Purchased a 125cc Venom X20. It arrived safely in a well packaged box, with the bike attached to a sturdy steel frame to protect it. I appreciated how everything was wrapped in plastic to protect it during shipping. It took around 25min of assembly, and some minor adjustments to the clutch. After that, the bike has been amazing. I would recommend these bikes to anyone, and my whole experience has been nothing but pleasant. I'm very impressed with the quality, price, and support I received upon my purchase. If you're debating pulling the trigger on this bike, I say pull it! What you see is exactly what you get and you won't be disappointed!

Great company to deal with, they have a large selection of bikes and atv`s to choose from. Venom stands behind what they sell and most of all the customer service is exceptional.

I purchase the venom 125cc gas in August 2020, delivery was great but the atv have some problem with the carbonation now working with venom to fix it.

I purchased a motorcycle from them around this time last year and been happy ever since, great first bike for learners, easy on maintenance and overall good customer service. Good Work Venom

I was skeptical at first about buying a motor vehicle from an online dealer but Venom Motorsports delivered 100% satisfaction. These guys defenitley went above and beyond to help facilitate this process and I will likely purchase from them again in the future. Customer Service has become a lost art in my opinion, it's more about the buck then it's ever been but these guys (thank you Vince) live by an old world standard that seems to be fading. I promise you won't be rolling the dice with these guys!

Great timing when it comes to venom, they're always quick to respond and keep you in the loop. Have not found any faults thus far. Vince from sales and Nick from customer rep were amazing glad they could help.

We recently purchased Jeep for our 7 years old daughter. Had really good customer service experience while dealing with a purchase. Got Jeep at home in a week with no issues. Their was faulty battery, but they got back to us with battery replacement option. She loves the jeep and its worth spending money on that vehicle.

I have had a terrible experience with Venom Motorsports. They sold me a faulty ATV that worked for fewer than 10 running hours. I have been battling with them to get it fixed or replaced for 5 months. The product was under warranty. They now will not longer even respond to me. Beware and buy from someone else that is willing to stand behind their products instead of basically stealing your money.

This Electric ATV simply exceeds all expectations. The quality of construction and performance are simply outstanding. The boys love it. Its quiet enough for the whole neighborhood. Range is incredible.

Wow...wow...wow...I bought an at atv for my son and that's not even the highlight. My experience with three different representatives that was so amazing stands further out front than everything else. I started off with Moodie....this guy got back to me when the facility wasn't even open and was so cool and helpful I didn't want to talk to anybody else. He stayed on the phone with me for an hour just making sure I knew what I wanted. I was that guy asking a bunch of questions and Moodie said ask away until he was comfortable i was comfortable. Somehow Moodie wasn't available and I got Vince. Vince was so cool I closed the deal with him because Moodie had already let me know they were a cohesive unit and win as a group, not as individuals. Fast forward to me mistakingly crossing wires on my son's atv and needing help to get it back on the road ...and along comes the Super Cool Shaun..this is the guy that made me want to buy another atv for the same kid when I just bought him the first one. Gooood good cat. I mean this is not only a great representative for Venom but is the type of guy you'd want representing a major corporation...that is my experience with Venom Motor Sports. Shaun for corporate president in my book.

Unbelievable quality. The tachometer, gear indicator, and LED lights and side safety lights are above and beyond the quality that I was expecting. Customer Service was very helpful in telling that you do not have to remove the seat to install the battery for the Ghost 250cc. Just pop off the side panel. This bike starts so easily and impressively. Though I ll likely outgrow the 250cc engine eventually, I will keep this bike as i am so amazed with the quality. Thank you!

The bike i got was x18 ninja 50cc. Experience overall was good, other than the delivery company playing me around on day of delivery. Once bike got delivered, it fired right up and took for a ride.
DMV registration was quick & easy, i did not know about the registration cost for the bike so i had to come back another day,
Overall everything is good and look forward to getting another bike in the future.

