This project is very nice and beautiful to live here, thanks to the Builders and Architect.

Value for money apartment option but located far from main city. No Kauvery water and borewell water is very less - so residents dependant on tanker water to a great extent.

I stayed for 3years and this place way is to far from city. This place is only good for short stay like 3/6 Months... Otherwise opt a place in Electronic city which will save atleast 15km to city.. Rent doesn't go higher than 8k for 2 BHK.Its good for tenants but very less amount compared to Chandapura or Electronic city...

Not as promised..bad management leaking structure..not recommended

Have booked 1bhk deluxe. While booking they offer possession on November 29th 2018.. Even magic bricks also shows their possession on December 2018. . But today January 2019 no clear date available. . While making aggrement they keep 6 months extra time complete club house and other. . So be careful while booking. . Sureshbabu

Builder delivered their project on August 2017 though promised was a year before. After moving in builder want the customers to do the quality check and all rectification happens once moved in. Especially leakage arrests. Be it the individual units or the entire units. I have moved in during December and my bathroom is still not ready. They have broken the tiles and never fixed it for a month and it's not in usable form causing high inconvenience when you have family and relatives around. Think before you buy one.

Good builder offering budgeted property very low risk on investment having bigger portfolio to trust on. I wish VBHC gr8 go and comes with more project with affordability so commons.

Price is OK , but located too far from main city and water problem they supplying by tankers. Not sure how long they can do this.

Very Bad ,delayed possessions./everyday we are struggling for water shortage and power outrage most of the times lifts are either under repairs or not operating due to power shortage. No proper cleaning and maintenance done, TO add fuel to the fury nuisance created by bachelors who have made the life of Retired/Married Couple really HELL. So ,if you are planning to invest your life's hard earned money in buying any flat AT VBHC,PLEASE THINK TWICE.

Omg I really had very bad experience with sales manager Shilpa, she is very rude and they have invited me to see 2bhk house ready move and there is no car parking it's seems, not sure looks like is playing with my time guess, I asked is there any provision for 2 Wheeler parking, she said no parking at all. initially they said that there is availablity in 3rd also, but when I go and asked them shilpa mentioned it's not available, don't buy flat here guys, no bus facility and it's interior as well Don't ever buy this stupid cheaters

Quite unprofessional in their handling of customers, average quality finish, makes promises it has no intent of keeping and will just wear you down by not delivering

I have transferred maintenance amount to VBHC Builder account by mistake. After sharing all the transaction details, cancelled cheque etc. I have got a mail from VHBC Accounts team that they will refund it. I am still waiting for the refund.

Very bad experience.staff is very roud they do not cooperate as well as misbehave with old customer's.Niether they work nor give any reply.very much hrashment to the old customers. Sorry for comments but it's my own experience.

Good place for bachelor life, not suitable for families

Wish I could have stayed here. Big & new society, systematic planning and costs lower than rest of Bangalore.. If only my office was in Electronics city (my office shifted to Marathahalli - 30 KMs).

An affordable community living. Good ventilation and great surroundings.

Best place to stay for Alliance student and for people who are working in Electronic city. The compound has 24*7 security, well maintained area and it's specious.
