Not a bad view from any of the assigned seats. Watch for rows that have rail bars - if you're taller than 5'6" you won't be able to stretch your legs out. Luckily, there were enough empty seats to move around.

Awesome. Boston Concert was great with Doug Mills. My first time there and everything was great.

One of the best venues in the country! I have been to hundreds of venues all across the country to see music and this is one of my favorites. The staff is fabulous! They have always been super nice & helpful. And the layout of the venue itself is great (at least up front), they have a great open area that is really nice for dancing because there is no incline like most & they never have seats to bump into (at least at the concerts I attend). The sound is pretty good at the back of the concrete floor area. I have been about 8 times & always end up at the back of floor right on the rails separating floor from handicap & VIP seats & the sound there is good and dancing room is good plus it is a great area to have a place to put any personal items.
Every staff member seems to go out of their way to ensure patrons are having a good time, which is welcome change from most large outdoor venues.

rude, condescending store manager took advantage (scammed)of my elderly parents, and when I walked in the door she knew I was there to hold her accountable. she was in defense mode calming they understood. so never go to Russell cellular in Villa Rica

Great venue for a concert in a nice area. Much better than driving to Lakewood! I wish I had known you can bring a chair if you have lawn seats.

I love this venue! From the grass to the seats to the sound, it's all great! And not a terrible location either!

Lets start with the positive, the parking is relatively easy to get into and out of. The sound at this venue was great. It wasn't TOO loud but still let you feel it in your bones! Now the negative, went to a concert with 2 teens, paid for the seating section under the canopy. There are signs everywhere that say "NO SMOKING". We were row Z, only 2 rows behind us. The row behind us were smoking pot. During intermission, my husband went to a security guard to let them know. She said, ok we will watch but we have to catch them with it. They NEVER came over to look. I'd guess these people smoked at least 10-12 during the concert and just ruined our night.

I Enjoyed the Peter Frampton Concert with my Sister and Brothers. My Sister flew in From Fairbanks Alaska to attend the Concert.

So i had a parking pass 30 minutes before the show, but they took in too many extra cars and we had to drive 60 minutes to park and return to the venue. So we missed most of the opening act. I went to get my wife fries in between the two acts and they ran out of ketchup. They didn't run out and it took 5 minutes to replace. THEY RAN OUT AND TOOK 30 MINUTES. I MISSED THE FIRST 4 SONGS FROM THE HEADLINER WHILE I GOT 3 FRESH FRIES AND KEPT WAITING FOR KETCHUP. Worst venue in Atlanta. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME HERE.

Saw Bryan Adams. Very good show. The people working the theater were very nice and efficient and traffic flow afterwards was great.

Eat before you get there. Food and drink prices are ridiculous!

This is a great venue. Many seating options all with good views. They have better food options versus a lot of concert venues. Parking is very convenient so much so that getting out is extremely fast. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help and make sure you have a good experience.

Came here to see Jimmy Buffet. My first time here. Easy access to our parking area. Easy access to all the vendors. Recommended to anyone planning on coming here for a concert.

First experience at this amphitheater but will not be last. Then again, how can an evening with santana be terrible. Beautiful venue, many options for food and beverages and not a bad seat in the house. A must if one of your fav artist performing.

Not one to leave negative reviews but we are sitting in traffic missing the show for which we paid several hundred dollars. Not good!

Good venue. 4 stars for not using the screens for close up views for the show I attended, but this may be the band's decision.

Nice venue, never had a problem. The parking can be a little confusing at times though. Beer isn't very affordable, but that's pretty standard for any venue I've ever been to.

Excellent concert. SMB and Peter Frampton were awesome. Beers were pricey at 13.75 and the weather cooperated.

Smashing Pumpkins performed and sounded great! I love this place. Close to home and parking is easy. Beverages are a bit overpriced but souvenir soda cups are free refills.

There are really no bad seats even on the lawn. Bathrooms were clean and plenty of f&b venues so no really long lines.

Great place to see a concert but don't buy alcohol there overly priced expect hidden fees on your tickets price and the food sucks and is overpriced

Vendors setup is nice. Big and structurally sound. Even porta john are better. . .they flush!!

