I recently attended a graduation at the Ford center, the place is clean and well run. I would like to address the backpack policy, I was told I could not enter with my diaper bag which is backpack. I had to walk all the way back to my car and find a Wal-Mart bag to put all my baby's stuff in. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and them upholding the policy, my problem is if you are going to make one person do it you need to make EVERYONE obey the same policy. I passed SIX different individuals inside the building with backpacks. If the policy is going to be in place please uphold it for everyone.
