By far, Atlanta s best concert venue with free parking! If you have special needs you can get golf cart service and they have a special easy access seating area for the handicapped too. You don t need any paperwork, just let them know you have someone in your party that need assistance. Short beach chairs can brought in or rented for the lawn seating!

Good place in Alpharetta to watch concerts! Only downside to the venue is that the lower level is flat so the further back you are the more heads you have to see through. The other seats are somewhat of the same way but there are a few good places to sit that offer better views.

First time I've ever been dissapointed with a concert here was the Juke box Heros performances tonite. The bass and drums were mic'd so high, you could not hear ANY vocals. All sounded like a mass of noise.

The venue is in a nice location. The seats are cramped, and when it rains, everyone gets wet. We had to move to the center where there were a couple open rows, but the floor was flooded and my shoes got soaked. We were still getting drizzle, but not direct rain. The staff was exceptionally polite. Kudos to them.

It's smaller than Lakewood but the lawn is just right for a show. Parking is close, they have free cold water bottle refill stations and it's so much closer. View in between sets. In my world its kinda high, 8 bucks for a cup of lemonade or bag of cotton candy and the benders walking around only take cash.

Excellent. Our chairs were too big so we got free tickets for lawn chairs. They are strict about outside food and drinks. Sneak you liquor in a water bottle. Lots of concessions for food and alcohol. Designated drivers get a ticket for free beverages

First, the good. The sound is great , and the stage light show is fantastic. You won't be able to see the stage from the lawn, but even there it sounds terrific. The bad? Driving there! Signage is difficult, at best ( you'll get something that says "parking lot A" but no clue how to get there. Then you'll snake through an office complex, single file, with stop signs, no less, until you stumble upon a space in a garage. I couldnt tell you how quick it emptied out, because it's a big place and a small road, and I left early. It took 20 minutes to get in when almost everyone was there, how long to get out when everyone leaves at once?? Another gripe, prices are high, and no glasses of wine, only bottles.

If you like being controlled every step you make you'll like it. Told prob 10 times I couldnt stand there. I was off to side underneath a tree to get out of sun. Chastain much better venue IMO.

Well kept lawn area, the orchestra seats and "pit" are clean too. Staff is always willing to help even when the crowd gets crazy for concerts. Parking is also planned and marked for ease of location. We plan to attend many concerts here because it's a well organized facility due to proper staffing.

My rating is unique. You see, I haven't even visited the venue yet but I want to recognize Deborah Honan in the front office for excellent customer/visitor service. I'll be travelling from Charlotte NC to the venue in a 21' RV. I was told by Ticketmaster that Parking Lot A would accommodate RV's. I've traveled enough to know that it's a good idea to confirm RV access with the venue prior to showing up and to attempt to obtain the best route to RV parking. Yesterday I called the venue and talked with Deborah Honan. SURE ENOUGH, she advised me that RV Parking is NOT GENERALLY PERMITTED if the show is a near sell out. Even though Deborah delivered bad news to me she still attempted to be very accommodating. AS A GENERAL RULE, I FOUND OUT THE HARD WAY THAT THIS VENUE DOES NOT PERMIT RV's and tailgating in any parking area with a grill or open flame is strictly prohibited. I ended up renting a parking area from a neighboring business and Deborah gave me detailed instructions on how to access the venue from my new tailgating spot. I appreciate her accommodating attitude even though she firmly adhered to the rule of no RV's allowed.

Ameris Bank Amphitheatre is by far the best outdoor venue in the metro Atlanta area with 12,000 seats. It hosts top performing acts from across the country to please all music lovers. Easy assigned parking passes with ticket purchases and extraordinary VIP experiences. Season opens in March and runs through November.

This venue is Amazing! The staff and security did an outstanding job on keeping everything smooth as possible and making sure everyone was safe! The Amphitheater it's self is a wonderful place to see a concert. There isn't a bad seat anywhere in venue. The sound system is great too. I would recommend getting there early to get in so you don't have to wait, but other than that this place is awesome! Hope phish comes back for many more to come!
Peace

Fantastic venue and professional, courteous staff. Plenty of good eating and drinking options-a little pricey but still very convenient. Acoustics were great and visuals were great from our seats, there is also a general admission area in the back where families with young kids can relax, or a couple could bring a beach towel or fold-up chairs to watch the show. Special pickup and drop off area for ride share-this area is convenient to the front gates and the staff is well informed and able to direct all patrons. The restrooms are clean.

Worst parking situation ever. Theater tucked in between office parks. No signs and the cops could care less about it. Too many other venues with good shows that don't have this issue.
