A lot of places to sit. Not long wait times. One of few locals opened till Midnight in the area.

The smell was just disgusting. We weren't there for 30 minutes - but the clothes smelled so badly of food and kitchen that the whole evening was in the bucket.

Place is quite good, large space but in the lunch time a litlle bit crowdy and have to wait to get the food but the service is good.

I think it's very good that you can pay digitally with the Vapiano app. How to pay from 2018.

An excellent place to eat pasta, an incredible environment where you can enjoy the food served in this wonderful restaurant, the food is definitely delicious, you can see how each dish is prepared and the people who prepare them extremely attentive and pending our tastes when adding or removing ingredients or spices, the place is extremely clean and tidy in the same way the decoration of these restaurants very beautiful and excellent. Food tasted good, Vapiano is typically good. Staff seemed annoyed, drinks were not many available, everything seemed a bit chaotic. Maybe a bad day caught. If it turns out, I will give the store but still a chance :)

Very delicious food. It is a bit noisy but the ambience is still pleasant.
Unfortunately the staff annoyed and you get on request unfriendly, terse information, especially at the PizzaStation.

You may or may not like the concept of "Vapiano". The fact is, the food offered is edible and inexpensive. In the design of the rooms, you make an effort. They are clean and well maintained.

Pizzas tasted ok. But otherwise one of the most terrible experiences in my life in the restaurant. So infinitely confusing. I felt like in a factory where I was a screw, was pushed back and forth. With my IQ of 120, I have neither found the menu right away, nor understand the sStem, nor have I found out where I place the empty plates. Only that the pizza costs the same as in a real restaurant where you are served at the table! Never never again voluntarily!
The 2 points are for the pizza becker who has managed to raise the score from minus 10 to plus 2!

Although not very busy, it just takes too long. The noodles were sticky / sticky, no taste explosion. Ordering a draft beer at the bar tasted like it had been there for two hours. Unfriendly. Both in the kitchen and at the cash register. Quality is decreasing. Prefer to go where you pay as much but at least you do not have to do everything yourself.

The food is good and you don't usually have to wait long.

Vapiano offers consistency in quality in general and there's something for everyone salads, pasta or pizza. Is kind of the safe place to go if you want everyone to find a dish. I would suggest to come after 9 or before 7 PM since it can get very crowded here.

A somewhat unusual ordering system, which in my opinion is not negative. You get, when you enter the restaurant, a card with which you then at various "stations" eat "buy" can. The price is booked on the card and when you leave the restaurant you give it off and paid.

Qualitatively the food in my opinion not really convincing. One has rather the feeling that it is canteen food. The ambience of the restaurant also confirms the feeling. You sit at long tables with several different people together and you have to get the food yourself on a tray. The price-performance ratio is in my opinion not good. For the offered quality the food is a bit expensive. The size of the portions is good, however. It is always full.

It was really, really delicious. Large selection of Italian dishes, prepared in front of your eyes and you can choose the ingredients yourself. The staff is also very friendly. Super value for money.

I was never persuaded to go back to the Vapiano: it is like the others I have been in: dark, loud, the food not really hot. In Hamburg, the pizza stand was completely overcrowded due to orders from outside. Plus horrendous prices.

Instead of spending the money in this chain, go to a real restaurant. Is not much more expensive and certainly better.

They have great cakes and tea. They give you a card at the entrance to charge you later.

Who likes Vapiano own fault. Food is mediocre and system catering (McDonalds says hello), you do the work yourself and with more than 2 people you can not eat together. Hopefully, the future spares us from more such concepts.

I was here in the evening, unfortunately no teas were available anymore.
The tables were cleaned up very late. The table where I sat had food, - sauce residues on it.
Nevertheless, the service was nice and the coffee I dodged was good.

