Worst concert experience of my life. Venue has no directions for parking. Police nor venue are prepared for crowd. Set 2 hours 41 minutes waiting to park. Then after walking about half a mile along side handicap people trying to hike and elders having to be helped along the way of the hike, the gates only had 2 people checking in a crowd of about 250. Then waiting 25 minutes in food line to be told out of human food and only hotdogs were left....... To add insult, the drink and food lines further in venue had NO LINES, no staff directing the crowd. Just a bunch of check collectors.

This place is so conveniently located. It's fairly quick coming and going and there really isn't a bad seat in the house. We were on the lawn this time and the sound was great. The big screens are nice too so you can still see the action even if your not sitting up close. Had a great time!

Fantastic venue, great acoustics. Facilities are well positioned. Love this place

With the weather is good this is a fun place to enjoy an event or concert. Venders and decent seating.

Awesome concert spot! Sound was great! Food and beverages were pricey.

I love the parking here, but I'm not crazy about the venue. And there is a horrible sewer smell by the lawn section.

Layout, parking, bathrooms, seating even from lawn was all wonderful. Great venue but food and alcohol are insane.

Have been here many times over the years. Had fun seeing Luke Bryan this last time.

excellent venue, clean, parking very accessible and free!!! concessions located to both sides and the rear(to serve the lawn) only drawback is alcohol is expensive...bring your own chair for lawn seating

Luke Bryan was bad but the openers were great. Probably wouldn't have went if I didn't have free tickets. Venue is always good though.

Great sound. Cheap fix on the lawn. Beer is way too expensive.

The venue is great but the staff is amazing. I'm in a wheelchair & the person with me was having a hard time pushing me so the staff picked us up on a golf cart & carried us to the main gate, once we was inside the main gate another staff member took over and pushed me to the place I was suppose to go for a meet & greet I had, then waited until the meet & greet was over and proceeded to push me to my seat and make sure I was ok. The show was great and after the show the staff was just as amazing and pushed me all the way back to the exit where they had a gold cart waiting on me to take me to my vehicle. If your disabled & worried about this venue, fear not cause it's an amazing experience thanks to the great staff.

The people their are nice and helpful,the place has a lot of room. But ,the parking needs some work..

Great parking, great view of the stage from anywhere, and no issues whatsoever on my visit.

Never really been to an actual concert before it was amazing I just hate that I lost my phone, I wish I could get my phone back Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge blue phone blue case it has my sons pictures in it from when he was born at the hospital memories I can't get back but other than that the Brantley Gilbert concert with amazing I wish I could go back and redo it all again

Went for the first time during the Keith Urban Tour and it was just such an AMAZING experience. The drinks were a bit expensive. Expect at least $20.00 for a good mixed drink.

Too high beer prices, no beer selection, goose island only craft beer was oxidized, no speakers for the lawn section, you could just talk to each other quietly at a metal show. Better than lakewood but wont be recommending

Good venue but the lawn needs a better place to mosh

This venue is pretty good and I'm so glad their is a venue not requiring you to go downtown or close to it.

Only thing I would mention is they need to trim back some of the trees near the seating area because some of the limbs are in your line of site for the screens if you are sitting on the side.

Employees were great, grounds and bathrooms we're clean and we'll kept up. Sound and lighting we're excellent.

5/5 for sure. Beers are high dollar, better bring a lot of $$$. The Smashing Pumpkins were great!

Amazing place but the google maps took me to a back alley

We had awesome seats. It rained a little bit, but we didn't get wet because our seats were under the cover. Nice! I do plan to go back there to other events.

It's great to have a world class music venue right in our own backyard!

A whole lot better than Lakewood. Very clean, friendly staff, and even the police officers were friendly unlike Lakewood, so yes I loved everything about it.

Awesome open venue! Very clean!! Parking is easy to get in and out. Staff is very helpful. Order from seats available. Enjoyed my first concert here.

We saw Three Days Grace Chevelle & Breaking Benjamin.. Im 52 and my husband is 70.. My first concert since the '80s..This concert and venue rocked.. My knee is bad and the parking attendent called for a shuttle for us.. Greatly appreciated .. Very nice and efficient staff...Security was very respectful.. I love the outdoor venue. In fact we are driving from Enterprise AL to go there..I might have to move to GA just to be closer..HAHA Our next concert is Godsmack & Halestorm in Sept.. Cant waut.. Im friggin stoked.. Love the Ameris and Live Nation.. I so wish I could see Five Finger Death Punch and Disturbed their some day.

First time visiting Kid Rock was awesome great concert good side yard was not disappointed

Even though the screens were not transmitting the stage for the most part during the concert, still 5. Earth, wind and fire trumped it all!

Great outdoor venue. Seating is more generous than Phiilips Arena.

Very nice and the venue was awesome places, but beer prices are ridiculous..

Not my favorite amphitheatre, but the lawn seats are cheap consistently and the bands that come to perform always manage to entertain me every time I have been.

I went here for a star wars concert and it was amazing!

Had an amazing night at the smashing pumpkins concert. Everything was really great could not have been a better night!

Nice facilities, parking is a nightmare. Sound system needs some work. If you like to drink you're good. Booze was absolutely everywhere. Food was ridiculous to the point of lunacy... $6 for a hot dog on a stale bun. $8 for a coke. $8 for a cup of ice... no joke. Venue is nice but it needs some better or new concession vendors.

The venue sounds great, the show was great, but security was way to strict. You can't stand anywhere in the entire place without being told you are not allowed to stand there.

I absolutely LOVE this venue, the concessions were great, however the sound system needs work...

Loved this Venue! Easy parking, well lit areas, clean, and the staff were very friendly.

Enjoyable and relaxing. Good place to go on any day of the week.

The space was excellent for the Unity Tailgate this past weekend

The amphitheatre is very easy to navigate with modern amenities. Peter Frampton and Jason Bonham performances sounded amazing.

Great venue for music. Drinks was high priced 2 beers 30$

Staff is great, food is good, sound quality is great, everything is insanely overpriced just like any other concert. $27 for two beers.

Concert venue was clean and well-maintained. Sound quality was superb. Staff was courteous and helpful. Great place to catch a concert.

Great venue, clean organized and efficient! Our second concert here but loved it and worth the drive from Alabama. The vendors were quick and choices were excellent. Absolutely loved the organized parking, genius to issue a parking pass with the ticket purchase. Easy in and out.

The walk from the parking area was up a steep incline but the concert was AMAZING. Nice lawn seating. You can bring your pillows and blanket and enjoy the music. The only thing that could make it better would be golf carts from the parking area

The people employed by Verizon Amphitheater were very helpful accodating and friendly.

Appreciate that they reseated us, when the lawn was rained out.

Impressive organization / crowd-flow management, a pretty venue for fun concerts, including the lawn area

Sound, stage, and outdoor venue was great. A little overpriced and no stand out food to make buying anything edible worth while.

Great place, a lot easier to get to than Lakeview. This my 3rd Skynard concert here and I have thoroughly enjoyed them all, even got upgraded orchestra seats after we got here, we had lawn seats. Love this place!

1st outdoor concert. Really liked the amphitheater. My wife said it was the best concert experience ever. Luckily we were under the canopy and stayed dry through the storm

Took over an hour to make it the last mile. Absolutely no traffic control for a sold out show. Parking sucks. Other than that its an ok venue.

Had a great time at the Kid Rock concert. It was easy to get to and from the hotel. The park itself was great.