I am in love with this bike! I initially was blown away in which the care and attention to detail and phenomenal customer service in getting my bike.It was easy to assemble the handle bar, mirror and battery as well as fuel line. I wasn t keen on the sound of the stock muffler so purchased the carbon exhaust sold on the website .It was easy to assemble i cut their pipe with metal hands saw and used a weld paste and simple clamps and some pipe wrap. Talk about beautiful deep resonating sound that i was able to reduce with the silencer without losing the fidelity.The bike is sleek, and really moves you will get to 90 mph but shouldn t try unless your e a adrenaline junky. Size is and weight is equivalent to rider but doesn t affect top speed only the timing accelerating to redline rpms. I am six ft 2 and 240lbs and get over 70Mph on the freeway with no problemsThe LED lights are magnificent and very bright. The high beams are brighter then many cars on the road.I installed a fender eliminator rear turning lights however stock are adequate.The only criticism is tires have an edge Which makes leaning a little confined. I m planning to replace them in November.The bike is BIG and deceiving filled with torque For a fully automatic system it s amazing ! i would break it in and switch the oil out after the recommended period of riding .The X22GT is a great motorcycle and I say that because although it has the CVT GY6 soul. And honda Helix engine it has to be ridden and maneuvered like a bike. Great job Venom!!!

Venom motorsports (Belmont)the owner moose are the biggest rippoff there is he only cares about ur money. moose ripped me off bad he sold me a chopper that was a lemon all he has is junk .the battery box to small throttle sticks ,shifter loose and hard to use speedometer doesn't work plastic broke stripped handle bar bolts 1/8" space where the soft tail hooks to frame so it shakes like a crack head on welfare day,and the forks stick bad moose had me send them out to California at my expance and they wouldn't replace them so I had to pay again to get em back .don't use venom motorsports moose big rip off

We obtained the Grizzly 1500 for 12yo son for Christmas. We live in a community where ATVs are OK to be seen but not favored to be heard. This was a factor in our decision with the purchase. Delivery was excellent for us and coordinated well to North Carolina. Item was test driven and assembled at Venom prior to shipping. ATV was a hit at Christmas. Son has enjoyed it and rides almost everyday (along with my wife and myself). Venom's customer service exceeds my expectations. They talked to me prior to purchasing without any pushy sales. They have communicated on text for simple questions. I have the same person every time I text. They can forward pictures to the service department and send back videos or suggestions in business hours within minutes usually or set up a time to communicate. The ATV is great. I have had no significant problems, just a careful individual and parent and need confirmation at times this is a normal function of an electric ATV. I own a gas powered ATV for my endeavors. We have now owned this for 1 month. We are very pleased with our decision and currently recommend this item for those who this fits their lifestyle. NO problem with power if concerned up front for a 100 lb. child. Governor still on for him. Plenty fast and the torque gets him and I through the wooded trail I created and around the yard. When governor unplugged, I clocked 22mph weighing 160l lbs. on a hard surface. Make sure they have all the safety equipment and make them read the safety manual with you. Lots of fun and we enjoy seeing our child happy riding around in our yard safely.

hi my name is william i recently bought a beautiful all blackx22 venom ninja motorcycle, i got the motorcycle on fri and mon i messed up the front forks, so i called venom an spoke with the parts team and they were able to get me my forks in no time they are the best at communication i called so many times and everytime they answered with great customer service they also gave me a great pricing on my forks brand new ones. the bike itself is a beauty it rides like a beast, handles amazing very light when riding it can be up there with a ninja 300 this bike is fast.i love this company because they actually answer the phone and help you with anything you need do not go to these other motorsport places with high prices for no reason and made with cheap parts go to venom motorsports

First off I wanna say I m very please with my new venom x20 125cc from Venom Motorsport... I ll will buying more bikes in the near future Again .

Bought a 1300W and 1500W quad for my girls. They are awesome. The batteries lasted for 2 days of almost continuous riding although manual says 45 min. Well put together.

**Follow Up-Quads are still awesome. Batteries lasting way longer than advertised. I advise using the service to have them built before they are delivered. It is proving to be worth it.

I have had a very up and down experience. I bout a 1300w quad and a 1000w quad. The 1300w has been stellar never an issue. Excellent bike. The 1000w has had a fuse, fuse block, throttle and another fuse replaced. It has only been rode 3 hours. The tech support is good but they have no authority to do a real problem. Meaning that 90 % of the problems they could resolve but you have to install all of the parts but they send them for free. I hope that they get the 1000w resolved because I love the bikes. But when a problem that they cannot fix easily comes about. I think they have little power to Get the issue resolved probably due to cost restraints. I will update as the saga continues.

