I wants to share my experience with you. Don't go with Variance InfoTech.
Not good company, the guys name is Raunak Jain has too much ego. I asked him to show me the demo of you works, he said we are not going to show. Even though, I wanted to hire Java Developers for his company still he misbehave with me. I am not going to recommend anyone.

Please guys look at this conversation. How rude he is.

Pathetic company. I gave him my company name, email id still he has doubting on me.

Very bad experience I phased in my life. So rude and not responsible person.

Fake people name different, Skype name different.
