Went there for "assistance" so that me and my 3 kids will be able to get by this month due to low hours at my job last month I wasn't able to pay my bills in full, IMMEDIATELY I was turned around and laughed at "we have no funding" And giving a piece of paper with possible other assistance "none" I have part of my money and jst needed her to here me out that's it. I have NEVER been there before and really thought they would help a single mother of three out, I was wrong "update" Talked wit a supervisor who was worse than the lady who just sits there n hand you a piece of paper, now that my lights are off n my kids NEEDS their nebulizer still NO HELP from COMMUNITY ACTION

They were horrible and very rude and didn't help at all

Rude customer service!!! They have a nasty attitude over the phone.

They have always been very nice and have helped the people I've taken there that need help paying their Electric bill.

Staff direct and informative. Great financial help and services for the surrounding community.
