Skyler helped me through the car sales process, he was nice and helped me through my finance options but he did make me wait an hour and a half after our scheduled appointment that would have took 15 minutes because he was trying to close a deal with another couple. Don t juggle two customers at once, it s extremely disrespectful. He apologized for the wait. It only took three appointments to start the finance and drive home with my car. Mike in finance was amazing! Offered good service packages and was respectful.

Update on service: Every time I come in for service (oil change, window chip repair, etc.) I m greeted with happy, smiling faces and it makes me feel comfortable and at ease. The waiting room is nice and warm and you can sit there and drink some delicious espresso! When I m done with my service they either pull my car up or someone walks me out to my car! As a young woman, this makes me feel safe and give the complete impression that Toyota Vancouver cares about its customers! I will come here again and again.

I had a wonderful waiting experience. I always appreciate that I am kept in the loop regarding status of my vehicle. Your coffee is amazing -either I've never drunk it black before or it's even better now. I had a business call during my wait and was pleased to find a quiet area where I could focus - though I know this cannot always be expected.

Bought two cars - one used one new- from McCords in the last 2 months. No gimmicks. No heavy extended warranties pitch. No Scotch guard selling. No heavy up selling on things you don't need. They seem really good in an industry full of smoke and mirrors. Perfect? No but close. If you're car shopping I recommend starting here. They have some good staff on hand. If you get a rep that's not responsive don't give up try another.

I went to mccords to look at SUVs unsure of which make I would like. Vernon Bagley educated me on the differences between them, showed me ones that I was interested in without pressure. I ended up buying elsewhere but I'll definitely check out mccords for the next one!

I had an excellent buying experience at McCord s Vancouver Toyota. Kisty R listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, and then found the perfect match. I will bring my future business to McCord s Vancouver Toyota.

I will not use this location to service my 2017 Toyota Camry again. They have not been honest with me about the service my car needs; I asked on 3 different occasions and was told the "transmission fluid in a Camry is sealed for the life of the car and does not need to be changed". My wife did not believe me and listened to the phone call I had with them. She heard them say the same thing. This is not true. It would have ruined the car if we did not find out the truth: the fluid needs to be changed! We drive to Beaverton Toyota for our service now.

Deanna helped me purchase a vehicle in November 2019. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I had visited another car dealership prior to my visit to McCords and had a terrible experience with pushy and rude salesman. My experience at McCords was the exact opposite. Deanna and her team were never pushy or rude. I love my car! Thanks!

Skyler was the BEST!! We had picked some cars out on the website and made an appointment to go in. When we got there, he had them all ready to look at and test drive. I hate car shopping, especially in the rain, but Skyler made it a very positive experience and I had a lot of fun. Actually, everyone we met was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend going and seeing Skyler for your car purchase.

Horrible customer service. 1. They were purchasing my car from me. We made an appointment for 2:30 on a Saturday. I was there on time. They made me wait 15 min. 2. We sign all the paperwork and I give them the keys. They THEN tell me they, "don't cut checks on Saturdays." So I would have to come back on Monday to get my money. 3. Then they expected me to walk away with NOTHING in writing. No IOU, no nothing. I give them my car, keys sign over the title and I'm supposed to walk away with nothing but a promise? 4. They should have told me they don't issue checks on Saturdays BEFORE I made the appointment so I would have the option to make other arrangements. 5. I was told my check would be waiting for me Monday after noon, so I show up at 1:30. No one knows what I'm talking about. Someone says it will be 15 min. 25 min later, I go back to the manager and remind them that I'm on my lunch break and I've already been waiting longer than promised. He goes away, comes back and tells me it will be another 30 min because the person who writes the checks is on her lunch break. So now I have to come back a THIRD TIME to get my check because I don't have 2 hours for a lunch break to sit and wait all day for them. I complained to the manger and his apology was less than sincere. It was resentful at best. No regard for my time at all. Complete disrespect. I hope I never have to do business with this place again.

Skyler was hands down the best. I drove all the way to another state to buy a car from him, and I ll do it again no matter where I live next time I need a car. He was friendly, helpful, honest, and hilarious. If he is a sketchy used car salesman I am none the wiser.

