Reception sets the tone for any business. It is clear on 1st entering Atlas Workbase that it is a professional and inclusive community - the team are welcoming, efficient & helpful. Rooms are comfortable & well equipped. It is a pleasure to host client meetings here. Thank you!
Pros
+ Free covered parking in the building basement (this is HUGE, especially for downtown Seattle!)
+ Super upscale look and feel (probably the best of all the co-working spaces). The desks, furniture are all first class. High end cutlery, plates, glasses, cups and appliances (microwaves).
+ Free beverages: coffee, tea
+ Free fruit: bananas, oranges, tangerines
+ Free breakfast foods: cereal, pastries and sometimes hot foods like sausage burritos
+ Enough phone booths for private conversations
+ Friendly staff
+ Pay for what you use model is available (billing by the hour with rollover to future months). Unlike the other spaces, if you only spend a few hours on a given day it does not count as a whole day.
+ The staff clean up so it is always neat and tidy.
Cons
+ No napping rooms (to be fair only Impact Hub has this). WeWork has a Wellness room with a lean back chair which doesn't quite work for me.
This is a great place to work. It was quiet but not too quiet. The staff is professional and attentive. There are plenty of seating/ table options. I wish it was closer to my home.
Love this place. Friendly, professional, comfortable space with all the amenities you need. Central, free parking, great WIFI, good coffee & snacks. Food looks good too though I haven't tried personally.
Happy occasional customer - the 5 hour passes are great for what I need.
I like the fact that you can conduct business privately and uninterrupted. If you have to wait for any reason or if you're meeting on your lunch break there are snacks to munch on.
Pro level, adult workspace. Go to work, not brunch.
I went here for a Young Professionals of Seattle workshop day. It is a fun space located right above the QFC supermarket. Ever get hungry and need a snack or lunch? Then just walk downstairs! There is a desk in the front that screens people entering the workspace, so no need to worry about questionable characters walking in from off the street. There are lots of small and large spaces to work in and feels very modern and professional.
Just moved away from Seattle, have been using this place for several months. This is a fantastic, extremely productive place to work. Very modern space with constant supply of coffee and snacks. Will absolutely miss this place, please build one in Tacoma!!
I have been working from ATLAS for about 9 months and here is what I like:
- Free parking in SLU. This is huge.
- Above a QFC. This is a huge perk if you're trying to eat healthy.
- Upscale feeling (sparkling water on tap in multiple locations)
- Awesome technology concierge team. ATLAS has really awesome display and conferencing tech and when I'm having trouble figuring it out, their IT team has it up and running immediately
- Centrally located. I can uber/lyft to meetings downtown and hop on 520 to hit Kirkland / Bellevue
- Interesting members / community - The ATLAS is a rain maker when it comes to attracting accomplished and talented people to their space. E.g. they recently hosted an event with a bunch of Seattle VCs as well as the Seattle Mayoral debate
We just moved our office to Atlas and I'm really enjoying their work space. My company used to work out of a Regus office -- it was the size of a broom closet. Atlas is a major upgrade and a much better level of service.
Very well designed workspace with flexible pricing options and great amenities. ATLAS offers a high level of service and care for its clients. IT and A/V equipped spaces are well maintained and updated. Recommend!
Gorgeous place with lots of different work spaces and environments. The amenities are really good, the navigation icons are unique and really useful, and the place is very clean. If I lived in Seattle I would buy a membership.
This is a great temporary work environment if you're on the road and want something better than working from Starbucks.
As the speaker for the event, I appreciated the attractive and comfortable facilities, the hospitality of the staff, and the seamless operation of the projection equipment. Great place. Thanks!
Very professional space.....easy to find....well relatively easy considering Seattle streets....contemporary setting....friendly staff....
Fantastic! ATLAS Workbase is the perfect coworking space in Seattle. The array of top-notch amenities and the design/layout of the work spaces allow you to enjoy and focus on your work. The facilities are modern, quality and kept extremely clean. Between the two kitchen areas, connection to Konvene Coffee, daily snacks and drinks, you will have great brain fuel throughout the day. Additionally, the staff are friendly, professional, and helpful. Alex Evans, Community Sales Manager, is wonderful to work with! Highly Recommend!