Cool venue! No mishaps, chairs available to rent for the lawn. Definitely enjoyed visiting and plan to return

Awesome venue! Very clean!!! Beautiful setting!! Was very impressed with the cleanliness, the restroom setup they had with portable sinks! Of course drinks/food was pricey (to be expected) staff was very pleasant, kept lines moving. Awesome place to go see your fav band

Great venue without having to drive all the way to Atlanta.

If your seats are all the way in the back, there is a possibility you could get rained on. If you're 8 or more rows in, you begin to get a fair amount of protection from any rain.

Great venue, great sound, our metal family was out in full force. Just an amazing show, Slipknot really showed up to perform

Very nice venue, easy to get in and out of. Lots of places to grab food and drinks. Friendly security, and just a pleasant atmosphere. Very loud too!

Great open venue. It s not a shut in location with plenty of area to move around and enjoy yourself. I saw Florence and The Machine and I would visit any group just to have a excuse to go again.

The worst venue experiences Ive ever had! 2 watered down margaritas $38. I stopped to wait for the rest of my party since I had the tickets and was rudely approached by staff member and told to keep moving and repeated even after I explained. I walked all the way to the end and stopped again only to keep moving. Between bands I ordered a pretzel and cheese $8, both were cold. At the end I ordered a hot dog $6, then told there weren't any condiments. Guess what it was cold, dried out and inedible!

Concert was fine but parking is a complete nightmare. We spent an hour waiting in line to finally find the right parking lot because there weren't any signs. How does this place have sucha high rating?

Nice music venue. Parking is a nightmare. Took 70 minutes to move a 1/4 mile.

Clearly no one in management understands the concept of traffic flow or the importance of directing cars in order to park.

Get your act together. The venue is quite small compared to others across the country. They don't have these kinds of parking issues.

Loved this place! They took good care of me and my son and even got us out passes which ended up getting him up on stage with five finger death punch! Could not have asked for a better experience for my five year old!

Paid for parking then was an hour late to event because they decided to let anyone park in the lot we paid for. So after and extra 30 minutes we had to drive around and find a different place to park so we missed the first band.

Great time but concession is $$$$$ 16 - 20$ for adult bevverages. Omg.

Nice venue. Seats and view was great, and we were close to the back of the covered part of the venue.

I really enjoyed the concert that we saw here. There were a several restroom facilities, attendants stayed in there and kept them clean! Several lines open for food and drinks, not a lot of waiting. The sound was great, our seats were great. My only complaint is, I know it's summer in Georgia but there has got to be a better way to get a little bit of airflow in there. No breezes, at all. The temperate was ok but if there had just been a little breeze it would have been so much more comfortable.

my first time to this venue was not a disappointment. parking lots available and comfortable, decent seats.

Was here for a graduation... the fat white man transporting attendees to the seating area was prejudice and extremely rude..why would he expect an injured person to walk back where they started just to get on the transport cart. I was extremely dismayed by this creeps disposition and he tone of voice. I will certainly be following up a complaint with the amphitheater.

Was there last week and saw Peter Frampton Farewell Tour. The Amphitheatre is great! all good seats... Parking is a Pain in the A&&.... Prices for 2 Coke bottles was $13

Saw Jimmy Buffett here with my wife. Lawn seats were a great choice. No bad seat in the house. Restrooms and concessions are intelligently placed and managed and being a T-Mobile customer came with huge perks like chair rental included and a separate line for concessions. Awesome venue for sure!

The venue itself is really nice. Drinks are $20 for alcohol, $8 for soda. The port a potties leave a lot to be desired.

Staff was very organized. Loved the parking situation as there were shuttles available. Very clean, great venue to see your fav artists

One of my favorite concert venues. The pit is spacious. Security is chill and Lot A is the place to hang out.

It's the worst place to go to a concert. The parking is terrible. The place is small and intimate but extremely hot during a summer concert. The sun beats down on you if you have lawn seats. If you're sitting closer, then it is like a sauna under the overhead area. I will only go back if the concert is at night and I would have to REALLY love a band or artist. It's just too uncomfortable. Kidz Bop was excellent but would have been so much better in an indoor place like The Fox Theater.

This place rocks because Phish blows it up every time!

Pretty good venue to see a concert! Traffic, entry, and exit was smooth. Food was just ok. Food and drink prices were high, although that is expected. May just eat and drink before next time.
