Nice facility, seats are comfortable and we'll spaced, great view of the floor from any where. Closer parking would be a plus.

Very nice concert venue! Breaking Benjamin and Korn sounded great in there. It's also right on Main St. with a lot of different stores. It's also about a half mile from the river front. I'll be back!

Its a great place, I work there. The only draw back I have is the isles and the chairs are tight. Its hard to pass other seated spectators to get to your seat. The seats themselves are small and hard to accommodate a bigger individual.

They really made it nice, plenty of vendors areas, my only complaint is the stage is the same size as the old one we had. But this is easy access, plenty of parking and alot cleaner

We attended the Deaconess party of the year and it was a blast! Every detail was perfect from the start. The real authentic leis we were presented, the flame throwers, the signiture cocktail and the pineapple upside down cake just really made us feel like we were in Hawaii on a beach! Great job!

Easy to get to easy to get out of great place to see a concert

Huge! Had my graduation here and seating wasn't an issue. Everyone had plenty enough room. The only issue was with parking but I've been told that would eventually be fixed.

Great hockey game and great attmosphere. My son and I had a great time.

Spacious,clean, comfortable seats and never a bad seat. Prices are a little pricey at snack bars.

Parking was cheap, traffic was bearable, good setting, sub par night life.

Good event awesome show but some idiots in stands couldnt keep their kids in line so it was kind of annoying

I recently attended a graduation at the Ford center, the place is clean and well run. I would like to address the backpack policy, I was told I could not enter with my diaper bag which is backpack. I had to walk all the way back to my car and find a Wal-Mart bag to put all my baby's stuff in. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and them upholding the policy, my problem is if you are going to make one person do it you need to make EVERYONE obey the same policy. I passed SIX different individuals inside the building with backpacks. If the policy is going to be in place please uphold it for everyone.

Saw Trump at the Ford center. It was a packed house from top to bottom. Weather you like him or not it was neat to see a sitting president in your home town the atmosphere was great.

Always impressed when I go here. Clean place nice staff. Actually made it into the venue when we were supposed to which is a problem me and my wife have had many times at other venues. Had a wonderful time and experience at this venue

Very large but easy to find what you're looking for. Drinks and food are overpriced as per usual. Standard fare.

What an arena! It's one of the best basketball venues I have visited. The Small College Basketball Hall of Fame game and banquet have occurred here. I have great memories of this place.

I seen Korn for the first time live in this building and it was amazing. Even though I was at the top role, I could hear and see everything. I well never forget this experience.

They were too busy making my mom throw her purse away because it wasn't the size of a wallet, that they never scanned our tickets and never saw her friend walk in and out of the metal detector 5 times while we tried to figure out where to get a clear bag from.

We live 6 hours away, never received any notice of a clear bag policy vs. 5 emails of a electronic ticket only policy (while people still used printed tickets without issue) and were told we should have checked the website and could put the purse back in the car -- WE UBERED FROM THE HOTEL!!!! Not organized at all - offering bag checking and better drink options and have a better organized system at the bar could have made this venue A LOT more money.

My mom had to throw away a purse she's used for concerts for 2 years and we wont be able to get another one. The experience before we event got through the doors was horrible and we will never be back to this location for any event. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Great medium size arena. Good for seeing music artists, sporting events, and other love shows.

Excellent venue....No WIFI No AT&T coverage.. Load your tickets before you get there!

Horrible programming. It's the same shows every year. Monster trucks, Globe trotters, 70s and 80s bands, WWE, and a whole lot of country artists

Kinda small. Felt really crowded. Very nice & clean though.

This place is ok, I dont like how the seats are, it's like your on top of the person in front of you and I can barely move my legs. I wish this was not built downtown and somewhere else. The parking is terrible because you have to walk a mile to get to it and the prices for food and drinks are outrageous! Way to expensive for some regular food that is just ok.

Took my granddaughter to Disney on Ice!! It's a great place, very comfortable seats!!

Outrageous prices and cramped seating. Nothing like Roberts Stadium used to be.

Same ole story...the seats are made for tiny kids! No one with a bad knee can sit in those seats!

It is clean, well maintained, cooled well on hot days. Staff and very friendly and helpful.

Great venue. Very nice place for hockey. No bad seats. Reasonable priced tickets. Well worth the visit.

Had a great time at the Thunderbolts game they kept the crowd excited and the game was full of action. Always a good family friendly atmosphere!!!

Clean and well staffed. Saw OAR and many Basketball games here. Always a fun experience.

My husband won tickets for a Thunderbolts game from his employer. We got to sit in the box seats. It was fantastic. Even better, WE WON!!! We had a great time.

One of the great things about the Ford center is there really isn't a bad seat. Big enough to hold star talent but not so big that you can get stuck so far away and at an obscure angle you cannot enjoy the performance. We went to the Luke Bryan concert and sat as far back as you can on the first level but could still see and enjoy the music. Lots of Camden and beer options to enjoy as well. Bathrooms are clean but like all venues lines form during the break.

only let one bottle of water for my child for her bottles and rushed us out the building when it was over

Lots of holes in the roof, but the chairs are nice from the bottom to the top. The screens throughout really help to keep you up to date with the action, on your way to the restroom and back

Seats are sooooo tight and my husband knees were touching the seat in front of him

This is a very nice Arena however it seems a little dated when I was here with the Newsboys on tour.