Oh. My. God. For all those who come from the countryside and do not fit the target group (<30): Turn around this supermarket. Impersonal, arrogant but soooo hip. After a visit to the opera, have a snack. Choice between Ponti and Vapiano. Wrongly decided for the Vapiano. Received two cards in EC format at the entrance. From a waitress who later made fun of us because we were not familiar with the system (ordering, picking up, drinks ...) (instead of explaining it). Lasagna is not available at the pasta counter but at the pizza restaurant. But not because, because. Tuna pizza ok. Bruschetta underground and loveless. Atmosphere: Like Wandelhalle.

Tried twice after Corona - Conclusion: Never again !!!!

1st visit on October 7th, 2020:
It took me forever to even order. 2 waiters took care of 4 tables at the time of my arrival.
The male waiter did not look at me. Instead, it ran back and forth pointlessly and felt I was being deliberately disregarded.
After a long time a waitress came and served me very decently.
I had a soup that was pretty good. Had a bit too much oomph in my opinion.

2nd visit on October 8th, 2020:
Since my companion wanted to go to the Vapiano, I went there again at noon the next day.
The receptionist placed us at a table directly in the icy train of the front door, which was wide open. I asked her for a warmer place and made her aware of the open dreams.
Then she sent us to a table, which is very unsuitable for a business lunch, who wants to sit next to each other? And furthermore, this place was on the same freezing train. We then simply sit down in a place that suits us.
The waiter from the first visit did not look at us again. Instead, he strutted through the store.
The receptionist took the order at the next table and we assumed that she would come to us next.
Instead, she went up to the salad bar on the computer to place the order on the next table. On the way back she needed cutlery on our next table. We were still not even looked at.
Then she went away without serving us.
A total of 15 minutes passed while we sat there and were not served.
It is important to mention that the shop was really empty! Terrifyingly empty for a Vapiano.

In the end we got up and left so that we could get something to eat during our lunch break, which doesn't last forever.

CONCLUSION:
The service is a complete disaster!
I don't recommend anyone to go there.
I have already told all of my work colleagues about my experiences. I will never again have business contact with there, you are embarrassed!

Save the experience! It is no longer the Vapiano that we all knew and loved.

The first time, positively surprised! Pasta Portion larger than expected, have already experienced different and more expensive. Not only a treat for the palate, but also the eyes and thus the head felt well. The food is in the sight of freshly Prepared with all its odors into which one can plunge right. The cooks are friendly and in a good mood. This also applies to the other staff. And on top of that, there is free Wi-Fi. My charming companion and I like to come back and are curious what we are still conjured delicious. Thank you very much!

Disgusting, grumpy and arrogant employees. we ordered a caprese and they wanted to put the gouda when we asked why they told us that there were no little mozzarella ... they could tell us before an absolute crap I don't recommend it to anyone !!!!!!!!!!

Not what you're used to get at Vapiano. They did a real good job at trying to respect COVID guidelines by changing their usual concept into a more classic restaurant where waiters come to take your order at the table and serve you. The staff however is really inexperienced and untrained which results in very chaotic situations where they can't find their way to your table and serve appetisers and main dishes all at once. Food quality was also less than I'm used to from Vapiano. Also changing the concept to maintain COVID safety doesn't bring much if you let everyone walk around without face masks.

The wrong drink and dish was brought. The dish was already cold and no soup was even served. The Bolognese had hardly any minced meat and was more like pasta with tomato sauce. In addition, the waiter forgot a large part of the order after saying several times and asked again. After such an extensive ordering process, I would have expected more. It was my second visit that was even worse than the first.

We had to wait a long time for the food and even pass it by ourselves to inquire about the food. One day before everything was fine. With children this is so exhausting.

Food is fine, but don't come to this place if you want to have a conversation during lunch.
Each person need to queue until they get their food, and is a different queue for different dishes, so be prepared to spend half of your lunch time standing, and if your partner wants something else he or she will be at the table at a different time.

Can't recommend this branch. We had to wait 20 minutes for the menus alone. The service was slow and unfriendly, forgot part of our food and only brought it when we asked. You had to wait forever for the drinks. The food was okay but not as hoped.

