Nice venue with great accustics. However, signage around area for parking is lacking. The security screening with hand metal detectors was very slow due to large number of attendees and not enough staff. Also, after event traffic is forced to exit area via inefficient routes.

Great venue! Helpful staff, mid-size venue offering tickets in everyone's price range! Hill walking for parking---lot c is a little spendy, but only 10 feet away! Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

A great venue. Tried the VIP experience, was worth it with a more private, less crowded area. Had a free phone charging station. Free popcorn, and different food selections. Standard concert food and drink prices. You can take 1 bottle of water in with you. Sound is great no matter where you are in the amphitheater. (Pictured is NEEDTOBREATHE)

Got to sit in the VIP boxes for the first time. Service from Harrison was great and the VIP facilities were very comfortable. I see concerts a few times per year here and it's always a good time. Except for traffic...

Good venue but over sell on tickets , I mean if you buy a lawn seat then it's just that....a lawn seat. You sell all the yuppies a chair for who knows how much money then they stand up whole show and then not enough room

Nice place to see a show. If you have the time, I strongly recommend getting to the parking lot a little on the early side and hanging out, to beat the traffic. In my experience, the traffic doesn't start to get too bad until closer to showtime.

Great venue to see musical acts. Good sight lines, easy row access to seating, attentive security and usher staff. Decent amount of food walkup windows and plenty of beverage options for all ages.

This place SUCKS! #GOATRODEO ...spent 90 minutes driving from Avalon to Parking Lot A for Steely Dan and The Doobie Brothers last night! Missed the entire Doobie Brothers set, except for the last 4 songs. Any venue of this stature, that leaves concert goers stranded in their cars for an hour and a half ON A SATURDAY NIGHT!!! ...needs to have a very long post mortem management meeting with local law enforcement and figure out how to improve this atrocious and embarrassing problem. This happens every time! Usually on week days, when there is also a rush hour to deal with. But on a Saturday night? Come on folks. Fix this! And how about a refund of 40% of the amount we paid for tickets? Your ineptitude caused the problem. Now, make it right.

Great location for concerts, there were a lot of things to do in this ex: Restaurants, A Mall... Parking was a hassle being that this is located in a residential area and the concert sold out. Once we were in though the Venue itself was amazing.

Brought my whole family to see Florence & the Machine this week, and the show was awesome! But that was expected. What was not expected was the staff of the Amphitheatre and how accommodating and kind-hearted they were to us. Our 2 year old daughter asks to listen to Florence by name at home, so we brought her to the show with us. The screaming crowd was a bit much for her, and the staff, one incredibly kind and patient lady in particular, chauffeured us to a more secluded area where ALL of our crew could still enjoy ourselves. We will be back!

Wife s arm was violently grabbed by Garbage security because she asked a question they didn t want to answer professionally. Weed EVERYWHERE . Bring it to their attention they get defensive and make YOU the bad guy. Live Nation, security want YOU to shut up and obey. Garbage Amateurs

So you pay $100 for a ticket. Is it too much to ask that the big video monitors actually work? Not 1 night, but all 3 nights? And what's up with waiting 30-40 minutes in traffic trying to get into parking lot A? The teenagers we're not helping people into the lot and parking quick enough. Completely rediculous. And let's not forget the 30 minute wait to get through the under staffed under equipped security entrance. This place is beginning to stink like Lakewood!

Great place, Great location, Great friendly helpful staff. Overall clean. Good amount of space (seating, pit & lawn). Came here to see Knotfest Slipknot. VIP section was great. Nice, super clean and comfortable.

Awesome sounds from the speakers and great view of stage! Just saw the legendary Judas priest live! I will be back for more shows in the future. Great food although a little pricey. It was $14 for one beer. I'm from Nashville Tennessee and see many shows at many venues they are all $9 for the same beer. However the sound and selection of food is really good. Better than gwinnett center and most Nashville spots except bridgestone arena which has the Lexus lounge. The sound quality was better than most Nashville venues however. Great job. Do need to lower that drink price though.

Crazy fun!!! Had a ball there with my girls... Drinks were rediculous.. it costs $57 for 2 lemonade vodka drinks... Sickning!!!! Ugh! But there also wasn't enough room on the lawn I bought tickets for so that needs to be planned a little better... Over all it was very fun!

Still great place to see a concert.. I will say that they have let the place go a little. The grounds looking bad, weeds popping up, no pine straw, trees need pruning, busted seats. Also their concessions rules are ridiculous. No "extra" cups for water, no lids or straws for sodas, no option for free refills. Get with the times folks.... service is everything!

The parking is a joke. The traffic getting here was no joke. Missed half the concert. Walking from parking was more like a serious uphill hike. Walking back to parking was a serious downhill hike. Don't wear heels ladies! You have been warned. They gave us two free drink tickets for our trouble. That being said, Earth Wind and Fire was great. Very tight. I watched a live stream of Chic on the way in to park. I won't come back to this venue. Give me Phillips Arena any day.

Great except for parking and prices. There is no good access to this place. There are three small 2 lane streets that are going through an area with small office spaces. These meet at traffic circle and merge to a single lane road that goes in to the parking lot. The doors opened at 6 and the show started at 7. We arrived in the area around 6:20 and it took us nearly and hour to get parked. I'm not sure who had the dumb idea of putting a venue this size in this location. I don't think I would ever go back, but if I did I would arrive an hour before the doors open, bring food, and hang out in the parking lot. The concert venue itself is pretty nice. Good sound, nice viewing, and relatively clean bathrooms.

Band's were great!

Band's were great!
Parking was handled very poorly. I'm used to sitting in traffic to get out of a concert but never on my way in. Got within a mile 45 minutes before the show but still missed first 15 minutes as traffic crawled while they figured out where to park people.
Grading is very slight in venue, as others have mentioned, combined with tight seating so plan to struggle to see while your neighbors bump into you.

Great place to see bands, and naturally the acoustics make for a great music experience..if you like to drink I suggest having a few before you get there"safely"because they only carry a few choices and its $15 for a 20 oz+tip
