They get the best schedule but there isn't enough lawn space for the tickets they sell. If you are lucky enough to get an actual seat, it's worth it. Food and drink choices are great!

Great venue. What was the curdled milk smell in the lawn area?
Great place to hear great bands, just wish it wasn't so far away up in Alpharetta, but it's not terribly hard to get to
I enjoyed the lawn both times I went. Really easy to park, get inside and leave at the end of the night.
Great show, Brad Paisley, and pay the $50 for Premier Parking, well worth the $$.
The venue was great, food a little pricey, but hey it was Tim McGraw and Rascal Flats....Plenty of parking and the shuttle service to N lot was great...Everything was clean, and the staff very friendly and knowledgeable...
Nice place for an outdoor concert. Tons of ushers for help. Plenty of unbelievably clean bathroom stalls. Food and drink is way over priced $15 for a can of beer??!!
I'm biased. I work here during the season and it is an awesome place to work. My son's graduation was held here, so I have special memories. My kids and I saw the BS Boys here and it took me back to when they were small an they thought I was the smartest person on earth. There are no bad seats at Verizon, even the lawn gives you a great view. The food is not overly pricey and parking is a snap. Remember if you cant make the walk from the parking lot to the venue or visa versa, just ask a parking attendant to call for a lift in a golf cart...don't worry that is what they are there for. If you are picking up will call or VIP passes dont park in lot A off of Old Roswell Road. Go to the main box office off Encore Parkway (off Westside). They will help you without delay.
Great seats wherever you sit. We're always usually in the back of section 105. Hate climbing over everybody. Excellent sound system. Wish the place had better street signs, always get lost going there even though I go frequently. Steve Miller was awesome.
Great venue for an outdoor concert, seating was comfortable
Great venue! Parking was super easy and so was security. Naturally the bathroom line was a bit excessive but that s to be expected. Would love to come back next time I m in town.
Had a great experience. Even though it was raining. We had covered seats, but they let all the lawn get coverage. Very thoughtful. Concessions close by everywhere. Bathrooms clean and really short wait time.
Had reserved parking in parking lot b which says it doesn't open until 6pm police redirected us to another parking lot on the other side which took over 30 mins to get to, missing one of the bands we wanted to see. Concert starts at 6 parking opens at 6 what the hell?
Loved my concert. Hate paying $20 for a mixed drink.
had a fantastic time at the concert. Prices were a little high for concession.
Beautiful venue! Set up for food, drinks and bathrooms is perfect
Great venue. Really liked how close the parking was and how easy it was to get in and out. Kudos to the local police for their traffic control.
Great music venue. Drinks are crazy expensive. Plan to pre game and save some loot.
Love the outdoor venue. Got great seats close to the stage for less than $70.
Great venue, clean, safe, and organized. Parking was super easy, in and out quick!
Visited from out of state to see Florence and the Machine and had a great experience Every single employee was pleasant and friendly. The venue was well maintained and restrooms were clean.
My favorite venue of the southeast! Great staff, not a bad seat in the house !
I've seen 2 concerts there now and both were great.
I have gone to a concert at this place once every year for the past ten years. It always serves me well.
The parking attendants are zombies .The venue over sells the lawn. If your in the last 300 people to get there good luck.
AWESOME VENUE!! Went here to see a concert and I could see and hear good, even though our seats were almost to the lawn.
This is an awesome open air venue! Friendly staff, clean facilities, parking included with ticket purchase!
Went to a phish concert here. Amazing! The staff was very friendly.
I saw the Project Cinco De Mayo party here on May 6th, 2012. We sat on the lawn and from there it was hard to see the bands and the sound wasn't very loud. It seems like it would be a great venue for a rock concert if you were in the pit or atleast the reserved seating.
Plenty of parking, safe well lit and plenty of security. Ample vending/beverage choices, clean no offensive odors, not a bad seat in the house and sound was on point.
Earth Wind & Fire outstanding from start to finish! Philip Bailey still has the pipes; better than the records! Chic opened up and kill it for a good hour!
Great venue, just saw Ellie Goulding there! The seating, food, drinks, and tickets were all reasonably priced.
Outstanding show. Epic, more than I expected. Love the venue.
It's a lovely place to see a show if the weather is good. I wish they would quit changing the name though.
Very nice venue plenty of space even when all of the seats were taken I didn't feel over crowded.
