We went to the Aerosmith concert and complained to guest services 3 times about the obnoxious drunks in front of us falling all over us and the people around them, hanging over the balcony, standing together to make a wall so we couldn't see the ENTIRE concert!! They finally did something 10 minutes before the concert was over. They should refund my money and charge the security staff!!!

It is a death trap waiting to happen. One main entrance and exit area. Wheelchair accessible is very small area. Steep steps and seats. Your basically sitting on top on another person. If there was a fire or anything then people will be trampled to death. At least Roberts Stadium had many doors and you were more likely to be able to escape alive if anything happened.

Waiting in line was minimal which was great since it was so cold. Staff was nice and I never had a problem anywhere. The merch line was super long and slow but that can't be helped. Overall great experience!

Good experience at this venue attending a Thunderbolt hockey game. Arena is modern and very nice. Clean and well maintained. We were visiting from Knoxville to watch our Ice Bears. The local fans were courteous and friendly even when losing to our bears. The concession food was better than many other venues we've visited. Will be returning in the future to watch more hockey at this arena.

This is a great medium-sized facility. Very clean with nice seating and plenty of large concession stands and restrooms. It reminded me of a scaled down version Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. A lot of similarities in looks. Located right in downtown, it s well within walking distance of many restaurants, some just steps away. There is a very large and FREE parking lot just a couple of blocks away, about a five minute walk.

Was unaware only able to carry a certain size of bag into The Ford Center so very disappointed at a children's event I had to carry around diapers , wipes , my child & her stuff by hand because we had to take diaper bag back to the car , which was not close !!!! Very inconvenient !!!! May want to make this known on ticket master & other sites

This place sucks. The seating is too small, my legs cant fit between the seats and im uncomfortable for the whole event. The parking is the worse part. Having to park a whole block away and walk that far. And not to mention everything is over priced. Ill go back but thats because the events not because the place.

Disappointed in my visit to Disney on Ice today, unlike past experiences. After waiting in line outside I was told upon entering that my mid size tote style purse, which I have carried in before with no problem, was too big. I invited her to search it, with no pockets or extras you could clearly see contents of backup diapers, spare change of clothes (we're potty training), wallet, phone, etc. and a small princess doll. I was told it was posted outside (specifics of size limits are not). I asked if there was an option such as coat check, nope. Of course, I was offered to just chance it and leave it by the door (really?). Instead, I walked a block back to my car. Luckily, I had another adult I could leave my child with. Luckily, I was not one of the several single parents having to take their child(ren) back with them. Luckily, I had another small purse I could shove the minimal essentials into. Meanwhile, parents were having to spread the word to others on the street. This should not have been necessary. There are plenty of examples of good policies at other venues. They start by providing people with good communication and options. Something needs to change at the Ford Center or your going to lose your family base.

This is a good venue but drinks are stupid expensive and was told that there is no dancing...WHAT?? At a concert? Wow! Concerts are to enjoy the music....right? And to top that, i was away from my seat because the seat beside me was occupied by a exceedingly LARGe person that literally sat on me. Upon complaint, nothing was done about this. Airlines have rules in place for this very problem. For the price being paid to see a show nowadays maybe this practice needs to be looked into..

Ford center seems poorly planned from parking to seating. The seats are too close together and there is no leg room as well as too low to the floor. You have to go on a quest for a restroom upstairs, downstairs around the world. Leaving felt like cattle funneling into a corral, narrow stairways creating a bottleneck. Then start your journey back to your vehicle blocks away. All because we needed revitalize downtown rather than build on the Eastside where you have room to do this right.Sad statement for Evansville.

A little disappointed that we couldn't take our diaper bag for our barely 2 year old. Had to pay full price for a child that just turned 2 and sat on our lap the whole time. I don't know how they expect you to enjoy the circus with your kid when everything is so expensive. I was completely pissed before I even sat in my seat. A bottle of water and chicken strip basket was $14.00. I couldn't spend any money on a camel ride because of entry fee, food, and blow up balloon. If you have a family of 4 expect to spend $130.00 or more just for food and entry. Ticket booth outside didn't know anything in regards to what seats were still available. Spent 30 minutes out there when it should have just been a few minutes. When we got inside the circus had already begun and the place wasn't even 2/3 full. My daughter loved the animal part of the circus and wanted to see more so please keep the animals a part of the act otherwise it will be the end of people coming to the circus. We were hoping to see the bears riding the tricycle.

The concert itself was great. It was the way the pit section was treated to get in and a staff member touching my phone. The issue us people who had pit tickets was we had to show them 3 times. One to get in, one to gain access to the floor and one to gain entrance to the pit. My issue came with the lady who was letting people gain access to the floor touched my phone screen for NO reason when I was scrolling through my 2 tickets to show her. That made my phone back out of the part of the ticketmaster app after standing in a LONG line to get to the floor access I had to go back in and show the tickets because she didn't believe me. Ford Center staff should've banded at the door for the pit like Bridgestone does sometimes. Instead of having LONG lines to get into the pit. And staff members should NEVER touch someone's phone period.

Had a great time at the hockey game in box seats, but unfortunately that wasn't enough to save this experience. I ordered some fries because I figured that would be a safe bet. BOY, WAS I WRONG. A handful of fries from this facility gave me food poisoning. I believe they might have been from the night before left under a warmer. I'll never be back.

I went to enjoy the SHINEDOWN concert, went to the restroom in between bands and got escorted out because the security thought I was under the influence and would listen to me about my dexterity being off over my brain surgery...I believe More

There's not a bad seat in the house but unfortunately the selection of food in the regular concession stands leaves a lot to be desired and is extremely expensive. If you're planning on having a few beers for the event please have them before you come in or be prepared to pay $10 each. Also, the quantity of events is lacking greatly.
