I ordered a coffee latte, and it was really hot, the milk was steamed too much, so it tastes like burned milk! The service was terrible, couldn't hear my friends' conversation because the employee was vacuuming the floor!

Small, comfortable coffee house. Great baristas and a selection of locally made pastries (gluten-free and other dietary restriction options available). Big tables and several available outlets, making it great space for groups to meet up or work alone, so long as we remember our coffee shop ettiquete.

Best espresso in the Hillsboro/Beaverton area and a wonderful atmosphere. Picture is an almond milk cortado I had today, but I have had many wonderful drinks from them over the years.

The coffee here is absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is that of a very standard small coffee shop, which is absolutely excellent. The baristas were very friendly and made our coffee very well and very quickly.

Great coffee here! I ordered a large latte and the milk was perfectly frothed and the coffee had a nice strong flavor to it. The baristas were also very nice and good to have a conversation with. I love going around the city of Portland supporting local coffee shops instead of going to the franchised ones.

Their barista, Maria, is incredibly sweet and knows how to make a good cup of coffee. Give that girl a raise! The atmosphere is so relaxed, clean and I would choose Haven over any coffee shop any day.

Coffee was fantastic, they appear to use sleepy monk beans. Atmosphere was a bit cold and getting to the location was not very easy if you're not already familiar with it. If I lived in walking distance I'm sure if be a regular. The person running things was kind and helpful.

Hands down best late in Portland/Metro area. Love sleepy monk coffee and not too sweet if you add a flavor to your coffee. I always stop by if I'm in the area. Wish they would open another one closer to where I live

Very Good to excellent coffee and fresh pastry in this small, slightly out of the way walk in coffees/teas/hot chocolate enterprise. Haven has a kid friendly, family atmosphere and is my preference, (rather than Starbucks), to enjoy a short chat with the barista, the aroma of an excellent cup of roasted brew, to help you start your engine on a weekend or weekday. The Haven Coffee Co. is a little place that seats few and has limited parking (otherwise I would give it 5 stars).

My favorite coffee shop. The roast is "Sleepy Monk" out of cannon beach. It is an organic fair trade roast. The espresso is brewed very skillfully and the lattes are very good, even down to the art on top. The staff is nice, and the owner is a great guy. The WiFi is fast, and the ambiance is that of a nice, local coffee shop. My favorite drink is their "Mayan Mocha." It is a regular mocha with a bit of cyan pepper and magic.

Came in and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxed. Needed to get some work done free of distraction and this is a great fit! The coffee is of great quality and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The food items they have are tasty; I had their mini quiche which was fresh and delicious. This is my fourth or fifth time coming to this shop and they are never disappointing! Four stars only because I always leave room for improvement. A few of their tables are a little low, though I am also rather tall

Best Organic coffee in the NW area. Friendly staff. Good pastries. Unfortunately the shop is aesthetically unpleasing but comfortable. Hoping the progress with a much needed renovation.

My favorite coffee shop, hands down. Not only do they have delicious coffee, they have a kombucha growler fill station, amazing and friendly staff, and a comfortable atmosphere. Thanks for all that you do!

Consistently one the best lattes in town. Sleepy Monk has the most beautiful balance of bold flavor with a smooth finish, it is so heavenly. Along with that, they are incredibly consistent, staff training must be very good. I have been here so so many times and have almost never had a bad latte. The latte art is lovely and you know it's going to be delicious when you pick up the cup and it's lighter than you expected -- the milk is really well balanced and aerated. I wish they had breakfast sandwiches, the location and interior leave a little bit to be desired but man... the coffee is the best.

Hands down, the best coffee in Portland. If you re in the neighborhood, stop on by. Unpretentious, open space with phenomenal coffee (Sleepy Monk from Cannon Beach- which there is no better coffee). Enjoy!

Coffee was really good. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Setting is warm and comfortable with a great "coffee shop" feel. Only downside is the parking and location. In the busy weekday hours it can be a challenge to navigate in the area with traffic. That being said, I will be returning for future visits.

Really good organic beans and baristas that know what they're doing. I drink my Americanos black, so it's nice to find coffee that's flavorful without being bitter or sour. They have Henry Higgins Boiled Bagels which are really tasty and fresh. It's a grab one and toast your own kind of operation. Not a ton of seating, but they have several four person tables with power outlets galore. Friendly people, unpretentious, and a dedicated parking lot.

They have hemp and oat milk alternatives which are great. The honey lavender latte is very sweet. Personally I would ask for it half sweet so you can still taste the coffee. Comfy spot with outdoor seating available.

What a lovely little coffee shop! My iced coffee was tasty, and not at all too bitter. My friends' pumpkin chai spice lattes were creamy and delicious. Service was great, store was clean, and I will be returning!
