Parking is very bad. For city trying to show how developed they are they make you park in field. Also I asked one of the attendants if I could have my mother-in-law wait in a paved area so she would not have to wake so far. She no, but she can wait by the porta potties. Would like stand next to a porta potty if you did not have to?

Probably the best venue in Georgia for an outdoor concert. Ample free parking, easy access from main roads. The only drawback is that the allow smoking in the venue. The designated smoking areas are right outside the bathrooms so you have to walk through smoke to use the restroom. It is a hazard to those with asthma. Overall, though, the staff is great and the venue is clean.

Easily the best large venue for miles around. For every reason that I no longer will subject myself to Lakewood....I just wish more big acts would go here instead of that sad excuse of a venue.

I didn't have a chance to try the concessions, but I like the venue. The seating for the disabled isn't as well placed for seeing the stage as at Lakewood, but it is easy to get to and from.

Love the venue for the layout. We saw Kid Rock and Hank and absolutely loved the show. I would have given five stars if I could have gotten a beer or cocktail in less than an hour. Not nearly enough supply to meet demand.

Great venue. Lots of space. Water was $6 per bottle. Really? When leaving, we didn't know that you had to choose the left or right lane very early. We chose wrong and had to turn the opposite way of our direction home. That was annoying.

Came here for the Dave Matthews/Tim Reynolds concert a few days ago. Very standard but nice amphitheater with all the expected amenities, concessions, etc. Parking was a little cumbersome but easy access to the theater itself. The concert was great too!

It was a great time and a great show. the only thing I was a little disappointed with was the parking and setup was not how they advertised it to be on the online tickets... So that is a little misleading... For on the online advertisement next to your chair area there is supposed to be an empty spot between you and the next car so you wouldn't be right next door to the person's car other than that it was a great time the staff was courteous and helpful the music the music was amazing... I wish it was the beginning of spring instead of the end of fall... But look forward to maybe to going to shows next year... Thank you Ameris for bringing back music to the people.

Pretty happy with my experience here. It was a hot day and an outdoor venue so no points off there. Parking could have been easier, considering we had an assigned area but there didn't appear to be anything but park yourself rows once there. Either way, still a great experience. The food and drink options were decent.

This venue is the WORST! We waited 2 hours on the roads next to the venue trying to get in to park. The attendants couldn't handle the crowds. The police actually came up to the intersection and just turned right around ignoring all the people illegally turning in to Old Roswell road. We finally gave up after 2 hours. Called the box office and they said too bad...no refunds!

Phish always brings the heat to this venue.

Would recommend.

Also, for people outside of the Phish/jam scene you can't go wrong here. Not really a bad seat in the place. Seems to have pretty decent food inside and the staff is very accommodating and polite.

Free parking with ticket. Good sound, can see the stage on the screens well.
$15 beer, $5 water bottles.
Security along every path both in the covered seating and in the grass, watching everyone pretty closely. Supervisors walking in front of you throughout groups of people, literally less than a foot away from me twice.
Only small umbrellas allowed, was told I can't use mine and it's 90% chance of rain.
Vendors ask for your ID every time you buy, same girl keeps asking me for it. Funny thing is, they waved her from the stand to come serve us since no one else was serving what we ordered. You'd think she'd remember lol.

Parking was a nightmare. Box office says they will open gates early as they see fit and there was a line all the way down the tiny two lane road leading into the lot blocking off businesses and they still wouldn t open the gates. Then the attendants tell you to park at another business to wait on the gates to open only to have the business come out and say something. Horrible, horrible system and prices inside are WAY too high.

Even the expensive seats are very small stadium-style seats. Be prepared to die of thirst, beer cost between $14.50 and $19 per can and mixed drinks cost $19 to $22.
Very small Amphitheater and there are certainly better places to watch a show.

Love working stage hand here. I was parked at employees parking at North Fulton Ind. Near the entrance point. All day there and still I got a $25 Ticket. Why couldn't the officer be a man. From the time I parked there at 8am be give a citation when I saw him tell three cars to move , instead it was left on my windshield at 11pm.

Nice outdoor venue, similar to Chastain, but lacks the cozy feel of Chastain, and has bigger parking issues. I will return if they're's a show I would enjoy. GA on the lawn very affordable @ $15.

Amazing

What a great place to see a concert! You can tell that they try very hard to provide each concert-goer with a great experience. I've seen so many memorable shows here. A few photos here from the Boston show in 2016.

I've been here twice and it's not a bad venue. It sucks that the artist refer to it as "Alpharetta" which it actually is, but the sound of "Hello Atlanta!" sounds so much better, I.e. The Tabernacle, Lakewood, et al. Hearing Jonathan Davis and Ellie Goulding and watching their faces do the where-the-hell-am-I look is sad .

I played here once. My band opened for Incubus in 2011 so I will always have a warm fuzzy feeling for this venue. That being said it's a nice and easy venue. Short hikes from parking lot, plenty of amenities. Hot tip: If coming up from the city on 400 take a left off the exit to get to lot A even though the signs on the exit say to go right. It will shave off like 7 mins of driving around. Photos below are from Hans Zimmer on 7/18/2017 seats are Orchestra row M, dead center.

Nice venue. Employees pleasant and helpful. Clean restrooms and grounds.
Attendees should be encouraged to sit down after opening song of an act. Some of us can't handle standing up thru entire show. Projection screens are helpful, though, when your view is blocked by standing people. Guess that's about all you can do.
