middle section, which may block your view. otherwise, it is a nice covered venue with huge fans.

Zztop was awesome as always. These boys from Texas have been rocking George for 50 years. The rain was needed but should have been better planing for the meet and greet. Standing in the rain is not the best when your standing there looking at cover.

Took forever to get parked. The parking situation is awful and the parking attendants are very slow. After getting out of the car the parking attendant was immediately rude to me when i asked him a question. After walking to the theater It was very confusing which line was for paper tickets and which line was for paperless tickets. So I asked an employee and of course they had a very rude response with an angry tone. After getting in theater I asked how to get to the general admission/standing area. The employee I asked pointed out the line for general admission. At the end of the line they put a wristband on your wrist and you walk up to the sage. As i got to the end of the line the employee told me to "hurry up", Which was very rude. I got a wristband and walked up to the stage. I watched the concert and it sounded good. The venue itself was clean and the sound was good. After the bands played the staff keep getting all up on people and told them to leave the standing area. After waiting in a line and buying a t-shirt we were told we needed to leave or be arrested for criminal trespassing. Every single staff member I came in contact with was rude and that ruined my experience.