Wonderful employees. Beautiful workspaces in comfortable environment.
I had a really bad experience at ATLAS today. After signing in like I've done on 3 prior occassions, I was not allowed to use the lounge area. The person at the check in counter said she was the VP of sales and marketing and that my service level did not grant access to the lounge. I told her when I siged up at ATLAS over a year ago, they gave me a tour and clearly said I could use the lounge, but obviously there had been a change in policy. When I asked if there was anything in writing, the reply was NO. So are these rules being made up on the fly? When did the policy change and why is there no transperancy? No point having a nice facility but running it without clearly written policies. Is this the ATLAS way so they can exclude or include paying customers at will. Get real, its 2020 and its Seattle.
Great place for company meetings glad ours above QFC.
Atlas is the Bar. Every detail covered, every employee gives 120%
This is the best co-working space I have had the pleasure of using. I especially like to impress clients who visit and meeting new people in all kinds of roles for companies making an impact upon Seattle. And did I mention all the ergonomic sitting/standing desks, private call booths with couches and free coffee for members? Atlas Workbase is the cream of the shared office space crop!
Great place to work and meet with clients. Very nice staff.
Atlas Workbase is an amazing place to work effeciently and meet your key customer. Water, coffee, healthy snacks are always available and all you have to do is focusing on your work.
Their service team is so professional and the place is gorgeous, and their pricing is so reasonable compared to other shared offices.
Met here for a group work/discussion session. The environment is clean and aesthetically pleasing. We used a private room. Comfortable, quiet. Qfc is just downstairs if one wants something the snack bar doesn't offer.
I have to say pretty impressive .. there is a workspace for everyone
I never been to a place like this, I am not a millennial. The arrival was great, absolutely no problem finding parking, I parked in the basement of the building. The greeters absolutely friendly , signing up, like at the Dr s office is the best idea. Was directed to comfy high chair, a bar with water/coffee/tea and snacks. The person I was to meet came to greet me and directed me into an empty quiet space, not an office!!, had our meeting in complete privacy w/ no interruptions
Great space for Out & Equal LGBT career fair #webayseattle @eBaySeattle
Absolutely everyone of the Atlas team is amazing! Always very cordial, respectful and helping with a great smile! I am so happy I found Atlas and I am here to stay. It really feels like a family here - super clean, bright, beautiful. The kitchen, the showers are all amazing! When I have visitors at my office they are always amazed and always say that they haven't seen any other co-working spaces like this one.
I was there for a workshop conducted by one of the Atlas full time members, and was treated to a tour by an Atlas team member. I was extremely impressed on the variety of work space and "contracts" offered to use the facility. What a great idea. The Atlas staff were super friendly and helpful. I would totally use the space if I had a need and would definitely recommend others too. The vibe was much more relaxing than the other shared workplaces that I have been to.
Clean and modern. Definitely well thought out in terms of usage of space, zoning, etc. Has everything you need to get work done, period.
Conduct business elsewhere. Atlas treats their employees with little to no respect.
It s rare to find a co/shared workspace that checks all the boxes. Atlas workbase became an instant favorite from the moment I walked in and was greeted from a very helpful staff member that saw my sense of urgency to get in and get on a call quickly.
She was quick to explain the essentials and showed me to the space I could work.
I m a frequent travelers so often these workspaces can be home for hours at a time.
Now this I ve found this gem this will be my go to workspace.
Affordable. Tons of light. Clean. Good use of space. Good sound dampening. Ample phone booths. Overall wonderful experience!
Rather work in a coffeeshop or WeWork. The space is somewhat dark, nice snacks though.
Awesome space with endless options for carrying out business. Whether you want to work in private, in a shared space, on your own, with a group, at a table, in a "pod", etc., the possibilities are endless. Fantastic, accommodating staff and a ton of healthy drink and snack options.
