If you call in, ask for Hugo. Great customer service. Company policy couldn't accept my account but Hugo did everything he could to help and even pointed me in the right direction for a merchant that could accept my account. Very impressed.

As opening a new store I knew I would need a credit card machine that would meet all of my needs. Being able to be given such great rates and a machine that will accept every card I will need and as new technology develops I can stay updated as well. Would like to give a huge shout out to Harry Meeks, his desire to help his customers is above exceptional. Pleasure in completing everything and helping with everything. Recommended to all and to any business owner I know will be given VMS name.

BUYER BEWARE!
1) Don't LIE about needing a detailing appointment just to get an owner on the phone. 2) Don't LIE about what I am paying with the Square App. 3) LISTEN when an owner tells you that we are more than satisfied with Square and dont mind if it costs 1/4% more due to their great customer service over the past 5 years. 4) REALIZE that I am googling your name while you are talking to us and reading all of the negative reviews 5) THANK the business that you just fraudulently interrupted with your unwanted solicitation and go on about your day rather than being rude and condescending. People, like me. are still willing to PAY for quality service and have Loyalty to providers!

Great people, the rep I talked to was very down to earth and actually had a sence of humor, I have been without ebt for over a year, forgot how many customers I had that use it sue is hooking me up .

This a total scam company. Their reps are trained to fall for their scam and later on they won't even talk to you if you try to contact the person who scammed you. This company made me signed a lease agreement telling me the mini clover was going to be mine after the 48 months and a free website that was part of me signing for the 48 months. Guess what? It was all a lied and I have NO website and still paying for a mini clover that I have in box put away, because they were charging me crazy amounts for the merchant services and fees.

You will call them and ask about the fees and they don't know what to answer. If you ever get to this company please trust me nothing good is going to come out from it. You will lock yourself in a contract for 48 months and you will be paying a lot in monthly fees. I've already spoke with the merchant company that process and they were not aware of the scams this company uses to make you sign. My case is under investigation.

I gave a * when I signed up in the beginning because there were problems with the device not being activated on time. Offices were closed and no customer services.

They called me and asked to change the ratings after they solve the problem and I changed it to **** though activation was done later than promised.

They are a scam because they tell one thing over the phone and make you sign other thing.

And you know you don't have time to read long pages of agreement.

I talked with them that I will have the clover mini for 44.99 month to month lease and can cancel anytime.

Now I received a letter from FDGL saying I have 48 months lease that's $2159.52

I called the customer service to inquire about this and from the very first response customer service started to scream at me instead of listening.

He keeps on saying that that's what you signed for and you can do nothing.

I said I want to talk with the customer representative that I talked in the beginning and they say she left the company.

Over the phone they said per transaction fee for debit card is 6 cents now they say its 10 cents in the agreement.

There are many things that are different than what you are promised.

Beware and better opt for other companies. There are many good companies out there who have 24/7 customer services.

I am definitely going to do something to get my case resolved.

Annoying annoying annoying annoying they dont get a no is a no once week there are calling my restaurant 3x every week and pretend they never called me and say a quick 10 minute overview to save me money BS a bunch lies trying to lock you in a 4 year deal those new credit card machines/ if you go with a tablet provided thru them yea your gonna be paying on them every month. Dont tell them yes dont give them no info tell them no is a no!!! Been using the same person locally and i get my money the next day i dont care if yall save me money idk what yall might change in 4 year contract like ive seen this company do to others they "change fee's for this or for that" there con tactics wont get me i felt offended when they told me if i signed up today i would get a 750$ bonus sign fee today hell i told them you can give me 100,000$ i wont be signing noooo 4 year contract no sir!

BUT GUYS PLEASE STOP CALLING ME EVERY 3 days 3 times a day yall call!!! stop it a no is a no!!!!!

They will not stop harassing me and my business. After telling them we were not interested in switching merchant services they continue to call every day over and over again for 20 to 30 minutes, literally non stop. Talk about a sore loser of a company. If I ever decide to switch merchant services they are on my short list of company's never to do business with and they should be on yours as well! I also reported them to the do not call registry. I can't believe they think their terrible business practices will get them anywhere.

Rania was very professional and patient with me, and she helped me get my EBT license at no charge. The equipment was up and running over night. Im definitely choosing VMS for all my future store opening plans.

She made sure all my questions were answered and if she didn't know the exact information, it didn't take her decades to figure out the correct information. She also has a sense of humor which is really good when talking to someone you would like to sell something to. Well I'm sold and hopefully you will be too. Good company

There are so many better options now...DO NOT JOIN...

There are so many better options now...DO NOT JOIN VMS>>>They are such a ripoff...Customer Service is horrible (they only read scripts in circles)...You can't get things fixed without paying more and there is a fee for everything. We used this card service for our business and have lost money directly and in cost of time by spending many hours on the phone and sending email to dispute problems with this company.

We signed with this company 2 1/2 years ago and during that time the credit card machine has worked "ish" for about 9 months. Reception was not great and we ended up having to send back the machine for them to try to "fix" the issue 4 times so far. The customer service reps are not very helpful when you have an issue. The machine that I pay for each month does not work, so they say the only thing for me to do is buy another machine for $295. It is their machine and I feel that if I'm paying them for a machine that works then I should have a machine that works or the option to cancel my contract. They said I would be charged even more if I cancel early because we signed a 4 year contract (which I'm finding out is perfectly worded with loopholes...I'm currently having lawyers look through it to see if there is any way we can pursue them for lost income because of their faulty equipment and breech of contract.

If you have a business or you are about to use them run as far as possible they closed my merchant account without letting me know and I was still accepting money from clients without knowing they won t pay me I had to call to find out the my account was closed and I lost a lot of money am waiting from my lawyer to update them so we can meet in court this is the most scary experience of my life

THEY CHARGE ME 59.84 IN FEES MONTHLY JUST TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, ALL FEES THAT THEY WAIVED IN THE BEGINNING BUT WERE APPARENTLY HIDDEN IN THE CONTRACT SO THEY CAN CHARGE ME LATER .
WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL THERE SERVICE THEY TELL ME IT WILL COST ME $695.00 FOR EARLY CANCELLATION FEE!
I believe the merchant services field has a lot of scammers but this company has got to be @ the top of the list of shady credit card processors . I have dealt with several who I thought were bad VMS is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in any business.
