Everything you could ask for from an arena. Very nice box seating. Plenty of large name attractions coming and going.

Went to Disney on Ice Saturday. After walking from the back of the Civic Center parking lot and waiting in line for several minutes to go through the security check, I was told by a none too nice employee that my purse was too large and I would have to return it to my car. I was in disbelief as my purse was a very normal size for a ladies handbag. After a bit of begging for leniency with no budging, we turned to go. Since we had no choice, my little daughter and I walked as quickly as we could all the way back out to our car and then again back to the Ford Center. At this point the show had started and my daughter was crying. We had trouble finding our seats as we were pretty flustered after such a rough, rushed start. Thankfully, the ushers were helpful. I was able to calm my daughter down and we did enjoy the show after all. HOWEVER, I did notice other women with purses the size of mine who somehow made it through security. In the future, I suggest that the Ford Center station employees out in the parking lot to measure purses so they don't needlessly put a damper on what should be a wonderful outing with loved ones.

A great place to take the family to see great live shows.

One printed ticket could get everyone on general admission on the floor.

&4.50 For a bottle of water!!!! Seats way too close to gather, have to get up just to let people get by. And to top it all off you have to park a 10 blocks away

Beautiful facility. We went to the 3 day convention of Jehovah's Witnesses. Great seats, very comfortable with drink holders. Clean nice bathrooms. The convention was amazing! Wonder spiritual weekend.

Make sure you don't take a purse. My friend was not allowed in with her purse and her daughter wasn't allowed in with a very small clutch purse either. They had seats blocked off so the seating wasn't that great for Winter Jam Tour. And drinks are way too high there as well. Almost $5 just for a bottled water.

I love watching World Wrestling Entertainment at this place.

There's a lot of seats. There's just not many artists that are worth seeing. That's mainly due to our location. There's too many country musicians that come here.

The hotel is new and beautiful. The staff is really accommodating and very nice. I can't name all the perks I got, but I will say they went above board. Other hotels would've charged most of the 'extras' my family received not being the gracious staff that I encountered I can truly say they deserve their five stars rating. If you come here you will truly be refreshed on there wonderful Comfort Sleep Beds and you will be glad you made the choice to stay at Doubletree Evansville Indiana

I have season tickets for the Thunderbolts so I attend every game. There is NOT a bad seat there and there are plenty of consession stands and restrooms.

Smaller than Robert stadium was but great for concerts

Nice facility good seats and food is expensive but what do you expect is stadium food.

Good experience....could have used more leg room but I always enjoy going to this venue. Seating is comfortable.

Too bunched together in seats. Some of the staff is very rude.

Jehovah's Witnesses had their summer convention. Awesome!!!!

It's a nice place! Seating just dont give you much room at all. If you are very tall or very big, it can be pretty uncomfortable after a while.

Toby Keith concert was great. The Ford center always has some fantastic shows.

The show was good but Everything is very over priced

Great venue for concert, saw Kid Rock! Love the fact that handicap parking is just across the street and free. Road construction makes it a little difficult but not the Center's fault

Went to see the Icemen play and it is a very nice facility. Would like to go back again sometime soon

Nice place but Security themselves made me nervous. We watched them put a man on the ground because he was sitting on a wall that separates the GA floor & seats. I just got the feeling that they were hyper sensitive. I guess that's better than not paying attention.

They need to put the dimensions of approved bags. Website clearly says clutch with shoulder strap and my tiny clutch was too big.

Good seats and easy to get around. Nice for seeing Disney on ice.

Went to see Winter Jam 2020 here. Very nice place. Sound was good. First time here and would definitely go back. Parking was very close also.

I'm glad Evansville has this nice venue for special events and concerts. Concessions are not cheap, but that seems typical of all stadiums.

Like it but my tickets where not what I purchased map was wrong on the Ticketmaster web site so I paid more for seats I didnt want

A good place for large events. College graduations are held here and it's nice to be able to not worry about how many friends and family members can attend. The only problem is that it's freezing in this building! I guess that comes from it doubling as an ice rink during hockey season. Watching the Evansville Icemen here is fun, too.

Bought tickets for Godsmack when tickets went on sale so as to secure a guaranteed seat and eliminate any hassle of long ticket lines. When checking in I was told my seat had been relocated and I would have to go to ticket line for relocated tickets. 600 plus people were being relocated and had to stand in the rain for 30 min. Missed the opening act and seats were as far from the stage as you could get. No explanation was given. Unsatisfied Customer. Band was great.

Decent venue, poorly managed and maintained. Several apparent leaks in roof evident by stained ceiling tiles. Poor designed entrances causing bottlenecks due to understaffing. Women not allowed to bring in purses although you must go through metal detector. Several staff sitting along concourse playing on phones instead of cleaning. Acoustics during concerts are poor in my opinion. Ran out of items at concession, also not efficient takes too long to order and receive items. Most staff give off an attitude of they would rather do anything but be there. This is the only venue I have been to that no matter what event, I have to wait in line at the restroom.

Clean place, friendly people and easy to find where your going.

Great place to see venues but they need a better selection of food.

Winter Jam rocks! I think the Ford Center does a great job keeping talent coming.

Was disappointed there was no screens for those of us who purchased nosebleed seats. Sound was great, tho.

Parking can be a little bit of a hassle, but what place like this isn't? Overall a great place!

Elevators were lock and not working people were not happy because people with problems climbing stairs were having to climb two flights of stairs not a good thing. This was my first trip to the Ford Center and it will be my last.

Hmmmmmmmmmm, this arena sure looks modern. I have just one minor concern: Because the Ohio Valley Conference basketball tournament is being held this year at the Ford Center, I sure hope there are enough rest rooms in this arena -- after all, tonight there are going to be a considerable number of fans chanting "Let's Go Peay! Let's Go Peay!", am I correct? ;-)

Good concerts and great circus, but wish they had more variety of music and more helpful staff

Love this venue. One of my favorite places! Very clean. Stand prices aren't to bad. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and understanding. Highly recommend!

The seats were nice and soft close to the front of the stage easy to find even with construction everywhere.

We have been going several years now and only thing is that the exhaust in the bathroom is not venting as it should...

The screens could have been closer to the center for those who had seats further back. The line for the ladies room was a bit long but that's nothing unusual. Over all it was a nice facility.

Ford Center is EVV newest venue. Great basketball and hockey venue. We have seen great musical performances there. Beautiful, modern facility.

My first time ever being at The Ford Center , we drove from Greenfield, indiana just to see Mr. Toby Keith awesome concert , and such a beautiful stadium I cannot wait to come back please bring toby Keith back real soon we love him

Horrible layout, no room to moved, way too cramped. No lights or help to find seats. Beer and food overpriced by double.

Wish they had better parking accommodation. It is a bit difficult on older people and children. Otherwise it is a very nice building and viewing of the events are great.

I really like coming here. Have come to 4 events so far. The only setback would be parking.

Attended "Guns and Hoses 2018" charity boxing event, awesome venue for this show! Smallish size for this type of venue; Upper level seems awful despite the tiny size, but the lower section is great for close seating for shows. Imagine that concerts would be unbelievable due to the close seating and impressive audio system/acoustics - excellent clarity and range with no noticeable echo during the GnH event.

Downside is that many larger performances won't be likely to schedule here due to the limited capacity. Perhaps higher ticket prices would attract them here, and the intimate experience would be worth an extra 25 to 45% rate increase imo