Gorgeous Facility and easy to navigate even for those not in tip top shape! Clean facilities and everything you could possibly need during your visit and friendly, knowledgable staff
Korn/Alice in Chains, great venue overt priced beer.
I recommend if its raining to use caution going in/out of the restroom as that entryway can get very slick.
The seats and the venue are definitely an upgrade from Lakewood. The identifications of the parking lots could be improved as it can be confusing to get to the right one. Also, it's almost $20 for a beer which is a bit ridiculous. Other than that, there's not a bad seat and the bands sound great!
superb venue, great acoustics, kind and tolerant law enforcement.
Great venue for concerts. Located in a beautifully landscaped town. A little problem for handicapped.
Nice venue but drink prices are ridiculous. $12 for a beer $8 for a water. $10 for essentially and tiny little Caesars tasting pizza
Been to a number of concerts here. Great atmosphere and it sounds good.
Even the lawn seats are well maintained and there's plenty of food and drink options as well as clean and accessible restrooms.
Sat on the lawn and enjoyed every moment. Great outdoor venue for concerts.
I ve been reading the other reviews obviously from people associated with this venue. So NOT worth even one star!!! Will NEVER go to an other event here again. Lawn seats were terrible they let people with chairs sit in the front of people with blankets. Way too many tickets were sold for lawn seats God forbid if there was an emergency you would have no where to go!! Staff were very rude!! Drinks and food were WAY TOO EXPENSIVE for this type of venue!! Shame on this place!!!!!!! And shame on all of you stating it s a great place. You need to get out more!!!
Had a really great time going to see Dierks Bentley concert. The theaters pretty nice the aisles are spaced out good the seating is a little confusing but other than that it's a really good venue in it feels like you're up close no matter where you sit.
This is a nice place for an amphitheatre. I typically hate big, outdoor venues, but this one was really nice. Although it was full, it wasn't impossible to go to the bathroom or get food and drinks. The seated area is even covered! The sound was good and they have the large, side screens as well. We had C lot parking and it was very convenient.
Food and drinks are very expensive, as all big venues are. However, I think this type of pricing should get resistance. This place is also so far away from Atlanta. We'll be pretty hard pressed to come back just because of that.
This would be a five star rating if not for the commute.
Should take a page from Mercedes- Benz and take down your prices a little on drinks and food.
Phish Aug 2018 concert! Amazing venue! Staff/vendors were very helpful when we got over heated. Security was friendly, funny and very nice,! Can't wait to go back! Only Downside- the parking. If you get a cab/Uber/lyft walk a couple blocks to meet them or else you will be waiting for hours! And plan to arrive when the lots open if you do drive for good parking. Leave early if you drive bc getting out is also a pain! The parking is in business lots so they typically do not open until after business hours.
Seats good but could have been layed out better so.you arent directly behind another person
Parking is an abomination, sound is like mud. Never seen a good show here. Facilities are clean and well managed at least.
Saw Chris Stapleton there. First time I have been to this venue. It is very nice. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The acoustics are good for an outdoor venue. I will go back for the right show.
I go to a lot of shows, and this by far is the best all around. The location of the venue and the staff. It really seems like they truly want you to have an amazing time. Thanks for being here.
Great place for concert and had special place for people with wheelchairs
My favorite in Atlanta. It's small, clean, and easy to navigate (except for parking). I prefer to only see shows there.
Location great but, as usual, Live Nation does a terrible job of basically everything.
Fantastic venue for a concert. Great staff including helpful ushers and smiling security guards. Really had a lovely time seeing Charlie Puth and Hailee Steinfeld perform. Only drawback is the food. Concessions has hot dogs, popcorn and pretzels. I was excited to see food trucks until I realized there was only one. Fortunately it was a taco truck and fairly delicious. Short lines for cocktails since most of the crowd was teenage girls .
The venue is very nice, well consteucted, bathrooms were clean. But security/staff here were the rudest of any venue I've been to. It was not limited to a one person instance.
The worst was when I was walking to the vehicle...not standing around talking, there were security officers and police officers riding around yelling LEAVE, LEAVE, GET OUT! For this reason I will NEVER go back to that venue regardless of who is playing there.
Definitely glad we got there later and parked in "A" lot... not the field but a parking lot of a local place. Great set up. Love the Pretzel and Water. But 15 bucks for a brew.
