Beautiful Van der Valk hotel with atmosphere, cozy bar and restaurant with a good menu. Recommended for the traveler or those who want to spend the night at a reasonable price for a visit to Amsterdam. Ample and free parking.
The worst van der Valk I have had / visited. Went back in time. "Old lady who really needs a facelift" Breakfast was good, too bad no fresh orange juice. Dining room / restaurant super corny and dark. Staff nice and helpful.
When I'm on business trip in The Netherlands I always stay in this hotel. The hotel is located 15 minutes from Schiphol Airport by car and the hotel also have free shuttle bus service. It's conveniently located next to the highway and easy to go around (when have car). Rooms are good and they have a very nice wellness center, gym and pool in the hotel. Restaurant and bar are also available.

great hotel in preparation for flying holidays. Huge and busy but everything goes fine. Free wellness and good breakfast. A bit pricey and a difference between booking sites, so searching ff saves a few more euros. Due to understaffing in hotel bar, sometimes grumpy staff, wanted to order a mocktail that, according to one of the waiters, was not on the menu while we had just ordered the day before.Fortunately, other bar lady intervened.

Great staff. Receptionist who welcomes with humor and makes efforts to understand each other behind this language barrier. Room clean and top. Swimming pool super nice. Regular shuttle service. And lunch very complete and so delicious. My only disappointment was to have to leave the place to go home. Just heaven this hotel
Very nice hotel to sleep, eat and relax. The staff is friendly and helps the customer with the journey (Schiphol). In the hotel there is a shop with new technology to pay, just like at the airport, without a cashier.

By chance due to a flight cancellation, this hotel is really interesting. Reachable from the airport by dedicated free shuttle, it offers every type of service. Spacious rooms, polite staff and very helpful. Wide choice of foods at every main meal, thanks to the buffets. Can also be ordered on paper on request. Very clean and beautiful Flemish style. Great.

It's a 25 minute shuttle ride from the airport ... you can get to another city with that time. The closest food options are KFC, Burger King, and whatever you can find inside the gas station and casino. Dated.

Stayed in the 'new' block and the room was fantastic. Lots of space and very modern inside, it even comes with a coffee pod machine. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast is one of the best I've seen, it had just about everything you could want!

Just the hotel you can expect from a van der falcon. Rooms are certainly neat but this hotel is really meant for the airport.

Great location, close to the airport and hotel provides free shuttle. Anyone visiting can take advantage of the shuttle and explore Amsterdam from there. There isn't much in the area to explore, but across the street there is a little strip mall with KFC and few other fast food places, as well as casino. Room was very spacious, fairly clean. We needed baby cot, it was offered by the hotel at additional cost. Overall great experience.
