1. No money back after return, how medieval is that?
2. Item broken within 2 days and you will not get a new one but it will be sent to the supplier for assessment ... and as a customer you have to wait for that.

Large store with a large assortment of clothing, tools, lighting, garden chairs, and much more. Definitely worth a visit here. Currently set up big with Christmas items. Small minus is that there is no opportunity for example to drink coffee ...

Dangerous store when you look around. Always comes home with things that you do not really need afterwards

Lousy company and service.
Bought a battery car on Thursday. According to the saleswoman it could drive over any terrain. Tried on returning home, but not even without a child in it to burn. Immediately went back to customer service the day after. Asked to return money as it was faulty. After some discussion with the gentleman at the counter, something is tapped on the till and to great surprise I get a receipt that is too good. So now I have a voucher from a store where I will never buy anything again.

Advice; Warranty and service is WORTHLESS! Never buy anything from Van Cranenbroek, because there is no guarantee on it.

Great selection of tools, garden supplies, work clothes and decoration. Are there regularly and almost always find something. Prices are absolutely great. Opening times are unfortunately very short for Dutch standards. Unfortunately not open on Sundays.
