I have got to say, Vcare has been a real help for our business. They have taken over the reins from our previous vendor and immediately lifted our CSAT ratings while cutting the AHT by almost 2 minutes. Very professional agents and managers. I am impressed by their QAs who are some of the most scrupulous people I have encountered in the call center industry. Nothing is left to chance. Their training facilities are very good, and infrastructure is also very nice.
