Ive been so many times to so many shows. Levels one, two, and three are best. Level three ( club level) has all the shelf alcohol all the others just beer. Free parking next to the schottenstein center. If youre wearing heels there are people on bikes that will drive you to the building.

Update: I spoke with the director of guest services, who was very responsive to my feedback. I'm very happy that they reached out to me to discuss the issues my group had while attending a concert here. However, I would advise anyone who is tall or plus size to call guest services ahead of time and see what your options are for alternative seating, because you will be uncomfortable, or potentially miss out on the show by trying to get alternative seating if you wait until showtime.

Previous review: As we rushed to get to our seats before the show started, we discovered that all of our section was covered up with a tarp and blocked off, with no explanation. So, we had to find the nearest usher and ask what to do. He said we should go to guest services and they would upgrade our seats to another section. So, we trek all over the arena trying to find Guest Services, and finally get there to find another line to wait in. We wait in line, get our new tickets, and make our way to the seats. We get to the seats, and physically cannot fit into them. My husband is 6'7", and I'm 5'9, and we are both plus size. A friend of ours in our group of 8 people was also 6'5" and couldn't fit. So, we had to leave those seats and go to another Guest Services booth to ask for handicap tickets. Meanwhile, the band I came to see has already finished most of their set. To make matters worse, our group had to get split up and we had traveled from out of town to have a fun weekend trip, only to not see each other most of the time at the Schottenstein Center. We finally settled into our handicap seats and got to see 2 songs performed by the band that I love. It was not a comfortable experience to go through at all. The alternative seating was comfortable for us once we were seated.

We just drove almost 5 hours from Virginia to take our kids to see Monster Jam! Everything was clean and lots of handicap parking (my husband is a disabled veteran) We had a great time other than one of the ladies working the event tried to rush us to make a decision about what we wanted to buy, I thought she was rude especially if I am spending over $200 on souvenirs. Other than that we all had an awesome time!!!

Not impressed with their customer service. I understand why they must search everyone that enters the arena. They do not have to comment that they were young once and know what I'm trying to sneak into the venue.
I loved the Ushers! Very friendly!

We went last night for winter jam 2020 and it was pretty nice. Almost all the staff was very nice and helpful especially with our helping the big group we had with us. Place was clean & well organized. The seats were pretty comfortable.

This was a concert for Ariana Grande! The stage was phenomenal! She sang so beautifully! I wish I could afford to go to every one of her concerts! This venue is big but not so big you feel like you need binoculars to see the performance. It was magical!

It's really not bad. They had free/ample parking, and the venue supports some great productions. I paid more for shows at other places (Express Live has no parking, no seating, and no ability to support this kind of spectacle). I have seen 2 shows here; Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Cirque Du Soleil, both were great shows at a good price.

Definitely a small special campus venue. Definitely a little dated compared to Nationwide, but there is something about the small building especially when it comes to a concert.

Great staff to get you parked, across the streets and into or out of the venue. Definitely delightful for a pretty packed event.

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Incompetent cashier charged me three times for a meal today and said each time the transaction didn't go through. I checked my online account and discovered the charges. I had four conversations with supervisors and I'm still waiting for all of my money to be returned to my account. Very poor customer service. I'm not impressed.

The Schottenstein Center is NOT handicap friendly....

The Schottenstein Center is NOT handicap friendly. I attended a concert with two individuals requiring handicap accessibility. The Schott's version of handicap parking is parking in handicap spots in an external lot, then boarding a bus to the facility. My family cannot climb the bus steps because they are handicap. One officer said very rude to my mom as we were trying to get close to the building, "You can't climb steps that only go up to knee height?" How disrespectful. We had all we could do for the police officers and parking attendants to let us near the building so I could drop them off at least on the street. You cannot drive close to the building so they had to walk up the elevated drive from the street to the building's doors. Then, when I was attempting to pick them up after the concert was over as the vehicle was parked e 0.5 miles away, it was again impossible to get close to pick them up and I was spoken to very rudely as I explained my need to get close to the building rather than follow the traffic direction. Long story short, I will never be able to attend a concert at this facility with my mother after this miserable experience.

My grandchildren s graduation ceremonies were there. 6 now have graduated from high school and had they re ceremonies here. Concession clean restrooms large enough for everyone. And it was full!

Food vendors are EXTREMELY SLOW and very disorganized at some locations. Seats should be steam cleaned. Fans NEED to arrive on TIME! Hard to watch a game with fans arriving up to an hour late. People in the wrong seats should be removed, the ushers are to nice!
