Pleaple with eye problems should get the help they need to see properly or go work some where else where they will not be required to have a clear vision. A lady with eye sight sent me back because she can't read a printed document. I rushed to catch the office and I'm am so disappointed due to this rude and disrespectful black lady who seem to enjoy sending me back. What a creepy experience.

I have been a premier member of AAA for 28 years and I found this to be the most disorganized and unsatisfactory office I have experienced in that time. Trish was particular dismissive and I found her communication ability to be abrasive and borderline confrontational.
The waits, for DMV, insurance, or travel services are all indeed long. There are large numbers of obviously unhappy people sitting around waiting like boiling sardines --like most government social service experiences, and this is a private company. This seems largely down to understaffing given the demand, as my experience with multiple of the staff was personable and friendly once I reached them (if still slow). It is not a full service travel office like many AAA offices. Also, I got photos and both an International Driving Permit and an Inter-American Driving License, and they not only charged for both documents (understandable, since they're distinct, if related) but charged twice for the same photos for both documents (assuming this is AAA policy and not staffing who is not trained to fulfill this unusual service, then that is not down to the location but is still something that AAA should change). This facility seems to mostly service insurance and DMV, with travel services tertiary.
I have been trying to reach Richard Bertacchi, my agent, he has been dodging my calls and will not pick up his cell phone. I received a notice regarding a cancelation of my newly acquired AAA insurance here in Missouri. It seems there is an error on my record as I have been insured with AAA in Massachusetts for the past year without issue. Basically Richard told me over the phone that Missouri does not understand Florida legal language. No one will help me or let me speak to Richard Bertacchi. The underwriters are amateur at their very best with the wind at their back..
Once you bring in all required items found on list(dmv.gov), turn cell phone ringers on vibrate, and never use your speakerphone inside blg=less trips to location.
I prefer going to AAA for my license. It's bright, clean and although the wait sometimes is long the chairs are comfortable. The people who work there are very hospitable.
They will not stop harassing me. I have made multiple calls to the AAA call center, demanding that they stop mailing me solicitations to buy their product. Their advertising is dirty, and makes it look like I still have AAA coverage and is exactly the type of thing which is used to fool older people into signing up or buying something they don't need or want. I have called their corporate office at lease twice and requested to be removed from their mailing list and they still mail me their shady advertising. This company totally sucks. I wish they would go out of business.
This office is the worst customer service i was calling to remove a car and add another one it took me two weeks some time they hung up the phone don't west your time
The DMV's website really need to reflect the information the employee's tell their customer. If you're trying to renew ANYTHING CALL BEFORE YOU GO TO VERIFY YOU'RE TAKING THE NECESSARY DOCUMENTS!!!!
Great Customer Service!!! Mary Hart was very knowledgeable and very helpful. Mary alone made my day all the way around AWESOME. I wanted to tell all my friends to switch over to AAA Insurance because of her.
These people did not understand the license regulations, as they did NOT allow me to transfer plates. Upon learning of their mistake, Jackie, who supervises the DMV operations promised on TWO OCCASIONS to talk to the state DMV coordinator and call me back regarding the state issuing a refund. She NEVER called me. I understand the state of MO sucks, but AAA staff, who run the operation, could still make good on their word and return calls as promised.
After contacting the state directly, they apologized and issued a refund. Turns out the AAA staff who manage the DMV service don't know anything and Jackie (the supervisor) blew me off.
They steal your money when u just get a qoute they say i owe a bill gor a policy i never gave them permission to start and then they send it to collections attorney is now handleing it since they dont want to resolve it
AAA hands down BEST insurance company. Not just because I'm insured with them but it's much more the employees are AWESOME and strive to give experience excellent care and determination to assure all customers a great experience. Love AAA......
Very friendly employees and a great help with planning a trips.they have all the latest information on places to go and what to see or do when U get there.
Staff was very responsive and provided me with maps, hotel recommendations, and a triptic within a few hours of my request. Very efficient and friendly.
Employees aren't rude, but they're not overjoyed to be working with you either. Also there's a very long wait and your not in comfortable seating either. I suggest taking off for the day if your coming here because of the wait alone.
Horrible experience with the license dept. Ever person that I saw over there was rude and lacked all levels of customer service. No one said hello nor smiled unless they were laughing and talking with a co-worker. Everyone wore dry frowns on their faces and spoke sharply and in an uncaring fashion as if to be barking orders/request in a condescending manner. They acted as if the customers were inconveniencing them and like we should know what documents are required as if its our job to know. I'm reporting Lindell escalating my experience to corporate. These people need training, IMMEDIATELY!
I was here to get my documents Notarized, and the Notary was very helpful and patient to listen to my questions and answer them and also informed me with correct documentation also confirmed by checking with the concerned department.
Went to renew my license and was asked for a social security card. Since when is this a requirement, never needed it before. Had my mailing information and ID. Bad business to come out in 15 degree weather and not be able to take care of business. Heartless.
It was horrible, I will never come back again. I went to get license plates for my car and the line moves show as molasses along with the employees that work there. There were two employees on duty on a Saturday and they both took their time like the world was not spinning and the clock wasn't ticking. They suck.
Had a flat tire yesterday in Maryland Heights, which required a tow 25 miles to South St. Louis. The operator, Carl Guyton, was amazing! He was very professional and took care of my baby, on and off the tow truck. He said he is leaving for another job soon and I wish him nothing but the best. AAA has lost a good one.
I've been here several times over the past 5 years as a AAA member and have had excellent service when getting my TripTik maps for roadtrips. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I won't go anywhere else. :)