I ve gone here several times and each time I had one of the following negligence: I made an appointment for an oil change to be put in the walk in oil change que and had to wait over two hours. Another time someone neglected to secure the oil cover underneath to where it s dragging under the car. Brought it back in and just given an apology. You pay a lot for service for them to not fill tires with equal tire pressure or the washer fluid which has been standard customer courtesy in the auto industry for decades. I don t blame the polite people who work there for the poor service but it s their working conditions. It s obvious they only care about the bottom line as if they do fill up the washer fluid, it s not to the top.

I came into Vancouver Toyota looking for a used Prius in place of a traded vehicle. My experience was great from the get go. Everyone made me feel heard and assisted.

Often, car dealership salesmen and women are pushy and insensitive; that was not the experience I had here. Shannon did a wonderful job finding me the car I went home in.

The financial team was also experienced and knowledgeable; I worked with Mary Anne. In all, I'd recommend them if you are looking for a new or used vehicle.

The techs appear to do decent work and they have a nice waiting area, but the rest of the operation makes for a pretty crappy experience. After you pull into the receiving bay thing, you go into a service department. First of all, whoever the architect of this space was, they should be fired. It's confusing, and the distribution of the spaces is clearly salesmen-centric and customer unfriendly. You often find yourself sitting or standing in a relatively cramped space while other customers shuffle around you trying to find personal space. This is compounded by the use of the mysterious "team" system. Not sure who came up with this "system", but it's annoying to be standing there waiting to be helped by someone while a person who happens to serve the "other team" twiddles their thumbs...errr...tries to look busy. You might as well put up a sign that says "we don't care about you, pleeb!". Once you finally do get to the sales person errrr, service person, you get to experience the classic pushy hard-sell that you'd expect from a backwater smarmy mechanic in the 80s, but certainly don't expect to see from a modern establishment that cares about people. Newsflash: I don't need you to change my oil, a trained chimp could do it, if you want me to come to you to do it because it's convenient, I may be willing to do that... unless you try to "push" me to do a bunch of similarly simple tasks at great cost. I bought a car here, included in the cost of that car is certain services after the fact. If there's extra stuff to do beyond that and I show up for an oil change, all you have to say is "sir, there's 3 services required at XX,XXX miles to maintain your warranty, would you like us to take care of that or will you be doing that yourself?". I pick the latter, the sales person simply notes it in my paperwork so I don't forget, and everyone is happy. If I do want them to do it, then we get to chat about price and go from there. Simple right? This isn't rocket science folks, it's a simple question of being customer service centric vs sales centric. What's even more bush league is that the hard sell appears, in my 3 year experience, to be more prevalent when my wife is by herself and I'm not there. Maybe this was a coincidence, but then again maybe it wasn't. In any event, whatever you do, don't sign up for the prepaid maintenance program. All this"service" does is allow you to pay $300, in advance, for a service that costs $215. It says it right on the paperwork when it's done. Save yourself some wasted $ and tell the salesman...errr..."loan guy" to go pound sand. Total rip off / scheme. I won't be back unless I need warranty service of some kind because these people can't be trusted with any kind of out of pocket related expense.

I got a fair deal on an almost new Toyota. Salesman was really nice. No pressure until the finance guy, but that's what finance guys are for. 5 stars are for the service department, which is very efficient and low on BS.

We worked with Skyler this weekend and had a fantastic experience! He was really fun, kind, not pushy, and genuinely looking to help us find what we wanted. I highly recommend seeing him next time you re looking for a vehicle.

My husband and I had been looking for a certain car. I saw one online from McCord Toyota that had the two main things we were looking for so I called to set an appointment to test drive it that evening. Skyler was there ready for us when we arrived It was later in the evening and we felt bad for keeping him and his team at work but they never made us feel bad. They let us test drive the vehicle, answered any questions we had and just generally took good care of us. When we realized it was missing one set of keys they went and ordered us a new one right away. Everyone needs two sets of keys you know.

We had the worst experience. Also for reference, w...

We had the worst experience. Also for reference, we are buyers from Oregon.

