Nice venue, easy to get in and out of. The staff is friendly. The place is very clean for a concert venue. The biggest problem I have is the beer selection is expensive and very limited. Those who like something more than bud or the latest trendy ipa can't find a beer. Cocktails are $20 so they add up quick.

I was here for the graduation of Alpharetta High School. Love the seeding. Love the jumbo TV monitors. Extreme clarity. The only downside is that it is so far to walk from the different Lots to the front gate. But I will say in its favor that they had carts little golf carts to run the elderly and the infirmed back and forth.

Great venue!

Great venue!
After being only at Aaron's Amphitheater at Lakewood, this is another world.
Free parking, very nice staff. You can bring lawn chairs and your own food. Very relaxed environment, they have several good and drinks booths. Very pleased. We are here to see Poison!

Blackberry Smoke....their...At the Drive-in Concert was fantastic. Entering the Ameris Bank Amitheather was managed very well and it was easy. Even the dog checking the vehicles for weapons was novel and unintrusive. The way that each car was situated, provided location information to allow food and merchandise vendors was precision. Each car and concert attendees were greeted and it was excellent and the support of the personnel was superb!!! Food and merchandise was ordered on line and delivered to your location immediately. The large screen allowed for better viewing and everyone in the audience was just there to have a good time. It was my grandson's first concert and it could not have gone better. Nor could have any band been more fun, entertaining and their music more exciting and excellent as was Blackberry Smoke's. The skill of the musicians was amazing and the vocals were outstanding. I have never enjoyed a concert more!!! Two thumbs way, way up for the Ameris Bank Amphitheater and Blackberry Smoke!!! Thank you all so much for an outstanding event and great Saturday night out!!!

Went to see Steely Dan, who I thought was great. That's the only positive. The location is very easy to get to from several directions. However, the downside is the parking, which can be a nightmare. Depending on when you get in your car and get in line to exit it can take the better part of 45 minutes just to get out of the lot. So you go to a nice concert and have to make a mad dash to your car or get stuck.

Didn't care for the seating. They are folding chairs with cushion seats and backs. That's fine if I'm paying $20 for a concert but not great for paying $100+. Seating is very cramped. If you are a germaphobe and don't like people touching you then you will be very uncomfortable. Go to Chastain and have a better time.

Worst traffic control at a major entertainment venue that I have ever seen. We exited GA 400 at Haynes Bridge Rd at 7:00 for an 8:00 concert. We didn't get to Lot A until 8:15 and missed the start of the concert. Afterwards, it was close to an hour before traffic even started moving at the back end of the lot where we were parked. Our experience tonight made you think that this was a new venue and they were just learning the ropes. We'll spend our concert dollars at the Fox, Chastain, and Lakewood from now on.

I love this venue! It's like a slightly smaller, but nicer, more intimate version of Lakewood. The lawn seats are great; we like to bring a blanket to sit on!

The one complaint I have for Verizon is that the concessions (beer) are pretty expensive. Especially in relation to the prices I can get at the Mercedes Benz dome, I think they should be more competitive.

Attended an event with a huge crowd, but still parking, and facilities were properly managed. Open arena with good lights and access to various sections. Tables with boxes for eating with family behind the main seating area.

Wonderful sounding concert venue a short drive outside of Atlanta. There is not much to differentiate concert sheds of this type but, traffic and ride-sharing is typically easy, the sound is nice as noted, and decent amenities.

Its a good place to enjoy a concert outdoors. Make sure you use your navigation to the parking lot that you intend on using. Drink prices are outrageous. You can bring an factory sealed water bottle up to 1 liter and chairs if you are sitting on the lawn.

Nice Venue. Parking is handled well. Plenty of concessions. Easy to get around.

Would give it five stars except for the following.
Sound quality wasn't as good as I had hoped. Also would be nice to have a steeper grade to the seated area. We couldn't see past the couple in front of us, so spent the night getting glimpses of the show.