2 weeks later Update after tons of videos and test, I am now waiting because they want to contact their Chinese counterparts. This is unfortunate and I been told this never happens. Maybe they should work out something to get this one off back so that they can study it. But either way. 2 weeks of it setting sideways in the garage. I guess we ll find out. I will update as I now doubt this bike will work. I am going to look for other bikes now because there is no deadline for this to end until the warranty runs out until then, I m becoming a certified mechanic for venom quads. Great tech support though.

2018 Venom X22 Green Edition
Here the fun begins, bought the bike on 01/21 and got it delivered to my place on 01/30, not bad. Originally bought a regular black edition X22, but they called and said they have fully assembled X22 green edition. So, I took it. Again fully assembled. ***Please check for all the screws and torque them as needed, I mean all the screws***. I forgot to tighten the gear rod connector and that one part, which I missed, fell of while riding.

I was bit surprised by the way the bike was shipped. Bike was on pallet with side stand open and was balancing in some old plastic tub and strapped with some kind of wires? May be I have huge expectation on how the shipping will be (With the pictures of the customers online, fully assembled in a real metal frame) - Only reason for the 4 star rating

The bike was dented in one spot and some parts were bit scratched, not sure if its the Freight company or from the warehouse. Don't care, because of their good customer service. They shipped and I received new parts already.

First and Second Star- definitely for customer service (Vince). Quick response and turn around with any question or needed document. Really helpful and patient. Never experience this kind of customer service in states

Third Star - The build of the vehicle. It is way better then 70% of the Big Brand companies. Nice size bike and fun to ride

Fourth Star - User interface! Pretty easy to work around the page and easy to order, questions answered. No Hassel purchase. Also got a $50 for being first time customer lol

The guy on the phone was helpful but then they send me an email saying they can't process my order for some reason they take my money real fast can't give me my bike cool but then they don't send my refund to me I get an email and that's it where's my money? I called and left messages and sent you e-mails back in and got no response not good customer service as far as I'm concerned I just want my money back in my account ASAP

I purchased a bike from this company about a year and a half ago the transaction was extremely smooth. Check out was extremely straightforward they had a huge selection great sales some of the best prices on the Internet and are extremely trustworthy. Great videos showing you how to operate and assemble everything that you receive even videos on how you will receive it before hand. The title and all of the documentation to get it registered or shipped out before hand and usually received before you receive the bike! Which is awesome. Just purchased my second bike from them they have some of the best customer service I ve ever experienced with any vehicle. Ran into a problem with my 50cc scooter that I bought from them with the battery not being powerful enough but they reimbursed at me after I purchased one. Always there and always respond to emails nothing but good things to say about this company. Highly recommend them to anyone that is in the market for an ATV a scooter or a first time bike top quality in every way.!

I bought a brand new Honda Grom clone from this company and they have really gone the extra mile for me. Unfortunately I had an issue with part of the bike, I contacted the customer service and they were very prompt and answered my questions. Over all, a great experience and they come through on their warranty. The service representative that took care of me was Shawn and he was very courteous and kind. Awesome people.

We have had a 1300W ATV now for just over a year and the kids just love this machine. If you have any questions or need anything the service guys are awesome to deal with and help you through the process. I highly recommend Venom, great products and service. If you have a young Child looking to take up riding quads. This is the place to go. Great pricing, Great sales, AMAZING SERVICE. Shawn has been nothing but quality with his service, time and patience. Incredible guy. Purchased a Venom 125CC gas quad for my 11 year old in July, My son wasn't a "New" rider at the time. Had experience with 90CC quads always governed. Took the 125CC home and needless to say. He drove the S**T out of it, Mud, Rock, Dirt, Grass, through the 7 acres we have at home and the quad took the abuse day in and day out for a solid 6 months. LOL, We had some stuff go wrong, nothing major or engine wise. Called Shawn, brought the bike in 3-4 times now and never an issue, never a remark, never a sigh or complaint from Shawn. Always a laugh and "What did he break now". Couldn't ask for better service and the product is a solid product. Thanks Shawn, thanks Vinny in Sales and always good to the boys around the shop.

