Very good if you on a budget, clean, bed too soft was sleeping in a hole. AC malfuctioned, room very hot and could not be adjusted.

Good hotel, spacious room. Park and fly package really liked. You start your flight relaxed.

Room I stayed in was spacious and modern. I can't fault it for the price. I was literally staying over one night due to an early flight the next day. I had a drink at the bar which is an odd throw back to the 70's as is the reception. It's a good 20 mins transfer from the airport to the hotel and around 15 mins the other way around. Pretty much in the middle of nowhere next to a motorway service station, which randomly has a casino. There is also a KFC, so if you fancy a decent night's sleep after some black jack and fried chicken dinner in the middle of nowhere, whilst waiting for a flight, this is place hits the spot.

Difficult to find a parking spot, bit it's free for the first 24 hours. Hotel is huge, looks average from outside but inside is very nice

Never had such a nice, exclusive hotel. Food very good, super friendly staff and an amazingly huge breakfast buffet with unbelievably good food. Highly recommended, because just 15 minutes by car from the airport. There are also shuttle that go back and forth

The outdoor facilities were rather unsightly, but the staff excel in kindness and helpfulness.

I did dislike parts of the room design, though: there are no towel racks in tge bathroom and no power outlets by the bed/night stand.
The safe barely fits a 15.6" notebook, but it's possible.

The interior design is very luxurious and almost too luxurious for the average customer; it feels odd to be in a room that seemingly screams "black tie optional" but is full of people in very casual clothing.

Great hotel for a night when you have to go to Schiphol early for a holiday or business trip. Very reasonable price including parking your car. Nice spacious room with great bathroom. Good shuttle service to and from the airport.

Well equipped for what a traveler needs in transit: a quiet place to sleep, ample parking, shuttle to the airport. And the interior even gets a makeover. So can only improve.

nice hotel, 10min. drive off schiphol airport. spacious rooms. huge hotel though and therefore one might feel a bit anonymous. very large breakfast/dining room.

Not a hotel to be considered as holiday destination with family. Nevertheless perfect for business trips and meetings. Easy access to Amsterdam center via shuttle bus to Siphol. Nice rooms and great food.

It is large and is outside the city for 15 min. There is a shuttle to the airport at certain times. The operating system reminds me of the larger dormitories abroad.

Had a Nice sit down with a collegea of Mine. Service was good and quick. Prices weer ok and it was not to bussy.

KLM booked me there because my flight was cancelled. They made a good choice even that I rather would have home with my family. Good breakfast. Room of good standard and professional staff.

A nice hotel for when you are in transit. If you want to visit a nice hotel for a week with your partner, for example, I would recommend another van der valk. Breakfast room is very unsociable. Just like a school canteen. Restaurant is super cozy. Staff gave us answers to our questions that all turned out to be incorrect.

Ideal hotel for transit or for Schiphol airport. Therefore noisy hotel. Located on the take-off and landing route. Rooms are clean although the terraces are very dirty. Spice and cigarette butts everywhere. Very tasty and extensive breakfast. Everything is there. Price / quality good.

A great house. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is a pity that the beautiful courtyard is mostly not accessible, as this is decided by the staff of the bistro.

Very well located hotel. Immediately on the highway which, however, does not disturb from the noise. As the airport is nearby, the hotel offers a free shuttle service. We didn't hear anything from the aircraft in the room. The rooms are super modern. Washing facilities are immediately in the room, the toilet is separated by a glass wall and the walk-in shower is also very spacious with a rain shower and normal shower head.

The staff at the reception are very friendly and speak Dutch, English, German and French.


Different types of cereal are also offered. For dessert there is fresh fruit, Vla and yoghurt.

As a tip: We bought a travel ticket at the airport with which we could move freely in the region of Amsterdam, Haarlem and Zaandam by train, tram and bus

Old decor, rooms don't look clean. There is no clean smell. Double room is a two single beds put together.

Very large, but still clean drinking water and quiet hotel. Located near the airport Schipol. Breakfast very varied, room very large and equipped what you need. Is recommended as a conference hotel. Despite the proximity to the airport is not much to hear from the aircraft.

Easily accessible hotel. Light near Schiphol. So ideal for parking your car including an overnight stay (around 160.00 for 2 people, excluding breakfast). With scheduled times a shuttle bus runs to the airport and back. Well-kept rooms and fairly large bathrooms. Have also eaten here in the evening. Well cared for and nice service. Then we drank something, only this was a bit disappointing. Fresh ginger tea with 4 small pieces of ginger for 3.50. More water than ginger taste! Furthermore, only plus points. For repeating vessel.

The hotel room is large, but the facilities are old and dimly lit. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, the toilet door has a lock but the bathroom door has no lock, which is very strange. There are only casinos and fast food restaurants nearby, which is quite inconvenient. Although it is closer to the airport, it takes nearly 20 minutes to sit on the shuttle bus. The attitude of the service staff felt very bad when I checked in and checked out. In short, I will not recommend my friend to stay in this hotel.

Very clean and everything super I can only recommend

We booked the hotel because we wanted to visit Amsterdam. The hotel is away from the city but there is a free service to the airport and from there you can take a train to downtown Amsterdam. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. We were also allowed to use wellness, everything included sauna steam bath etc. Swimming in the pool was also no problem. The breakfast is very varied and nutritious.

This is a great hotel with service to the airport. It's showing its age and a sprawling complex. The food at the restaurant is very good.

Spacious rooms with (unfortunately) an open bathroom area without privacy. Coffee capsule machine in the room.
Great breakfast buffet. The restaurant is also recommended.
Not suitable for a wellness trip. Only three loungers at the pool. No chair, no stool, no bench. In addition, there are no hooks for towels / bathrobes. Only three loungers in the sauna area. There are no shelves for glasses. The changing rooms are tiny.
Free shuttle bus to the airport. Although directly on the motorway near the airport, no aircraft / car noise could be heard

A beautiful Van Der Valk hotel and of course located in a very convenient location (Schiphol). But what you may not know yet? Is that you can eat very well! Steaks, Sashimi, gigantic portions, and fair and good prices. Combine this with large and modern rooms where you can enjoy a wonderful stay. A spacious hotel as a whole, with good parking facilities, a wellness area & a swimming pool. And you know now and certainly upon entering, this is a hotel that matters!

Cozy, clean, a little too big, nice environment, good food, ...

Was there for a workshop. Although the layout is somewhat old-fashioned (being worked on), the facilities are good. Lunch was tasty but we were lucky to be on time. April 5, the kitchen couldn't keep up with the demand and for many it was quite a scanty lunch. Furthermore, good for each other. I can't say anything about rooms. Ample parking. Especially behind where there is an entrance.

Beautiful and cozy slept well and good service will be back in September

The toilet loosed like a river, it takes a long time to get to reception, they change your room and the bathtub has a permanent stopper ... And I did not like the treatment either
