Saw Rush. The acoustics were as good as any indoor venue and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Traffic was bad but not unbearable. Thanks to the parking staff all the way to the security. The concert was awesome.

Okay not the normal venue security that we have seen in years past. I don't know if it's because it's now Ameris Bank amphitheatre and not Verizon, but there was one person barely checking tickets in section 105 and after the concert started they were gone. There were people coming into our section that did not have tickets in that section and they were young boys that were super drunk and probably high and they got right in front of us and they were really annoying and this would not have happened if the ushers were there to check ticket re-entries like they're supposed to in the 12+ years that my husband and I have been attending concerts here. So again, I don't know if it's the new ownership, if it's the price of the concert and it was not sold out though it was decently sold. . I would say about 80% of seats and full lawn sell out: it was Lynyrd Skynyrd concert, I'm not sure what the problem was but it was a problem. They definitely need to be checking tickets for re-entry.

Fun place to go, well-organized, traffic was great . Service we got there was great and I can't think of one bad thing to say Keith Urban put on the best show that I've been to this year with y'all's help.

Loved it

Great time at the venue the drinks were a little pricey but I had a great time. Some of the staff was a little rude and pushy l, but u just have to keep on going. And mess with them and you will have a good time. Don't mess with them to much though . I will definitely be coming back. The food was especially good. I had a great time. I definitely recommend the brownie for dessert if u love a great brownie

This is a great venue to take in a concert. Service is helpful and friendly and the parking and gate personnel are very professional. Bathrooms are clean and accessible. It was fairly easy to find parking even though we didn't have prepaid passes. Enjoyable evening...will be back.

Attended the ZZ Top concert middle of September and the venue is great acoustically unfortunately the concession experience is difficult to support. Each visit the concessions are the low point of the visit.

Very easy parking, nice employee's,nice bathrooms and good stage set up. The only complaint the prices for food and drinks.WOW! I don't drink alcohol which was priced so high it was unbelievable even the water was crazy high. Don't even think about getting food. YIKES! I also don't agree with the security walking around spying on smokers and vapers. I understand about the cigarettes smelling but the Vapes don't bother anyone. I feel like concert goers have already spent half their paychecks on the tickets please leave us alone to have a good time!

As a concert venue this is great. But the process of exiting the parking garage took almost an hour. We we're at a complete stand still for 30 minutes. An absolute nightmare. Uber/Lyft here if you can.

Good size venue, not too big not too small. Alcohol is expensive inside, $13-$14 a beer expensive. And the parking lots are hard as hell to find. Next time I'll just type the Lot# into my phone instead of the ampitheatre. Good surface area for tailgating in Lot A although they do cram the cars pretty close together so it can get a little tight.

Just an awesome place to see a show...lots of space and not to mention - tons of choices for food and drinks. Prices for food and drinks are normal for a venue like this, so don't expect to pay $4 for a beer. Only a couple of bad seats in the house...i.e behind a pole. As for parking, there is plenty but if you are using an Uber or Lyft, it can get a little crazy. If you leave the show early and head to the pickup area (lot P) you will see tons of drivers waiting...BUT they are all waiting and have the app turned off. Why? Because they are waiting for the show to end and demand spike so they get "surge" fares for the rides....I don't blame them but when you request a ride before the show ends, it will still take a bit for the pickup, we waited about 7 minutes.

Well it was a very cold spring night! They made accommodations for my two sisters and I! Two of us have disabilities! But it was very difficult to find coffee or hot chocolate! And EVERY VENUE IN MY OPINION SHOULD ALL HAVE TWICE THE WOMEN'S BATHROOMS! IT JUST TAKES US LONGER!

Awesome venue.

Always come for Phish

As others have complained, parking is seriously mis-managed. Took 2 hours to drive 2.3 miles to the lot we were assigned to, only to be told by a cop the lot was full. Then it took another half hour to find somewhere to park because no one from LiveNation nor Verizon was directing traffic to available spaces. Missed the entire first act and part of the main event. I don't care who will perform at this venue; I will never return.

All the employees were so nice!! They wished all the guests a good time and gave them reminders on how much fun they should have. The employees also made sure to always help the customers and they never displayed any signs of frustration. There was also a great set up in and out the venue. There was no way for anyone to get lost. I hope to go back!!

Gates didn't open until 7:00. As soon as the Gates opened, the first singer started. Lines to get in were so long that we missed a bunch of songs. Beer lined were way long and then there was no cold Bud Light once we got in.

I don't have a problem with this venue in terms of acoustics. My big issue is the parking. It is ridiculous. I took my daughters to see the Avett Brothers with Old Crowe Medicine Show. We were so excited, but when the parking took us through a business park and into the parking deck, we were concerned that something was wrong with our directions. Nope...the directions were correct. We were assigned parking that took us out the back door, through a narrow gravel path, and then about 1/4 mile on and off a paved path. It was a little sketchy. Unfortunately, we are going to see Jack Johnson tonight. I hope we have a parking spot that is closer.

Horrible parking experience in the rain. Our AWD Honda Pilot was slipping on the wet ground. Small sedans were stuck in their spot spinning their wheels, spitting mud everywhere trying to get out of the parking spots.
