Covid friendly table tennis playing place. Not terribly busy on the Saturday afternoon I went. There were a few players with basic skills like me, so I enjoyed playing. There were other more advanced players playing as well

A friendly club with a vibrant drop-in culture. Nicely spaced tables with high ceilings and a good floor. Daniel is a fantastic teacher, patient and very knowledgeable. A great place to learn and hone your skills!
A very professional ping pong venue. Excellent teachers, good floors and tables, good lighting. If you want to learn how to play (that's what I'm doing) or want to play competitively (I'm nowhere near there yet), this is an excellent place to go to. The staff are competitive pros, but they do a fine job of teaching beginners, as well as coaching competitors.
The lighting here is very good. They have experienced people who can train you. They sell paddles and balls too, so you can buy one there. I've been taking private lessons 2 times a week, and I feel like I am improving really fast! They have a Tuesday night Round Robin competition where you can test your skills against others and get a rating.
What I like about Pong Planet is not only it's a has a great facility , it also has a friendly and excellent trainers and the players are friendly. I went for a training session this week with one of Pong Planet's coaches, Daniel Kim. I was hesitant and nervous at first . Hoping that he won't be criticize me too much.
The first 5 minutes , I was thrilled of how precise and accurate that Daniel had dissected my position, my stance and the position of my paddle. It was just a few minor adjustment and I already felt the difference of how to hit the ball. Brushing and hitting the ball is so different.
We went on for an hour , Daniel was very patient and the best part is making me work at my comfort zone and then slowly increasing the intensity. He made the game of Ping Pong so fun to play. Can't wait to learn more from Pong Planet.
Excellent staff and facility. The instructors are very talented, and great at coaching. My teacher was Daniel, and he has been very helpful. They have regular tournaments and open play for players not getting lessons.
One of the biggest and the best table tennis facility in the bay area! They have drop in play, adult group training, and junior group training and you can meet national level coaches!
The staff at PongPlanet Table Tennis Club went above and beyond in helping me host a large corporate event at the facility for over 50+ individuals. The facility was nice and everyone had a great time. Keep up the good work!
Shoutout to Coach James. During our 1 hour private training session he intuitively explained all the nuances and subtleties behind the strokes. Nice high ceilings and great lightning. I will definitely be back again.
Great place, a lot of space between each table and very clean. I heard from one of the owners they are planning on offering some high tech entertainment soon so I'll keep an eye out for that!
This is probably the only table tennis club that offers variety of junior training and adult play programs in the peninsula. The coaches are experienced, the programs are well designed, and the facility is up to standard. we are very happy being members for a few years.
Good players. Friendly. People playing late on weekdays. Comfy couches and cheap sports drinks in the lounge. I'm taking a weekly class there from Amy and my game has improved remarkably. Seems really authentic, there is an enormous PRC flag on the wall next to an equally enormous USA flag. I'm going to sign up for another series of classes.