Food was okay as usual. Service was a disaster. After we had to wait forever until we were served, although several waiters walked past us, we were allowed to order after about 15 minutes. The waiter and his note then forgot what I wanted to drink and he had to ask again, so far not tragic. Unfortunately the drinks came long after the meal.

After I was not willing to tip when paying with EC (I might want to give a small amount in cash) there was no look from the cellar and no goodbye or goodbye. He just ran off the table quickly, gave me no chance to tip and I never saw him again.

That was my last visit!

I love Vapiano. I think I read somewhere that this was the first location? Not sure but the food is amazing. Everything taste fresh and quality. Love love this food. You must try if you are ever around a Vapiano. I am a huge cheerleader of this restaurant!!

The food was good and it was so busy.
I was just went upstairs looking for a place to sit. The waiter came and started shouting at me in front of everyone and telling me to sit in some place he picked.
I didn't understand any other word he said since he was speaking german and I can't but it was a very embarrassing moment being shout at in public.

It's nice place to enjoy your meal the food is delicious I can't wait to go there again.

Since the Vapiano unfortunately had to be made in Stuttgart and I happened to have to make a stopover in Hamburg, I was very happy to find a Vapiano.
Queuing up and taking the food to the table has been abolished here (understandable eh. Covid-19).
It's a good idea, but unfortunately it doesn't help if you only employ 2 waiters and instead have 8 cooks in the kitchen, where only 2 cook and the rest is just there and the service is overwhelmed.
We were allowed to wait 20 minutes for our order to be taken.
Before that I asked a tall man with a black shirt and glasses if he could take our order, he just replied that I should wait for a waiter.
He himself just stood at the bar.
I order a pasta and my wife only orders a portion of bruschetta.
The pasta came first and the drinks and bruschetta just didn't want to be served. Only after I had to complain did the rest of our order arrive (about 15min)
I also had the wrong noodles (don't want to be picky so I just ate). Chili was also missing.
The waiter apologized and put the blame on the cooks for getting the food wrong.
Hello? Are you a team? I just thought ...
Conclusion: I always tried hard but I was very dissatisfied.

WHAT IS IT FOR A SERVICE ??????? But I took it that way. I then downloaded the app, registered there and connected the app with my Paypal account. Then I'm back to checkout because I read in the app that you have to scan the APP when entering the restaurant. But there was already another employee, who told me 2 times CLEARLY that I do not need to scan anything but I can just order my card and the app I need to SCAN ONLY WHEN LEAVING THE RESTAURANT. So I would pay quickly and easily with Paypal. I did that too. But at the end where I wanted to leave the restaurant AND WANTED TO PAY WITH THE APP. Was again the gentleman at the cash register, who gave us the cards. I told the Lord I would like to pay now with the app. He said I should keep the QR code from my app to the scanner. I did that too. After that, something did not work and your co-worker accused us IN A HIGH TIME QUOTE: YOU HAVE MADE EVERYTHING WRONG, BUT YOU HAVE NO IDEA. IF YOU CAN NOT PAY NOW THEN THEN GO BEHIND, I NOW CALL THE POLICE NOW. I then tried to explain to your co-worker that we did it the same way we explained it to him and the other co-worker. But he said: YES YES, I CALL THE POLICE. I then waited about 10 seconds in the corner and asked your co-worker if I could talk to the manager.

SO FROM NOW ONLY THE CRADLE REALIZES. The Lord replied that he was the manager. I then tried again to explain to him that I was clearly explained by the other employee that we can order on the map and then simply pay with the app.

If you can make friends with getting ready for the meal, you get some delicious options for lunch, etc. Pasta, salads, pizza ... everything was there and everything was good. Price / performance is ok, so you can take in the weekly plan.

It must be up to you to take care of everything yourself. Waiting in line for noodles, waiting at the bar for wine, cover the table, do it again for dessert, and then one last time at the exit desk. Great.