This was our fourth concert here and it was a great experience as usual. Lots of choices of food and beverage vendors including a T-Mobile fast lane. The security is great and overall we d recommend this venue to everyone. One note though is to make sure you get close parking when you buy your event ticket.

We were there for Santana! Awesome show. Great seats. Fairly comfortable. Normal congestion parking wise, but its free parking and well directed. My one complaint is that live nation and ticketmasrer suck. Now they actually auction tickets that supposedly have a fixed value based on demand...pretty greedy...not to mention the fees.

I give them 5 Stars if they had better food options. Lakewood amplitheatre has much better food choices. Per usual beer prices and food prices are steep so try and smuggle in your own food. I have a can of Colt 45 up my ass in preparation for going

Was here for North Springs High School graduation. Staff was the best with getting wheelchairs for elderly Family members. It gets cool if you sit in the valley under the pavilion. Can't really see the stage but the screens were huge and visible.

This Venue is superb for concerts...Everything is well thought out, the acoustics are incredible, and the staff is incredible! Food and beverages are unusually reasonable!! Florence and the Machine was an amazing concert!

The venue was different from normal performances because this was a circus performance Under the Tent. It was a late showing, dark, and rainy out. Two of the Lots were closed that Google took me to, but a another car also looking for the show said he knew the way. Ended up finding the lot that was open for the performance, it was very muddy traveling to the entrance. The performance was amazing and I would definitely recommend Verizon Amphitheater for performances.

I saw Hans Zimmer here not to long ago. It was hot until the sun went down. But I didn't notice any mosquito's or bugs hanging around. The theater was nice and the concert sounded amazing! Wish they had a better beer selection and better food options.

Beautiful venue, surrounded by trees, great access to parking and fabulous customer service! Would have given them 5 stars if not for the people smoking around me in the amphitheater, ruining my enjoyment of the concert. Saw police officers walking through the area, but did not see anyone making an attempt to enforce the non smoking area

Great venue to see & hear a great band, group or entertainer perform in an open air arena. The seating for events provide a clear view of the stage without obstruction. The lawn seating looks too wornout and too far away from the stage with some possible obstruction of the stage. Overall, the sound system is very good. The seats are comfortable plus the views are good, if people aren't standing up the whole time.
The concessions are too pricey ( $10 for unlimited popcorn, $9 for hotdog, beer $18 a mug). Eat before you attend a concert. Saves time & money. The lawn seating is uncomfortable for the price. You do better purchasing a seat. The free parking works, if you get there early. We parked in a nearby office complex as directed to, by the venue personnel. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes to this venue. You'll be glad, you did.
Be prepared to enjoy a great evening under the stars. My crew checked out THE ELEMENTS (EWF TOUR with Nile Rodgers & Chic). We were overwhelmed by an Awesome show!!

Great venue for concerts. Not too large and good selection. Had issues with sloooow service at gate and concessions which delayed us getting into Dave Matthew's Band concert. Good for tailgating.

Traffic control totally sucked for Earth Wind and Fire on Aug. 19th TOTALLY SUCKED!!!!The signage for parking was WRONG, and there were a minimal number of cops/ employees directing traffic. Cops sitting in their cars, but directing traffic???? It took us a solid hour and a half to park AFTER we found where we were supposed to park. AFTER we had prepaid for reserved parking. We totally missed the first act (Chic) sitting on traffic. Spent $200 on tickets and missed half of the show because of y'alls poor traffic control! Jesus will have to be here in order for me to come back. Never, ever again! You all need to take some lessons from Chastain, Lakewood, and Wolf Creek on how to do this.

Awesome venue great sound and sight lines. Only negative was the lack of signage for different parking sections....lots of attendants but none could direct us to the lot we had pre purchased.

I live in Roswell, and guess what? I can hear this music at night AFTER 10 pm.
One night because of rain. They had music at 1 am.
Sounds like my neighbors are having a party.
I know if I had music that loud, the police would put a stop to it.

They need to tone the music down a lot.
