I ve worked here for one year. Was promoted to floor supervisor once the original person they ve asked couldn t hold the position due to school and being a mom. Was demoted from floor supervisor after a few months, their reason, the team saying that I was never available, when in reality, the real reason was that I was looking for a new job (this was told to me from another floor supervisor). This job will hire & fire based on if they like you or not. Not only that, for the whole year that I ve worked here, they ve never took out federal taxes in my paystubs. When confronted by it, they blamed me and said that I filled the w-4 out incorrectly on the computer(I never filled it out on the computer, the person that does all the on boarding did). When I asked for them to produce the signed W4 that I did fill out in person on paper, they could not deliver. Not only did they print a w4 that I did not fill out, it also had my name spelled incorrectly and the w4 was from 2016. I only began working for this company in 2019. Once I ve updated my 2020 w4 correctly, they still did not take taxes out and told me to refer to my tax person (as if my tax person was doing payroll for them). When confronted about this, they gave countless excuses as if it were my fault. They did not take accountability at all. I m recently departed from this company and though this job started off great(not so great pay but I managed) it ended very bad. They ve did a lot of shady things and not only have I encountered them but also my peers and fellow co workers. Once you re no longer like by them or if you speak up for yourself they will do anything to fire you or make you quit. They don t have any benefits, 401k or PTO. This job is for straight out of high school kids who are just looking to work until they find something bigger and better.

Out of all the call center outsourcing companies t...

Out of all the call center outsourcing companies that I have employed, Vcaretec has been in a class of its own. This is the reason why I am still sticking with them and will keep on doing that in the future. One reason why I really appreciate them is because of their earnest efforts. There is no one out there who spends more efforts than Vcare. They are diligent, professional and in love with their work. Their dedication is unrivalled and the results are there to show. My CSAT is always rising. Thanks Vcare.

As we manufacture business routers, I was looking for a vendor that was accomplished in core networking projects. I chose Vcaretec after reading some reviews, and they have been fantastic for the past six months. Vcaretec has some of the most accomplished agents and management, who are very good at their job. I keep on getting inputs from their management about how we can make the process even better. They have kept very good KPA scores throughout our association and always stayed professional.

Vcaretec has been a very responsible and reliable vendor for our company. They are especially strict about the data rules, which is one thing that we really appreciate about them. They have exceptional agents and managers, and I like the way they manage their entire operation in a controlled manner. Overall, I am impressed by them and I have put my complete faith in their service. Their office space is very nice and all the agents are provided complete comfort, so they can offer the best service to the callers.

Vcare has come across as a breath of fresh air for...

Vcare has come across as a breath of fresh air for our business. It has provided us with great cost savings and at the same time improved our image in front of customers. Call abandonment rate is almost non-existent and we are happy with the AHT and FCR stats. Their reporting is always accurate and delivered on time. We also get useful insights from their analytics-powered call center software, which help us come up with better business strategies in the future. We have been partners for over 3 years and I have recommended them to my other clients.

In all my years as a tech entrepreneur, I haven t come across a vendor as keen as Vcare. Their management is very zealous in their efforts and always in my ear telling me about their next strategy and how they are going to make things even better. They are all doing this and more, while I am perfectly happy with what they have delivered till now. Simply amazing quality and very high work ethics. I am convinced that they are the best vendor out there for the price they are charging. Great mix of talent and professionalism.

I have got to say, Vcare has been a real help for ...

I have got to say, Vcare has been a real help for our business. They have taken over the reins from our previous vendor and immediately lifted our CSAT ratings while cutting the AHT by almost 2 minutes. Very professional agents and managers. I am impressed by their QAs who are some of the most scrupulous people I have encountered in the call center industry. Nothing is left to chance. Their training facilities are very good, and infrastructure is also very nice.

The pictures of Vcare on Google are actually of the Wework office on 16th and Market st in Philly. The real office is in New Jersey and looks nothing like these photos shown. False advertisement just like their job listings.

Edit: I'm assuming you're one of the two smelly Indian men that run we care. Let me break it down carefully for future people. You guys have one client, Andrew Christian, and SUCK at your jobs. You lied about your entire operation and only need people for seasonal positions so you guys post ads promising full-time positions to unsuspecting people. You've broken so many labor laws. You both don't deserve to live. KYS!!!!!!

Was hired by Vcare to start December 7th. This was the last positive thing I can say about Vcare. Then on December 6th I was told not to report due to "business reasons" and that they would be in touch once the situation resolved itself. It is now March and they refuse to return any emails asking for an update. Stay away from this company.
