Just wanted to share how much my daughter loves her Venom Grizzly 125cc ATV Quad. Starts every time and it's automatic. I needed a part for it and it was shipped out fast. the team is great and very knowledgeable.

I just ordered my 2020 Venom x22-GT and I m SO stoked. Moodie helped me throughout my whole order and working with them (not sure gender - worked through email :P) was an amazing experience. We probably went back and forth on things 20+ times. I originally wanted a 125cc bike, but after telling them I wanted to ride to work in Austin, Texas traffic and on the highways, they recommended a 250cc bike, for reasons that are now obvious to me. I saw the x22 and IMMEDIATELY fell in love. The matte black is so sleek looking. It was a genuine delight working with Moodie. I m new to bikes and must have asked hundreds of questions, some probably multiple times, so make sure I understood. They were nothing but kind and patient with me, answering every question I had along the way. They made me feel secure and confident in my choice. Replies were also insanely fast. I ve never worked with a CS team that was so timely. I m confident that if I need any help after getting the bike (it s a pre order, I have to wait :/) Moodie and the CS team will be right there and willing to help. Seriously, do NOT pay mind to any negative reviews you see, if you dig deep. Those people seemed like they weren t aware that some bikes needed different amounts of assembly upon arrival, messed it up, then got belligerent and felt entitled when the CS team would try to help. They wanted CS to bend the warranty agreement and got mad when they didn t. I read the reviews and the response from the Venom team and their responses 110% spelled out that they were more than willing to help and even did bend the warranty in some places. They literally did so much for these people. Nothing that was said by these people held true for my experience so far. It was the exact opposite and I can t believe people are that warped. I can t WAIT to write another killer review about Venom, Moodie, and the rest of the team once my bike arrives!

18 months ago I bought my 3 year old son the 1300 two wheel drive quad. So we've lived with this unit for a while now. Even though it was dialed down to the lowest setting for speed and power I would say 3 years is a little young. At that age they understand steering but working a throttle, brakes and reverse? Forget about it. But... what a difference a year makes! He's now 4 and half and he loves riding it in the forest trails on our property. Its got lots of power (we have only dialed it up about 40%) and is super reliable. Its not cheap but you get what you pay for. This is a quality ride that will last for years. The only upgrade I can see being needed in the future is full four wheel drive. Thanks Venom Motorsports!

I ordered a 150cc Icebear maddog on the website. Next day they call me that the color I ordered was gone, so I chose another color. They then called back the following day saying they could only send me one that was not put together, because their Georgia location does not have mechanics. I now have to wait 4 weeks for a preorder of the bike I ordered which is frustrating...

Since I cannot post to the owner, it was not a bad review, was just looking forward to it. Hopefully your stock comes soon as. Now I am waiting on a preorder

Can't say enough great things about Venom!! We ordered our kids two electrical quads to keep them busy when the world shut down and we couldn't be happier. The sales person explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. I know nothing about these machines so opted for assembly to be completed by their technicians. Showed up on time and ready to ride! Excellent service.

Bad quality products. Headlight burned after one week. Battery charger failed after 2 weeks. Tires where all craked after 6 month. Plastic fairing has lost lot of pieces. Main electric motor burn after 8 month and it is now out of warranty. They ask 262$ for cheap brushed replacement motor, that has no replacement brushes. Kids had fun while it was running. It is now garbage because I wont replace the motor with the same junk. Stay away from this 1300$ toy.

Like the Madix - especially the adjustable governor. Awesome for kids!

I was definitely concerned about purchasing a motorcycle online, and did a lot of research and asked a lot of questions first. After shopping back and forth between multiple vendors I chose Venom and have been VERY glad I did. Great communication during the entire process all the way through the delivery. They are responsive to email and you can get a person on the phone too, all of who are helpful and pleasant to deal with!

I never leave reviews so just the fact that I am says a lot. I just wanted to say Vince helped me more then you can imagine. I had a ridiculous amount of questions and he answered all of them for me and was super kind and knowledgeable. Vince is the man, and I receive my two Kp-mins fast and they run amazing. Super fun bikes I ve been having a blast during this quarantine because of Vince and venom motor sports. Thanks a lot guys you ve made my quarantine a lot better . :)

I purchsed a bike on October 19, 2018 via a cashiers check that they put a 15 day hold on, are you kidding me! After the hold period I called to verify my order to find out they were gonna ship me the wrong color. When all was said and done it took 7 days of tracking this item across the entire states to finally recieve it on November 29, 2018. The main office in canada is only 10 hrs from Michigan (where I live) and the bike was shipped from California.

Bikes is and looks amazing have had it about a week. Moose was amazing to work with and emailing as if we were texting back and forth at 1 pm easterner time. And with tims tech corner was more than helpful with getting the bike started. I had a problems with the bike getting started but thatd be from the factory not the dealership. Keep in mind look over the bike apon recieving it and review tims tech corner videos on youtube to ensure that the bike was manufactured correctly my fuel filter was in backwards which prevented the bike from starting but again tims tech corner helped with that. So it would have been five if it werent for that. But i just paid the x22-s off and going to be getting the x-22r in a week or two and will be giving a review on that bike as well.

