FOOD WAS TRASH, too salty rice mushy close it down.

it's okay.... the buffet was fully operational at 10pm @ 10.00 for an hour selected menu

Great place. Delicious food served 24/7. Hookahs. Strong drinks. A place where you can party like a Saturday on a Wednesday night. I had a great time.

Tha bathroom was very dirty and the loud music was so loud that we couldn't even talk to the waiter!!

Expensive, but delicious mofongo. For some reason the mofongo meat is separated from the platano.

The one star is for the food taste i think i loved my food because i was starving. Music too loud. Its smells rather funky. Like dirty carpet and your waitresses need to treat clients kindly. And stick to your post next time.

I went there for brunch. It was a delicious 3 course traditional dominican/ Puerto Rican breakfast/ lunch
Momosas and sangrias are bottomless and strong.

Very bad service was dirty the chairs I ask for water and what I swallow two bottles of hot water without a glass with ice I ask for toast and I drink 4 pieces of Puerto Rican and burned deverian it would be it is asko of place if the tables were dirty I don't want imagine the kitchen or change the super viewer or mallener what happened was shame kon my wife was there today May 7, 2016 and I will not go back

The roast pork was burnt and dry the rice and peas was cold and lack taste

Every time I go they surprise me with their renovations and more now with the buffet the food. The food is very rich and the employees are very nice.

Great food and drinks, but customer service is crazy. They have to waitress for the entire restaurant, so you could order something and not get it for 20 minutes

When calling for delivery they lack of hearing, always sending something wrong and staff are horrible.

Poor service, waitresses are on their cellphone all time and food cold (no taste) also over price. I ordered to go chicken fried with fried plantains. The tostones were deep in oil. When I called and explained to the waitress she was very nasty. they pretend to make business hlike that.e the owner has changed the name of the restaurant like 3 time.

This restaurant has disappointed us, very bad service. They did not put water and we had to ask two waiters 5 times and in the end they carry tap water in a small glass. They do not have good treatment or education. Apart we ordered a dessert to go and they put the one that was not to sell it. Apart they put a burnt menu and dirty chairs. I do not recommend do not waste your money and time

I just ordered a grill chicken salad to take away and it seems amazing that the chicken was eaten by the cook. The truth is very sad that one pays 20 dollars for a chicken salad and want to play with the intellegency of one putting on the plate pure lettuce and pansitos. Please have more respect for the client.

Amazing food , so delicious and best of the best costumer service , there s a cool guy s name ANGEL , he takes care of us every time we go there and honestly he deserves me to give him 5 stars .

These people have no clue about service. They don't even bring you water. You have to ask for water and they bring you bottled water and try to charge you for that. BOTTLED WATER? Am I in a bodega or a restaurant? I shouldn't have to ask for water, I shouldn't have to pay for water. Aside from the water issue the service just sucked in general. More than once I tried to get our servers attention with no success. It felt like she was ignoring us

The food was below average, I had baked chicken with rice and Beans, parts of the chicken were cold and the rice was more sticky than it should be. The food was lackluster.

This place just has no redeeming value. Especially considering every other storefront on this block is a Spanish restaurant. The only thing they have going for them is a prime corner location on dyckman. That's probably the only reason they are still open.

Very bad, very expensive, bad service 3oz of beans for $ 2 and 5oz of rice for $ 3. Very expensive. I do not recommend it. I don't know why there is a lot of review that they say is the best but it isn't.

My favorite place to get Mofongo when I'm uptown. The food is good and the Pina colada is top notch.

So I've eaten here several times and every time there is an over charge on my receipts. How convenient... And then I have to wait 24 hours for my money to come back to my card.

Best place around dyckman. Visit the place a least twice a month. Bartenders are awesome always happy and great customer service

This is the worst place 45 minutes waiting for a delivery and when u called to check the status of the order, as per jasmine the waitress, they don t have no delivery man available. No even 1 star deserve

Food was disappointing. If you have a Groupon prepare for issues. Service was not good at all. The brunch is unlimited drinks but they hardly come over to ask if you want or need a refill.

