This review is specifically for Chloe Barner and Jim Stewart! These two people were my Angels last week!! After a scary near miss car accident & needing direction and a phone charge I was fortunate to walk into Bay Mediation office and these two were so warm. They invited me to sit down, gave me water and charged up my phone. Their kind hearted spirits and sense of humor made my otherwise stressful day a good one! Kudos to you both!! Gratefully, Deborah

Located in Sandy Springs, nice and clean area, the receptionist prevent good customer service, took me my office and get me a food paper list. There is a little cafeteria where you can get drinks and chips and etc... by the way the food was good. Thanks a lot.

Gonna sound nuts but the folks are so nice and helpful here and were able to help get everything sorted. Sounds strange but the cookies are good.

I spent several hours at this arbitration. The person heading up the arbitration I was involved in was very impartial and listen to both sides. He recommended a dollar amount that would have been acceptable by myself and would have been a fair amount. He did a fabulous job, treated my husband and myself and my lawyer like royalty. I was never insulted, it wasn't accusatory, it was extremely businesslike and kind.

Bay Mediation did a great job of customizing their mediation process to match what we needed to resolve our dispute. Bruce Barrickman worked with us for as long as it took to get our case resolved, keeping all sides calm and informed and helping us come to the best solution possible. Would definitely recommend.

Lee Wallace is amazing! I have a lot of experience and have never worked with someone I would recommend more than Lee. She is professional, hard working, and has a tremendous understanding of the way humans work. I do not normally leave reviews but I had to come on here and leave this one. Go out of your way to ask for her, she is worth it!

Victor Faenza is a tireless and energetic mediator who has credibility in both rooms. I highly recommend Victor. He is one of the best mediators in town.