We had purchased a new 2017 Toyota Camry in June, and we moved shortly after. When we were aware of our move in July, we immediately reported our address change to the staff members at the dealership (four times to four DIFFERENT staff members). It had been days, then weeks, then months... and there was still no sign of our license plates. We had gone through three trip permits, and we still didn't have our license plates! Our vehicle spent more time parked then driven due to the expiration of our trip permits.

After contacting staff member after staff member because there was no sign of our plates, they finally told us they needed us to do a VIN inspection at the DMV and then come to the dealership to get our plates. We did all that, but then they didn't have the plates ready, so they said they will mail it to us when they have the plates. But guess what they did?? They mailed it to the wrong address, and now it's lost in transit. After a month of waiting and not hearing back from them, we called again (three times) and went there. Instead of telling us that we needed to do a transfer of plates, they were silent until we contacted them.

We finally got so fed up after feeling like as though our patience and kindness had been taken advantage of. We went to the dealership to express our experience to the management staff, and they didn't seem to take us seriously at all (condescending demeanor, giggling) until I had to raise my voice to draw the attention of those around us. They finally did the DMV paperwork on the spot and gave us a check so that we can go to the DMV and get the license plates ourselves. So after three months, we finally have license plates after having to do mostly everything.

McCord's Vancouver Toyota claims to commit to "complete customer satisfaction providing a timeliness, transparent, and tailored sales experience; ensuring a truly exceptional experience that not only meets, but exceeds our client's expectations; and working together as a high-performance championship team offering unparalleled service excellence." From our experience, the hypocrisy in their misson statement is just astounding. While the saleperson, Loc Nguyen, and customer service rep, Gabriella Sanchez, were absolutely delightful and helpful, the rest of the staff were lacking. The lack of teamwork and accountability between management staff and office (paperwork) staff was what ultimately led to our situation.

If you want to purchase a Toyota vehicle, I recommend going to a different Toyota dealership, such as Ron Tonkin Toyota on 122nd in Portland.

TLDR: three months, no license plates, had to get them ourselves, horrible service & experience. I honestly get better customer service at Wal-Mart.

I made an appointment for my vehicle thinking I was just getting an oil change and breaks, not knowing I needed new calipers. Money was tight and I was overwhelmed. But Shadi Batroukh took great care of me. He worked with my budget to insure my girls and I would be safe on the road. I will forever be grateful for the services he provided.

Service was fine and everyone was friendly, but when they called me back to say my car was done, they asked if I needed a ride back to the dealership. I said yes and they told me they would put me on the list and someone would be getting back to me. An hour and a half later I was finally able to get through to the dealership, only to find out that I had NOT been put on the list. They sent a lyft and that was quick. However, I was late to work and I just didn't appreciate being forgotten about.

When I was a kid I remember a guy standing on the sidewalk in front of this place holding a sign that said "Ripped Off" I thought, wow. he must have gotten so poorly treated to take all that time in his day to do that. Now here I am taking my time.

I bought a brand new car from them in June. It was a good price and not to bad of transaction did not like the closer trying to up sale me a bigger warranty then making me feel like I was dumb for not buying it, but I let it go cause I was getting the price I wanted, 8 out 10

I went in there to buy a 2nd new car today cause I liked the pricing and I was quoted on a price that I liked. Everything was fine, they pulled my car around cleaned and all gassed up, I went to sign the last paper and pay for it with the same up sale Warranty BS. Only the Price was not what I was quoted the day before. Even though the sales guy remembered the quote, they asked that I bring in the paper quote from the previous day. When I said I did not have it they told me we can't go that low so sorry and that was it. They did nothing to try to fix it, just saying hopefully we can part and friends.