Very good communication and detailed help when looking for parts. Great quality product as well.

I jus bought the new fully Automatic 2020 Venom X22G 250cc I Preordered it!! Coming in June 30! Can t wait!! Sent them a thousand emails with questions but they were awsome in responding to all my Emails!! Vince is cool he answers all my questions! Had a minor problem with financing but worked it out it wa a small mistake made on financing company but they corrected it and financed the whole bike yay!! Excellent customer service !! This is my third motorcycle from Venom Mororsports. First off I received my bike in only 1 week of ordering. I told Moodie that it was my birthday gift for myself so they got it moving out quickly! The bike showed up in perfect condition (not even a rip on the box). This bike is a monster so be prepared to be stunned. It was a quick and easy assembly process. My only gripe was that the rear brake was missing the bolt that attaches to the main harness but i have plenty of spare bolts so that was an easy fix. I own both the X22 and X22R but this bike is the best looking by far (those are both great bikes). I highly recommend this bike as a cruiser to anyone looking for a beginner cruiser bike. There is almost no vibration at all which really surprised me! Thank you Venom for another excellent experience!!

For a starter bike the df250 is a good choice .I made some bad choices with it.and I broke parts I'd give.Moody a call and I'd get my parts. Or to ask questions. Moody always looks out.

So everyone asking where we got the bike Coz they all want to convince their parents to purchase 1 cool bike so they could also look like a boss lol!!

Very impressed! Im sorry i cant recall the gentleman's name but he was very accommodating and very professional over the phone. Hard to trust people these days. He made me feel comfortable with the purchase. The Two 125cc Venom ATV s showed Up last night around 5 ish. 100.00 delivery fee from Ottawa!!! How cheap is that? I cant drive there and back for that price. Delivered right into my garage. Day and Ross does great job assuring no damage is done. I couldn't wait. I unboxed one of them and Putting it together was a breeze. Someone who is not mechanically inclined could do this im couple hours. Took me about 45 min to complete. She fired right up!!!! Got the other one together this morning. Of course i had to test them for safety reasons The kids need to be safe!
With a 180 pound Adult, for a 125cc, they work really well. The kids will be rippin up the yard.
No complaints with the sales, service or product! Ill definetley be back when they upgrade. Thank you very much. Two more very happy boys get to ride your product!

My older son has Autism. He rides it comfortably. Its great you that can Limit the speed. Has a remote shut off, which is perfect for any kids. Very Happy Kids. New customer for life. Look forward to the next purchase!

Moodie is the Definition of How an employee acts when 1 is happy with their job. I bought a bike that I decided to upgrade the next day and hoped original purchase had not shipped yet. Moodie responded instantly to my email and made the transaction work and on top of that was very professional. No frustration at all was shown towards me at my mistake I had made. Venom by way of Moodie has definitely earned a repeat customer. No doubt a 5 star transition all the way around!!

My friends and I recently purchased 4 Apollo DB36 Bikes. After doing some research we decided to make our purchases from here given their tremendous reputation. I must say they lived up to it and then some. Manni was very I was very helpful with placing the order and I kept apprised of my purchase from day one. After receiving the bikes I had a couple of issues with some parts. I contacted the tech team and was helped by Andy who went the extra mile in ensuring the problems are resolved expeditiously. Once again Venom has proven their kindness. After talking with them i have decided to purchase from Venom. Communication is the main reason i picked them. You are treated like a customer, not just another number. They listened to all my questions and concerns and answered all of them without beating around the bush like many do. There isn't one part of me that is paranoid of the transaction. Wish more places on the web selling these took notice of this important step of Confidence in buying. They explained the entire process to me. I cant express how much more advanced these guys are at Venom as they have a team dedicated to please.

These guys here are top notch. They not only helped me get on the road in New York from start to finish, they are knowledgable and polite. Whether it's Tim giving you tips on maintenance, or Moose handling transactions, the service is always great. Andy at the front desk also deserves a big mention. He can work wonders. It can get busy at times as it should for a good business, so treat your bike well and be patient. Give them time to help you. Especially if you're in the states. I would have to leave a totally different review about the products. The X-19,x-20 are top notch machines. Looking at the X-22 for my next purchase. The Super Pocket Bikes are my new favorites and will be for a while.

I purchased an electric atv in 2016 and my son has loved it. When we ordered the unit back then it had a small error on the listing and Venom apologized for this and in return sent us a bunch of spare parts which was way more than we could have asked for.

A few weeks ago we realized we lost the keys to the ATV (kids right). I emailed Venom and in less than 30 mins they replied and a new cylinder and keys were on the way for a reasonable price.

Recently my son broke the charger unit by leaving it out in the rain, and again within a few moments after emailing them the order was in and on the way. Amazing.

More than a terrific group to deal with, I will absolutely be buying another 125 cc atv from them. They were super easy to reach, by phone,text and email. I paid via e-transfer and the bike was delivered in just a few days.. there was a minor issue with a switch, but the guys had one sent out to me immediately!.. I have to say that as far as service these guys have be nothing but excellent, and I plan on buying another atv from them very soon. The bike itself is worth every penny and more, it has plenty of power, and it looks great, the whole experience was more than I ever expected, excellent all around! Thanks guys!