Dry wannabe mofongo that's not appropriately made. Mofongo is Puerto Rican food. House of mangu maybe but not mofongo. If you want real mofongo go to Don Coqui, Comrades El Barrio, La Cocina Boricua, La Isla, Jimmy's, More

The executive chef consultant has his touch at Albert's Mofongo, as in an important number of famous restaurants internationally. I consider myself a mofongos taster and it was at Albert's Mofongo where I found the real mofongo.
The portions are large enough to share between two people and the service is very personalized. You can choose between three different spaces within the restaurant. One with a buffet and two others on demand with an even more exclusive service. Quite considerable prices.

Food is nasty don t buy from here. Just die of hunger.

Excellent, as an unofficial Mofongo taster, I can say that it is the best mofongo I have ever eaten. Garlic at its point, crispy meat and a first class service. A night set by candlelight, rich food and excellent company.

Horrible , first of all . the food has no flavor . the servings are for a toddler , you will stay hungry after a meal .. the waitress will come check on you every 30 mins or so . But then want to demand a 15% tip . i won t recommend anyone to eat here ,

I love this restaurant's food. The staff is always friendly. I mostly do lunch or breakfast. Today I went at 11am and the bathrooms were filthy. I took a picture of the log sheet and it says that it was last cleaned October 2019. I'm sure it was cleaned at some point before today but today it looked like you could catch a disease if you went in there.

The owner mr. Albert he has a very good heart he feeds people at night the homeless needing anybody that what's to eat

Very good place to eat all kinds of food if you are not a lover of loud music while you eat and drink you know they serve all kinds of food and. Variety of drinks and drinks ahh and hooka for all tastes

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walk in and everyone behind the counter just stared at me aimlessly like they didn't work there. On top of that, when I got home I realized they shorted me on my order (I paid for 10 wings and received 7). I would not suggest this place to anyone unless you are desperate need to get some food late at night and there is no where else to go. #MofangosIsGarbage

Been going here for years regular buffet style Spanish food on the other side a bar and club type atmosphere with more upscale seating open 24 hours A-day it's always a reliable place to get full especially after the club.

Friendly staff, and great food, my one nit pick is that the manager seemed a little anxious which rubbed off on me and my family slightly, but other than that Not a bad place to eat on weekend nights!

Over priced, hidden fees and gratuities added on your bill. Food is tasteless and no vegetarian options. Btw,menu has 2 mofongo options no other. One small chicharron order is no less than $22.

He is an ill-mannered owner, he mistreats his employee with groceria and humiliates them. Also, he does not respect the client, they bring him the bill without asking for it and they treat the consumer very inadequately. Very bad experience in that restaurant. The waitresses are good girls but the owner does not treat them well. Worst restaurant in upper Manhattan.

Bueenoo how can i explain first of all the place was nicee buttt the food they gave me and friend was trash , my friend asked for a chicken parmigiana , and they gave her a fried piece of chicken wich smelled like fish so im guessing they fried it in old oil or something , then they put the parmigiana sauce separated in a little bowl on the said and they also forgot to put the cheese, then I ordered my food to go ,yelloe rice with red beans and grilled chicken , the chicken was excellent but the rice was disgusting it stunk like it was rotten it was so hard , the beans i didnt get a chance to try it bc I threw everything away as soon as i tried the rice , i kept the chicken breast though it was well cooked , the service was terrible sice the waitress kept on making faces and coments out of place when my friend tried to explain her what was wrong with the order.

I just ordered online on their app. It s been 1 hour and 10 minutes. I ve called twice to ask about my order and they only say: it s on its way! Is the weekend and there s a lot of orders so please be patience.

They talk rude, and I m still waiting for my order. They better come with my complete order and it not being cold because I will definitely put a complaint on it and ask for my money back. Will post an update when it arrives. But I m definitely not ordering from here again.