They depend to much on the nickel and time tactics. Now I am losing money as I have to take time away from work this week and buy my car that I thought I has bought on Sunday. So i'm gonna check out Wilsonville Toyota tomorrow they appear to have straight forward pricing,

I took my Prius to Vancouver Toyota for routine maintenance, along with a possible warranty enhancement (inverter) issue. After the service center had my vehicle for 7 hours, none of the pre-approved scheduled service work was completed and they were still looking into the warranty enhancement issue. Very poor communication and customer service from Shadi and Grady along the way!! If, as they claimed, they could not do the basic maintenance work before they figured out the possible warranty enhancement issue, then that piece should have been addressed at the very start of my appointment time 8am not we re still looking into things at 3pm!! I have taken my vehicle here for years, although they are typically slow and overpriced, but will take my vehicle elsewhere after my experience there last week.

I subsequently had the work done at Gresham Toyota, where I was provided with exceptional service. Not to mention, the same 100,000 mile service was $150 LESS at Gresham Toyota. They (Gresham) also did not try to upsell me unnecessary parts and services. I feel taken advantage of by Vancouver Toyota, in addition to the poor/lack of service received.

Skyler is the man! I was so nervous about buying a car, I didn t really even know what I wanted and then I was super picky on top of that. Skyler just had fun with it, and applied no pressure. Icing on the cake was how he stayed super late with me to make sure I could drive my perfect car off the lot that same night! I will be returning and recommending Va Toyota McCord-and Skyler to everyone!

Jaime Gutierrez treated me with such respect, kindness, and professionalism, that I had no choice but to leave a review. The rest of the staff was kind and courteous as well, but Jaime really did a great job.

When I got a call that my wife was headed to the emergency room while my truck was under maintenance I talked to Jaime and told him my situation. Within five minutes my truck was buttoned up (even though service was not complete) and I was on my way to see my wife.

Jaime went to great lengths to make it easy and fast for me to return for service a few days later. Thank you for employing such kind and helpful people.

I had an issue with my car and when I went to get it fixed I had poor customer service and my problem did not get fixed. I came in with a tire pressure light on signal to it checked the technician said the tire was good. Right after I left the tire went flat on the freeway and was hazardous. When I came back into get a tire checked they said the tire was good again with no leaks but the tire kept on getting flat. I came in many times and my problem was not solved so I bought tires from another place as it was cheaper and when I came home after the new tire was installed another tire on the car came flat. I got them installed at vancouver toyota because I am long time customer I used to trust them. But when I came home another time came flat. I have never received this kind of experience before. You have lost a good customer Vancouver toyota as I had bought 3 new cars from you already.

I found a listing for a travel trailer on CL and another RV website that Vancouver Toyota confirmed they are selling. They told me (which my attorney sister informed me they would do) that someone copy and pasted their photos and are selling an RV they don't have. Just another scam to get you onto their lot. Dishonesty is very unattractive to a buyer.

My husband and I have been looking for the right truck for quite some time. It's been a frustrating experience to say the least-- we've dealt with several dealers trying to sell us a high priced vehicle full of problems. We were getting discouraged, but luckily got connected with Bobby at this Toyota dealership. He took all the stress away from the process. He was so honest, kind and never made us feel pressured. He acknowledged our negative experiences with previous dealers, reassured us they were different, and provided all information we asked for quickly (car fax, inspection reports, etc). Needless to say, they stand out and proved their service is above the rest. We are stoked about our new truck and feel so positive with the experience. If ever we need another Toyota, this is where we will come. Thank you!

They were patient and understanding with our situation. Amber, who was our sales person, was phenomenal and answered all my questions at all hours of the day. They went above and beyond to help us. You can most definitely trust them with your business and they won't try to just make a buck off you. Will be back in the future!

The sale went well but Still have yet to receive any information from the dealership on my finance paperwork and it has been 3 weeks. Also was told I get two Mt Hood Meadows season passes with my purchase and have yet to receive them. I ve tried calling and emailing about both issues and haven t heard back. It seems all they care about is the sale and forget to take care of their customers after the fact.

Worst customer service ever! Purchased a trailer and three weeks later they still have not processed the title. They had no problem cashing my check. But can't be bothered to send the information to the DMV. Their excuse was ... we sell a lot of vehicles. Well, then hire some staff!

Customer service is pretty good. When I bought my car here they treated me pretty good, obviously. Just make sure you ask questions on how many times they will run your credit. My credit score decreased tremendously because they ran my credit with 5 different banks. Just be aware.
