From the first time I contacted the dealership, everyone has been professional. My family and I were made comfortable throughout the process. Personally we ran into a couple snags and there was a time where we had to ask for an update on the process. Overall everyone worked as a team to get what we needed and wanted. I'm very pleased!!

I recently purchased a Certified Pre-Owned Acura TLX at Vandergriff Acura, and I am so glad that I did. As soon as I was about to walk in to the dealership, I was kindly greeted by Yasmeen Adams (Sales Professional) who was very professional and answered all of my questions. I also appreciated how there was never any pressure to make a quick decision and end up making a rush purchase. After test driving the vehicle we sat down and crunched some numbers with Michael Le (Finance Manager), who was just as courteous and professional as Ms. Adams. Both Yasmeen and Michael went above and beyond with customer service, and were overall very personable with the entire process. Even though I could have gone somewhere closer to my residence, I am so glad that I made my way to Arlington. If you are looking to purchase an Acura, I would highly recommend purchasing one from Vandergriff Acura.

Had them do service work which was expensive, but I expected that. What I didn't expect was that they would hit me with another 3% service fee on top of it! When you are paying $3000 on a service call already, that's ridiculous. At the very least they should have told me about that in advance!

Jeffrey Brown work without hesitation through all my conditions and pressure to make this my 3rd Acura, a reality. He help without putting any sales pressure on us and giving us updates from time to time, incline towards our satisfaction. His manager Tom and Burl extend their welcome mat from the get go, helping make this experience enjoyable and possible with their level of dedication and attention to every little detail. From "lets work with that" to"let me help you peel that little sticker", they did everything possible changing our mindset about what buying a car experience should be. We loved it. This place deserves far more than 5 stars! Car shopping has always been my worst nightmare but this place has definitely put my worst fears to rest!! The moment I walked in I was greeted by Brandon who was a complete lifesaver!! I appreciate how he went above and beyond with every request that I had when purchasing my new vehicle. Brandon delivered on every single request without hesitation. Brian also deserves recognition because he was just as awesome! The process from start to finish was surprisingly quick and smooth! When I thought this customer service couldn t get any better I was surprised when I received a follow up call to see how things were going with my new purchase! With this type of service, Vandergriff Acura will have a forever customer with me!

Jeff Carter was the salesman that helped me and he was very helpful
and made sure that all my questions were answered.
I went to the dealership not knowing if I would leave with a new car or not and I did leave with a brand new Acura MDX Advance and I love it.
If you are thinking about buying a car I highly recommend Jeff Carter and Vandergriff Acura!!!! It will be an excellent experience.

I can tell you that you will not be disappointed in Vandergriff Acura! This is my 4th vehicle from them and they keep getting better each time. Brian Smith our sales person was absolutely perfect. Great knowledge and great attitude! His customer service was " World Class " and really took care of us from beginning to end. What a valued team member he is for the Vandergriff brand! Patrick Burns our manager was not only professional and courteous, but, very honest and allowed us to feel like the deal was good for both sides! These two are worthy of bringing your business to their dealership. Tell them the big guy sent you! You won't regret it!

Never going back. The advertised price did not include about $2k addons that were already on the car...IE nitrogen in the tires $180 and paint protection...we did not pay. Then F&I spent a bunch of time to show us all the wholes in the Acura warranty...."I'm NOT a mechanic so I don't know if warranty will cover reports" I got out of FI office to ask service department if true, but service was closed. This is our FIRST Acura so I had no experience with Acura warranty. This was a 2020 CPO RDX. I complaint to GenMgr, who told me the FI guy job was to SELL, SELL, SELL. I'm happy to share my experience with everyone. Bottomline don't believe anything they tell you before you arrive. I'm glad I'll never see these people anymore.

And the best thing of all, we could do all this process in our native language (Spanish) which made us feel comfortable and we could clarified all the doubts and questions that we had. We were lied to!! We saw a vehicle on line Saturday and called to inquire about it. Even spoke to the salesman twice over the phone and the last conversation was to notify me that he d located the vehicle. Upon arriving to the dealership and speaking with the salesman, he went to move the vehicle up for a test drive. He came back in with the key in his hand and told us that he couldn t sell us the car because his GM said the car is having too many problems and that it should have never been placed online. To my surprise, it showed up online today as SOLD!!! I am LIVID !!! Wasted our damn time and then lied about the conditions of the car. Stop calling my phone because we are not interested in anything else you have to offer. WE WILL NEVER DEAL WITH YOU AGAIN!!!

We have dealt with Vandergriff Acura for many, many years. Some experiences have been good, but the one we had yesterday when getting a new RDX was beyond our expectations. We dealt with Stan Bennett and could not have been more pleased. Stan had been referred to us by a previous employee at Vandergriff and we had talked to Stan off and on for a while. When we felt our time was right to get another Vandergriff Acura Stan went above and beyond. Worked with us, made sure we were happy, offered future assistance when needed and said never to hesitate to call upon him for anything. I would recommend Vandergriff Acura and if you are interested in purchasing a car...deal with Stan Bennett.

