Now I am in Bryan Adams concert, and the staffs over here are rude to the core, even when the artist is calling people from back to fill in the spaces in the front, they misbehaved with all of us and made them go back. It is DEFINITELY NOT A PLACE FOR A ROCK CONCERT. People in charge of the duty do not understand the meaning of rock concert, they were constantly misbehaving with audience for standing up, and asking them to go back to their seats, as if we have come to a nursery school and people in charge of security are the teachers or principals.

Can't count the # of great shows I've seen here. I love the lawn section, great for chillin or dancing. Sucks that there's no longer a parking lot scene-not allowed. The shuttles to and from many satellite parking lots that didn't exist several years ago are greatly appreciated!

My first concert here last month , and I think now that its probably the best venue around Atlanta. The sound system was incredible. I sat in front of the lawn section, and saw and heard the music perfectly. Parking was convenient, easy to exit after the show. The concessions were awesome. The staff was the friendliest I have ever seen at a concert. All in all , it made for an incredible experience. I don't mind paying the higher ticket price that some artist fetch these days when everything is top-notch like it is at this ampitheater. It makes an enjoyable evening ,they way it should be enjoyed.

We were on the lawn. The sound was decent but we couldn't really see anything. Lots of walking to get anything. The max price of concessions I've witnessed to this date. Very friendly staff. Heavy security.

I had a very bad experience trying to see a show on 6/23/17. We left plenty of time to park and get to our seats, but once we get in the line of cars trying to get to parking it was a full hour before we were parked. The signage as to how to get to a given lot was sporadic and not effective. There were no police directing traffic at any intersections. When we did finally get to a lot to park we had a very long walk from the parking to the venue. So by the time we got to our seats we had missed the first half of the Doobie Brothers. Our seats where supposed to be "covered" seats in the orchestra section. I had never been to this venue before and didn't realize that "covered" isn't really covered at all because, unlike the Lakewood Amphitheatre, the roof is here is very very high up, so the rain just blows into the covered area and you get soaked and freezing. Other aspects of the venue were fine, but the parking and NOT covered seat were a huge disappointment.

My favorite concert venue to go to! I love the free parking on these events, since I don't have to park in sketchy lots or pay a ton just to be in proper walking distance of a venue.

Had a great time here. The facility itself is perfect for concerts and all the concessions and restrooms are close and easy to access from inside the venue. Food and drinks are very expensive, but about what you would expect them to be at a concert. Restrooms were clean and large to accommodate a lot of people. Food was a let down - I didn't have high expectations, but it was a bit worse than expected. Burger was dry and burned. Other than that, it is a great venue for shows overall and we will definitely return for another show.

Love this place, we can skip lines with T-Mobile Everyone who works here is very nice and helpful, but the young men who were at the souvenir booth this time didn't do a very good job.

First time visit. Went to Styx/Joan Jett/Tesla. The venue and the show were great but the concession prices are ridiculously high!! $8 for popcorn? Yes, it's bottomless, but how much popcorn can you eat. Buy 1 and share it with everybody. Mercedes-Benz stadium is $2 for bottomless popcorn at the Falcons games. You can't bring your own food and drink. If it wasn't for the prices of the food and drink I would have given it 5 stars. However, 5 stars to Styx, Joan Jett and Tesla!

Great concert experience-love the fact one can rent lawn chairs so you don't have to schlep your own. Entry points and vendors were very well organized and it actually wasn't hard to find my group of friends even though I arrived late! Only suggestion: it's confusing when you ride home using Lyft/Uber; there is a very small space to wait and then there are contractor drivers sitting there ready to take people home, and you can't tell the difference. I'd suggest letting the contractors use a different lot.

You need more speakers. ( better sound system) see metallica Sound system .. Ask Lars.... Definitely the speakers...upgrade the system and I'll come back if not..it's a waste of money...go to the cotton club..masquerade...anywhere else!! Unless they fix the audio. They need to look to Lakewood...now that is great sound!!!only the best play at Lakewood....

Concerts here are so much fun! The lawn seats are great, but make sure to check the weather before purchasing tickets. If it will be raining, I highly highly recommend selecting seats that are covered. It is definitely worth the extra money spent and you will enjoy yourself a lot more. Also, try to park in the lot and not in the deck this will save you about 30-60 minutes after the concert when you're trying to leave the venue.

Seen a number of shows here and always had a good time. Lawn is a bit steep which has advantages for sight lines and slight disadvantages for danceablity. Sound quality has always been top notch. I've never had any difficulty with any staff and usually find them very friendly. Getting ride-sharing after the show can be a little stressful but that's the way it goes with crowds and traffic. Get home safe! Look forward to returning for another memory!

Very nice venue for a concert, seems that all seat locations look like good seats. We sat in 103, i would advise sitting in row c if you sit in any of the 100 sections, can rent chairs for the lawn for 5 bucks, food is reasonably priced for a concert

One of my absolute favorite venues. Beautiful covered amphitheater that still feels open. Grass in the back for general admission (not covered) makes this place gorgeous. It's a huge venue

Horrible traffic to get up here from Decatur. Hike from parking lots which doesn't open until 30 minutes before the first band, expensive and horrible food, beer taps weren't working and also do not have the alcohol advertised. Not to mention the sunset that blinds you for a couple hours and can't even see the stage. This is an easy fix, spend the money for a freaking curtain, greedy venue

The venue is beautiful! Parking is a nightmare! How are pre-bought and issued lots full? Rerouted twice for parking and missed the beginning of our show. We circled the venue for an hour before we were directed to parking. Shame!!

Went to see Breaking Benjamin on August 15th 2019 we had suite (Box 43) seats which was a shared Suite, it ended up being a very cool experience we had VIP which allowed us into different places inside the venue and we had a waitress that came to our table brought drinks food whatever you'd like and the view to the stage was amazing we had crowd free shopping and once you bought the live nation memorative cup, every refill of Coke or any other soda was free!!
It was a great time and a great concert..... Breaking Benjamin touring with 3 Days Grace, Chevelle,Deamante and Dorothy.

The amphitheater itself is great, but the parking situation is ATROCIOUS. It took us two hours to park. There is absolutely no order, signage, or rhyme and reason for any of the lots. And unfortunately it's not like you can rideshare either since there is no way for any cars to get close to the venue!

This is a great venue to see a concert. I cannot tell that the name change has had an impact unless it is concession prices. $17 for a 24 oz. IPA and $5 for 20 oz. Dasani? Buy a lawn ticket and look for the upgrade option if you really want t39 get close.

Was impressed. There are actual free standing bathrooms inside the venue. There are many places that serve food and drink so the line isn't "terrible". The venue itself is very clean and well kept. You can't bring food or drinks in but that's typical for venues. And the staff seems to be competent as well as friendly.

We love the open air concert venue. It is a wonderful experience no matter where you sit, first section - center or a lawn seat with a group of friends sitting on a blanket. The venue is fairly new and well managed. Parking is free and easy to manage.

Always a good time I've been for a concerts whether it was with rock bands or this fantastic Orchestra... I have to say the seating and the arrangements a really nice... Only one thing they could use a little bit more concession stands

Honestly I ve never been in such a hassle to get to a concert. The traffic is terrible. Even getting through the parking lot, once you find it, takes 10+ minutes. Then when you finally get to parking, you have to go up in the deck and down before you ever find a place, which is usually at the back where it s blocked off. Then you can only be lucky to get a lawn seat if that s what you get, and there s plenty of ants.

Where were the people working there? Nowhere. There s also no WiFi to get your tickets either unless you find the box office.
