This venue is so clean and nice and I took my parents here for the first time and they were amazed at how nice the venue is! There is not a bad seat in the house!

We arrived early, and it's a good thing we did.
Our seats came with a parking pass but we didn't actually have one with us.
We had to go to the box office and the young lady there printed one out for us.
Sometimes it pays off to arrive early.

Great venue. They have traffic control down to a science and plenty of staff inside to direct/answer any questions. Covered seating for all seats except lawn with ceiling fans to keep air moving. Great sound and visuals. Would go back without hesitation!

Great staff, moved us away from the drunken idiots to better seats for my son's first real rock concert. Thank you Live Nation Staff and VWA staff!

Very nice, staff very friendly but I believe the music needs be louder for lawn sitting since stage is so far away!

Clean and easily accessible. Just make sure you know where your parking lot is before you go.

I saw Old Crow Medicine Show with The Avett Brothers. It was a great show. The sound was amazing and the video screens were as well.

Great concert venue! The pavilion had awesome sound, the setup and layout offs easy to navigate and even the parking is simple and organized. Traffic getting out of a 12,000 person rock show was the smoothest I've ever been to.

ADA friendly. Been to a few shows here. Close parking. Easy to use restrooms and concessions. Several ADA Seating Areas.

Parking is too far of a walk, up hill. Needs better parking, a shuttle needs to be offered

Had a great time great seats at the Jimmy Buffett concert. Good parking paid for the one up near the venue for a hundred bucks but it was worth it. Will go back soon I hope.

Modern amphiteater with good parking at clean restrooms. Seats are ok, but the cool breeze in the evening is amazing. Concessions are daylight robbery.

Can't go wrong with going to a concert. They had great and friendly security staff. I felt very safe here. Plus, I loved the free pit wristbands they were giving out.

The employees were very rude. Sent us to the wrong seats and made us feel like it was our fault. Will never go back to the place. Paid alot of money to enjoy a concert and could not enjoy it .

Terrible parking situation, missed the first 30 minutes due to sitting in traffic an hour and a half. Venue sold chairs with the tickets then ran out. Actual physical venue could be very nice with better management.

Gaining entrance to venue was awful. We spent almost an hour in traffic. Missed the first act and we left home with time to spare not knowing that we would encounter gridlock on Hembree Rd and again on Old Roswell Rd.

The Prince tribute was epic would love for it to be an annual event

Loved it..staff is awesome..burger 2 stars..but I came to the concert..not for the food!

The shows are amazing, but the venue is lame. Too far from city and has no charisma. Lawn is too small and steep. PIT is too grungy. Seats are too separated from PIT. On the contrary, staff & security are courteous and helpful.

Great outside venue. The sound is great even on the lawn.

Awesome venue and actually smoker friendly. Saw Prophets of Rage there and had a great time.

I airways have fun at Verizon amphitheater. The parking is close, the crowds are friendly, the food and drinks are pretty good, the view and the sound are excellent.

Saw Brad Paisley concert 1st concert Ive ever been to the lights music were awesome. The service was great all so I'm planning my next concert soon.

I got tickets for Bob's Father's Day for the Smashing Pumpkins concert. It was a big hit. He had nothing but good things to say about the venue and concert. From his overview of the night I'd buy tickets again at this venue.

Nice clean venue. Good sound. Nice GA pit. Steep lawn but good views.

Really nice venue in high-end Alpharetta, however food and the drinks especially are very pretty pricey, plus no outside food. Now operated by LiveNation. Owned by Woodruff Arts. Note to management; the landscaped area with trees directly in front of the main entrance needs to be mulched, dirt comes down onto the sidewalk after heavy rain making for a mess.

Parking? That was a confusing thing. Do I need a ticket for parking? Also...I like the lawn... Sit on a hill and sell me a Coke with no lid.... It worked out well for the folks downhill from me. Clean. Sounded great. Concessions were operated by a high school band, so friendly, but not skilled at that task.

Looking forward to maybe in the future of getting to attend again for another concert! My husband and I had a great time and really enjoyed the Chris Stapleton concert

Great sound system and nice big viewing screens, every concert we have been to has been a great experiences .... Favorite outdoor venue... We always get covered seating. Parking easy which is a huge plus.

Saw Crock Fest w Blackberry Smoke, Travis Tritt and Lynyrd Skynyrd last night. Awesome show with Tritt in rare form and Skynyrd rocked the hiuse

Lynyrd Skynyrd was amazing. The amphitheatre atmosphere was perfect for the show. Full moon in the background and an amazing crowd.

Large food areas with comfortable seating and layout. General parking lot can be a bear to get in and out. The sooner you arrive the better shape you are in to leave and end of event.

They need an awning that hangs down west side of Arena. You can't see show until Sun goes down as Sun is blinding

We had fun up until the point that the event staff started stuffing people in front of us blocking our view that we got there early to get. Then that turned into a fight but luckily we didnt get get out!!

Got VIP tickets to see the Barenaked Ladies here this year and it was the best concert experience I've ever had. Great venue with good service and good location to Atlanta.

Fabulous venue. Atlanta Symphony performed Prince to an enthusiastic crowd. Kudos for the use of permeable gravel and grass in the parking areas. There were a lot of people and police to direct you once you got there. There are lots of spaciously laid out food and beverage concessions to explore before and during intermission and you can take your food and drinks including beer, wine or other back to your seat.