I got this bike yesterday with no problems and I'm satisfied with the purchase. It is a plus that it came with an electrolyte battery so I only had to put the fluids In it and after 15 minutes the bike was running. It is true that you do have to tighten screws up when you get the bike and get loctite. Adjust the idle screw, it seemed that mine was a little on the low end and would cut off. I would recommend putting in a ngk spark plug in it. Overall, its a good learner bike for someone who wants to ONLY learn the ride style and not the mechanics of a regular motorcycle right away.

Broke after 2 months. Tech dept very nice and sent new parts but still doesn't work. I am not a mechanic nor an electronics guy, and they have no technicians in the states. They buy from china and flip them. If I had bought directly I'd expect this. Now I have a $400 dollar electronic atv that cost us $1000 that is broken in my garage. Do your research...we didn't because we wanted to get for xmas....and was delivered day after xmas...do your research.

We bought one for my 3 year old son's birthday... he is obsessed!!! I actually bought the 4 wheeler over the phone and it was delivered on time as promised! We had 1 small issue with the bike once we got home ( still works just needs a new part) and they mailed me the replacement as I live over an hour away from Ottawa. The customer service is excellent! The quality of the bike is way better than expected... its solid!!! The 3 speeds are great! My son has graduated to 2nd speed in 3 days. Im happy that it gives him room to grow!!! Inam so happy; i actually bought one for my younger son too but he is a bit too small yet.. i have no regrets buying it though as he will be on it shortly! I am soooo happy we went with the electric version as we were looking at gas but this bike is perfect for learning! My yard is a bit torn up lol but seeing how happy my son is with this 4 wheeler makes it all worth it!

Just wow! My son has wanted an ATV for 3 years and we said no way due to the noise that the gas ATV's creat that can be heard all over the neighborhood...then we found the 1200w Venom Brushless 48V ATV - E-Kodiak and it is a miracle! Its just as fast and hearty and awesome, but super quiet! As a frame of reference my younger son's RAZOR mini kids electric scooter is louder!
Its awesome and this company really stands behind their product- always a live person answering the phone, delivery prompt and as promised, and always someone on the phone to answer questions and back up the product- 5 stars all around! Please lets switch all of those loud gas ATV's over to these!

"Best Toy Ever!" Was the first thing my son said when he saw his new 1500 E-Grizzly ATV. I can't say he's wrong! One of the best purchases I've ever made. We purchased a 1000W 36V Electric Mini back in January for our son. He absolutely loves the quad and he is always getting head turns and comments regarding how cool his quad is. All the cousins love riding it too. Ran into a parts issue 7 months in and needed a replacement, this was just outside the 6 month warranty period but Venom stepped up and covered the part. Vince was excellent and had everything organized within a few minutes. Can't thank the Venom team enough. I look forward to upgrading to the mid-sized quad when my son is older.

Loved the look of the Lifan KPM200. They worked with me on a modest discount to make it less than MOST vendors. Come to find out anyone cheaper is not an authorized vendor anyway, and it paid off immediately. It arrived in a timely manner, and is common with large items shipped across the country it had some imperfections. Also, the battery was doa. Without hesitation they sent out replacement parts direct from Lifan and a replacement battery, both arriving faster than I anticipated. The paperwork for the bike arrived the same day the bike did, so no delay there. Riding season is over here so it wasn t a really big deal but had it been in season I would have been very happy to receive those items quickly. The minor assembly required was relatively easy but someone with less knowledge would do well to have more instructions than they include. That said they are a phone call away so there s that. Wasn t a problem personally. I had it done in about two hours which included an oil change which is completely voluntary. Well I haven t had a chance to give it a really good test run it seems to work pretty nicely. Would never describe it as a powerhouse but it s a 200 after all. It does however handle like it s on rails, able to be tossed around at will. The tires do have a tendency to pick up and throw loose gravel but of course it s not ideal to ride on anyway. Overall I gave the shipping company a nine out of 10 the bike a nine out of 10 and venom s customer service a solid 10. So far I would give American Lifan an eight due to quality control but I m not reviewing them right now. If so it would be a four which is still good. At the end of the day are you better off to buy a used Honda or Suzuki for the same price? Maybe. The jury will be out on that for quite some time. The quality of materials is better than I expected and the fit and finish is about what I expected, so time will tell. I am sure proper break in and maintenance are of paramount importance. If that s not your bag I would recommend the used big four bike. If that is manageable for you then we will see. If you re reading this three years from now and want an unbiased opinion reach out and I ll provide it.
