Amazing venue, Awesome friendly and Helpful Staff and Top Tier artists booked. This venue has everything you'd want from a Live music venue and the pricing is fantastic for the concessions as well. Highly recommend.

I've been to this venue a few times but last night was the last time. While the venue its self is nice, it's getting into and out is the worst thing ever. It's either miles long lines of cars in traffic or long lines of people waiting on buses to take them to their cars.

The venue sounds great and restrooms and local was clean but we were very unhappy with the parking situation. We were given incorrect information from 3 different 'traffic control' persons as to where to find handicap parking, leading to us driving around in traffic for nearly an hour only to discover the handicap parking was within 50 feet of the first person we asked!

The park was nice, bathrooms were ok but I didn t expect it to be the bathrooms at the ritz. What made me give it a 3 star rating was the parking. I know what you are thinking it was a concert right and what did I expect.... Well on the way in they had people directing traffic everywhere and it was very smooth and painless, but as you were leaving it was complete opposite, it was a madhouse! People driving across lane, in and out of lanes and cutting people off. There wasn t the first person directing traffic until you got to the main road where the police were doing all they could to keep traffic moving. I don t blame them, I blame the staff that actually worked for Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. With all the money they make at these events, they could have spent a few dollars and had people directing traffic on the way out as well. That s just greed! They got you in and didn t care how you got out! So if you decide to spend your money and go here, park at the very end closest to the exit and pray you don t get ran over on your way to the car.

Absolutely love Verizon for concerts! Been four times now and have been on lawn twice, covered seats on sides once and front row center once. A great concert experience in each place. Food a bit pricey for what you get but not unreasonable compared to other venues. Parking and in and out pretty good compared to other venues also.

I have been to this venue about a dozen times and I have mixed feelings about it. The venue itself is nice and the sound is solid but the staff is a joke. I have been to multiple shows where I had a great time with no worries. However, when I was 18 I spent $100 on a pit ticket for My Morning Jacket and drank three beers in solo cups in the parking lot. I was detained and put into the drunk tank where I blew a .03 and had to be picked up by my Dad. This will forever make me look at this venue in a negative light.

Miserable concert experience all around. Parking was wildly uncoordinated and took nearly an hour, causing us to miss the opening band. Drinks are over-the-top expensive. Lines were long and didn't move due to generally disinterested staff serving drinks. Security was unfriendly and unhelpful. We were generally treated as a burden by everyone on the payroll at the venue, despite the fact that I was part of a group that paid $200 a head for tickets.

If Elvis were found alive and decided to do one comeback concert and booked it at Ameris Bank Amphitheatre, I would strongly consider skipping it. There are better things one can do that drive to the outer reaches of Atlanta to be treated like you're at the DMV.

You need to cancel the Hall and Oates show in Aug. 2020. Many older fans are at increased risk and making patrons sick and possibly die isn't a good look for any theater. I'm sure your excuse will be the artist didn't cancel the show, but the VENUE can step up and do the right thing.

Yes, we are ticket holders to this event and (bought in the winter), no, we're not going for obvious reasons.

There are assigned parking lots. Also easy to get out of the parking lot. A good amount of bathrooms. The sound is really good. The bad part is, if you set on the left side in front of the stage, on the lawn. The sun is horrible.

It's very well laid out, easy to find seats, bathrooms, concessions. Parking was hard to find on Google maps but they did have signs. There was a good amount of police presence, it was a good mix of feeling safe with all the mass shootings lately but never felt like they were hostile towards patrons there to have a good time. Advise: be aware of the time of day your concert is and the sun placement. I sat in section 103 and was blinded by the sun in August as it went down. When facing the stage try to get seats towards the right of the stage. Also eat before the show...more expensive than I've ever seen concert food, $12 hamburger, $8 chili dog, $4 popsicle. I will be back to rock out in the future

Sat on the lawn for Doobie Brothers and Steely Dan. Although we were far from the stage, the sound was good and we had plenty of room. One note, lawn chairs are allowed (and I highly recommend them) They must be the type with short legs like a beach chair. You can rent the chairs there.

Will never be back to this venue! Everyone from ushers, concession and managers are rude thats if you can see a manager after asking to speak to one.You pay $$$ to have a good time and enjoy yourself and they act like its a pain in the ass to provide a service to you and then they judge you. I would not recommend this venue to anyone! Horrible time and experience.

3 stars because the drinks are outrageously priced, and they're weird about straws so you have to search for one, but then they have no problem making you empty your dasani water or other beverage into another plastic cup??? Odd place. Sound was good. Saw Korn and Alice and Chains and it was amazing.

I went to the Rod Stewart concert last night. This venue is awesome. Our lawn seats were perfect. It was my first time there but it won't be my last!! We parked in lot A and got there early so had no problems. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I just wish that picnic baskets and small coolers were allowed. Food prices were terrible but that is to be expected at any concert venue.

Really nice concert venue, especially if you don't mind the Georgia heat and humidity. I had a seat towards the back and still had a fantastic time. The sound quality was good and the facilities were well kept.

Went for the Star Wars & More concert: A Tribute to John Williams. The amphitheater has free parking which is always a plus. I had a lawn ticket, so I brought a folding chair. They said it was "too big" and that I could be blocking people on blankets behind me. They let you check it in at the stand where you can pick it up after the event (FOR FREE ... at the Georgia Dome, if you bag is too big they charge you $10 to store it), and they gave me a ticket for me to rent a free "approved" not too tall lawn chair. I wound up upgrading my ticket from a lawn seat to an actual seat in the covered area, and you can do that, but it has to be in cash, not with a credit card. Food menu is a little limited, but was okay. Staff was great and the lighting and sound was fine. I enjoyed the show and would return to another event here.
