I wish to explain here that since we bought our Chevy EQUINOX 2012 from Vandegriff Acura four years ago, paying monthly without a single default till date, my family has been able to exceptionally seen the public relations, customer service and ingenious expertise of one of Vandergriff Acura staff: his name is JAMES NEWMAN on the Service Desk in Arlington, Texas, USA. My family strongly believe James deserve a quick promotion and appreciation for his invaluable service to the company. We will be happy to learn if James has been promoted for always been there for every customers-being a good listener willing to offer great service for all customers.