I traded my LS 460 for an Escalade and got a fab deal thanks to Chanelle. If not for her and Michael Li working diligently to get me he best deal possible, I would've gone to the other dealership. Chenelle was very attentive to my needs and always had a smile, she was very professional and although they offered me 1500 less than the other guys, their professionalism and salesman ship sold me on the car of my dreams. If I could rate zero stars I would. The absolute worst decision I've made in life was to purchase a car from this dealership. In the year that I've had my RDX at least 4 things that had been promised when I bought my vehicle did not happen. My vehicle now has a recall which no one told me about when I went to get my vehicle serviced this morning. I returned this afternoon after a family member told me what great lengths another dealership went to to help her get a safe vehicle. Well I wish I had bought at that dealership because all I got at vandergriff was insulted and no help whatsoever. I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. Just hoping I can get our of this car and will go elsewhere with my busy. Definitely not the experience I expected when I purchased a luxury vehicle.

They ended up running my credit without my permission. It s sucks having a hard inquiry that you did not ask for! They said they were running the numbers without a hard inquiry. Plus this dealership is on your butt from the moment you get there. I ve learned that if that s the case you should probably go somewhere else where you don t get harassed. Plus they call you a lot after you ve made it clear your not interested. But what really bothered me was the unwanted inquiry.

I just purchased a new car from Vandergriff Acura and it was the most seamless and relaxed car-buying process I've experienced. Thanks to Wallace Griffith, my sales associate, who created the perfect car buying experience! Sales are ultimately about the relationship and with Wallace never once pressured me into something I didn't want or kept pushing me to make a deal. Also, he came to Plano to take me to Vandergriff so I didn't have to worry about getting back down to get my old car.

Kudos to Kyna Welch - the Finance Manager - who took me through the financing process and thoroughly answered all my questions without me feeling as if I was still missing something.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Was called to have my car picked up from service & when I get there the manager said he didn't have the key or access to give me my car. I drove from Desoto all the way to Arlington so they can tell me that they cant give me my car because they don't have access to anything!!! Including the damn manager!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ppl!!! BEWARE if you have any problems with your car!! I say take your services elsewhere!!!!!

Stan Bennett was recommended to us upon the return of our RDX lease. From the beginning he was helpful and attentive offering a choice of vehicles with the package we wanted. Once we had made our selection Stan worked with us to get the price we felt comfortable with. Our next stop was the financial department where again we were treated with an honest and considered presentation of what we were agreeing too. Once the financial paperwork was attended too Stan told us the RDX was ready and then he elaboated on the vehicle features. Our experience was first rate thanks to Stan and all involved.

After the sale was complete, it turned into a mess. 9 weeks, still haven't received my license plates. 4 calls to get a replacement paper tag and I just keep getting put on hold and transferred around. No one wants to help, just push you off to someone else.

This dealership always takes care of me & my car. If I go to get an oil change or anything done to my car, they always accommodate me & offer me beverages & snacks or even a shuttle ride if I need to go somewhere while they re working on my vehicle. Even over the phone, all their employees are extremely nice. I love that. Yesterday I needed an oil change but also had to work. So I dropped my car off, they drove me to work, & then dropped my vehicle off for me at my work when they were done with it. My day was extremely busy & they have no idea how much this helped me out & made my day a easier! I love having a vehicle with Acura :)

Wow! I thought car buying was supposed to be a pain in the rear, entailing unnecessary haggling and extended periods of time where the sales representative disappears in the back to talk to the manager . I am so happy to say that was not my experience at all at Vandergriff Acrura. Logan Wilson was my sales representative, and he was so patient throughout the whole process, answering all of my questions thoughtfully. Willie came outside to meet me and to find what I had in mind. I told him I had two Taiwanese friends with me who were UTA students and were new to the area and needed good advice on a used vehicle. Willie asked about the mfr, style and price range each gentleman had in mind. He researched the inventory and found a car that might fit both of the men. He explained the car was still to go through the shop for cleaning. After driving the car, one of the men had found the price listing on the internet, and he inquired if that was still an accurate price.
Willie and Steve Crain had treated both men with dignity and respect at every level. This is something highly prized in the Asian societies. My friend immediately purchased the car at the price listed requesting only that two mechanical issues be addressed on the car. Willie and Steve agreed to that and put it in writing. The electrical power was out, so the purchase could not be completed until the next day when the car was completely ready to drive away. My friend Ming was very anxious to get behind the wheel of his new car. I have asked Willie to continue helping me locate cars for any of my Asian friends. Every part of the purchase was simple, comfortable, explained completely and all questions were addressed.
I must note that we had just come from Vandergriff Honda where the sales force (force is the accurate description) was not courteous and wanted to push a substandard vehicle on one of my friends. It was an unpleasant experience.

Excellent customer service in the service department. My Service Advisor, Cameron, was great. I'll be taking my 2019 Acura RDX there for service. I leased from a private company, so I didn't buy directly from Vandergriff Acura. That made no difference; everything was upfront and timely.

Dayshwan was great! Straight forward. Straight to the point. NO BS. Me and my wife came in with a car already in mind. Had all of our business together. Didn't try to low ball the dealership and they didn't try to shaft or BS us. We came in with a realistic offer and Dayshawn and his guys made it happen!
