Parking was atrocious. Overall, clean and music was good. Drinks were outrageous at $19 for a single shot drink. More than snotty venue I've been to. Tiny porta potties and sink stopped working. Upgrade from lawn seats, worth the money since its so disorganized.

Great place for concerts the acoustics are absolutely wonderful. Clean and awesome set up rather your in seats or the lawn, you will defiantly enjoy the show!!!

This is a great place for business, family, and friends to come together and listen to some known and not so known bands. I am fortunate to have a friend with box seats and this has been really great to hear some bands I wouldn't normally of thought to go hear and see. The VIP club is very cool and offers a nice dinner option if you don't want to usual fast food served at the table in the box. We have really enjoyed this. The staff does a good job keeping things moving too.

First time at this venue was fine. It was only about half full. Went to see REO Speedwagon and Chicago tonight, it was ridiculous. They need traffic control. It shouldn't take 30 minutes to get into the place. They oversell the lawn. It was FULL. Still hundreds of people walking around trying to find a place to sit, and more steadily coming in. IF we ever go back, it will be to assigned seats. We left. Not standing around for hours. Good thing the tickets were free......otherwise, I would have had to raise hell with someone.

Enjoyed Peter Frampton and Steve Miller in a covered area with good seating and food options.

Nice venue "tucked away" in "far" North Fulton. Parking lots difficult to locate. Improved/larger/more directional signs needed. Surrounding streets were not made to efficiently handle the volume of concert traffic. Not a "bad" seat in the house. High quality video screens add to the experience for all, especially those seated in the back. Good sound. Giant ceiling fans keep the night air moving under the covered seating. Would be worthy of 5 stars with lower parking fees, MUCH lower priced concessions, and improvements to ingress/egress.

Worst parking of my entire life with no instructions from the venue.

Little far for us but a great place and the people that works there are EXTREMELY nice!

Very cool, only thing that was wrong we paid extra $30 for a (premium parking pass) and no one checked , should have saved that money, because you will need it if you plan on having some beers, $15 bucks for 16oz cup. That being said we had an amazing experience ,we went on a Thursday to see "Korn" and the place was rocking the ushers were friendly and helpful, I would definitely come back

Great place to hold a concert!!! Saw Niall Horan tonight and was very pleased with not only the show quality but how nice the people who worked at the venue were. Prices, as expected were expensive but i was very pleased overall.

The John Bonham/Peter Frampton concert was really great! My sister-in-law and I had a really good time. The employees are very friendly and they will help you find your seats. The restrooms and concession stands are close by and it was nice they have real restrooms and not a port a potty. The beer and other alcoholic drinks are expensive, but for those that don't want to drink there are soft drinks as well which don't cost as much. The music was very enjoyable and this was the second time I have been to Ameris Bank Amphitheatre for a concert.

Clean!!! Great set up. Very friendly helpful staff. They did an awesome job of getting people in and out of the parking lot smoothly and efficiently. Even the lawn seats were clean and had a great view! Typical food and beer prices and selection. Great experience!

Parking is very confusing. Seats are not leveled well (hard to see over the people in front of you). But the venue itself is very nice. It's clean, well maintained, and a good staff.

Great venue. Clean and well kept. It's really nice that you can sit in the very back and still clearly see the stage. Only complaint is that my Verizon coverage in the verizon amphitheatre was really bad. How does that work?

Venue was nice but the parking was really messed up took us 30 minutes just to get to our lot and several people around us said they didn't even pay for parking they just came and pulled in. Was very disappointed with the food I have a limited diet due to a medical issue and they had nothing but nachos pretzels and popcorn ... nothing I could eat!

Great night! Loved the concert. However... the burger place charges a lot for a burger and fried and you only get 5 fries

Great summer concert venue but only about 50% of the parking options allow tailgating and you can't pick which lot you want.

The worst parking I've ever experienced. We sat in front of the venue for an hour and couldn't get into the parking lot.

Staff kicked us out into the rain after the RUSH concert. Would prefer ANY other ATL venue.

I had VIP parking which I highly recommend due to the convenience... This is one of my favorite spots to see a concert because there's not a bad seat in the house .
Inside the venue is exceptionally clean and well-organized easy to find your way around.. the staff was friendly and helpful.

My mom won "Box seats" to the Country Fair concert last weekend. The "BOX" was the Subway deck. We did have a table and chairs but were not really in a suite as we thought. It did beat sitting on the cold wet ground. The music was good, sound: very good, and we enjoyed it. The cheapest price on beer we could find was $13.25 which mom said was way too much-- especially for a Bud Lite so she didn't get one. She did buy me a coke which she oaid $5.50 for a small bottle. You better have some mobey if you're goibg to eat & drink there!

Saw peter framptons last show there and me and my girl loved it....really comfortable even on the lawn...beer was kinda overpriced but thats the way it is mostly everywhere

Beautiful venue! Easily navigable with inbreeding helpful and friendly staff. My favorite outdoor theatre to visit

Its a "Top Tier" venue where safety is the first priority. Yes you will wait for food and drinks, is that why you go....to gorge? Anywho I did wait in line for two hotdogs for 20 minutes because we "envived" a bit too much on the adult beverages and required protein before the "Lyft" home. They were good but not worth 20 minutes. The mini yard of Pina Colada was good.

Did I mention safety? FD and PD everywhere, they looked sharped, organized, and ready for ANYTHING!!! Its nice to see them so heavy of a presence to ensure EVERYONE is safe!!!

The seating is nice, we blanketed the lawn behind the $20 upgrade mini lawn chairs that you can upgrade your ticket to enter the section, they are ready with wireless pos to charge your card. We had a great view, the sound was great, the Large Screen TV's where a nice addition to closeups.

Use cups that other patrons wind up putting there hands in

The parking is HORRIBLE!!! The directions off their website lead us to a road that was closed! The concert has started and we are in the longest line of cars all trying to park. It's ridiculous that they did not plan for this type of traffic. Never again!

The ampitheater was a great layout and experience during the concert. However it was a NIGHTMARE when leaving. Staff located @ exit gate was giving out bad directions to specific parking lots and NONE of the lots were marked. There were so many people distraught trying to find their specific parking lot and vehichles. NO STAFF was outside gates to assist.

Clean facilities. Excellent acoustics. No seat is a bad seat in this place.

Saw Bad Wolves, Breaking Benjamin and Five Finger Death Punch here this past August and it was amazing. Very nice venue. I will definitely return.

Not crazy about the lack of slope on the seating floor.
If you are 5'5" and someone a little taller is sitting in front of you, you still can't see. Other venues have a nice slope to the seating ratio and provides you the opportunity to tiptoe and see. The slope is pretty much nonexistent at this venue.
I'm sure the lawn seating had a better view than I did.
Paid lots of money to just watch the monitors...should have gotten the cheap seats.
Prices for food and drink is somewhat higher than I expected too.

Awesome venue. The lawn section was huge, but the difference with this venue's lawn is how they built it on a steep hill. There's not one bad seat in the whole venue, including the lawn. The screens were big and you could see the entire stage. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Beats the pants off of any amphitheatre where I'm from in Florida, and we use then year-round. I had a blast seeing Jimmy Buffett and the Coral Reefer Band with all my new buddies in the lawn section.
