It's a very busy place. The stadium is nice but crowded. On the way to an even they have lots of people helping get in and park but they are always rude and mean. Leaving is awful there is less than half the help and people are crazy getting out of there. It needs more staff on the exit part of the event. Ohh security is great in the stadium. They do an excellent job making sure people are safe.

Not enough seating or access to handicapped seating. A women sitting next to me. While trying to go to the bathroom. She tripped on the seats in front of us. All before the show started. Terrible issue.

The Schottenstein Center is a multi-purpose arena, located on the campus of The Ohio State University, in Columbus, Ohio with 18, 809 seats. Get your tickets early to get a good seat. If you are tall, you might find that there is little leg room for you. Convenient parking!

Make sure you spend the little extra money and get floor seats, toby mac had an excellent concert!

One of the nicest arenas I've seen a show at. Tech seemed top-tier and there were mad lights. Projectors flanked the stage as well with some interesting video effects. (Not sure how much of this was brought by the act) Getting in and out was effortless and the whole place was clean. Free parking as well!

This is one of Columbus's best places to see a concert which is what I went to see there. They have many Usher's with flashlights to guide you to your seat or make sure that if you have to climb up or down any stairs they light them up for you. I have been to the Schottenstein Center 4 a hockey game and sat at the goal end of the hockey rink and even those seats we're quite good.

An amazing venue with staff that will go out of their way to help you. This place is very clean and has an easy layout. Tons of places to park and it has a lot around it for food/entertainment.

An amazing arena. This place is great for any experience! You can see almost any performance at this place. These are photos from the Ariana Grande concert that was sold out, it shows just how many people can fit in this place. Absolutely amazing! Highly recommend that you see something here if you get the chance. I have also seen The Ohio State University Basketball games here. That as well was an awesome experience and the atmosphere is great. It is built with such a great understanding for how it should be built and you can hear so much excitement in any crowed that is there. The bathroom facilities are great and make the experience so much better. Very nice with how clean they were. The food places are also great and everyone that worked in the food stands was very nice. Prices for food were comparable to other arenas. The ushers were extremely nice and helpful. Much love to everyone at this facility.

I am giving it a three because of there stupid bag policy. I got stop yesterday for having a large bag on me. I am not going another game there. But other than that I had a great time the staff where nice. The venue needs to change it.

Great place to go easy to get in and out very well-marked seeds are always good food is a little on the high side but what special event isn't

Seating spaces are tight and uncomfortable, especially over a long duration.

Arena had a great atmosphere and not really a bad seat in the house have been here for wwe and osu basketball fantastic for live events

We had a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The snacks were delicious. The venue was clean & had good signage. Parking was free.

Sucks, tickets way too expensive.Money hungry OSU is not getting ANY of my Money

Great facility. Went for OHSAA tournament and it was excellent.

Attended a fairly large concert here and the sound quality was phenomenal. Great size. Good vendors were plenty. Enough room for merchandise tables too.
Friendly staff. Efficient parking. Easily navigable.

Amazing night. Facility was top notch. Staff and services was great. Can't wait to go to another show. Michael Buble was spectacular.

We went here to see the Jonas Brothers - it was an amazing venue and concert. Loved the shuttle service before and after. Made it super easy!

Attended a business meeting at the Schottenstein Center. Didn't know they did that. It was very classy and the food served was great.

Saw WWE here and my grandson had a great time and a great view

Big fan, not really a bad seat. Free refills on Coke products if they can keep up with changing the syrup.

The best usher staff with excellent supervision. Able to pivot to assist you with any situation if you are having trouble in your seating experience. Always looking out for you. Go Bucks!

Went there for a grandson graduation last time I was there was at a Prince concert that was a few ice cream seasons past

Don't get expensive tickets for basketball in the section behind the hoop where it flattens out because everyone will stand up in front of you and then you can't see the court. Results in you watching the game on the scoreboard even though the game is right in front of you.

All I wanted was to do something nice for my girlfriends birthday, but they refused to help me out.

Big venue, saw Journey and Def Leppard. Scary high up in the cheap seats. Decent pizza. Ample parking and free!

Great venue. Easy access. Def get floor seats. Food is expensive, so eat and drink beforehand. Parking can be difficult.

When for a concert, staff was nice, parking was easy because it was directed going in and out

The show was great but the pricing is worse than a concert better have some money to blow

Been here lots of times, most recently section 223 for an OSU mens hockey game. (Our view in pic). Good seats, wasn't too crowded, parking was free a close enough. Food pricey but not unreasonably so (stay away from the pretzel bites, everything else was good). Staff was excellent. Family had a great time!

It's just ok. Seats are uncomfortable and so close together. Feel like a sardine! Acoustics are not that great. Parking was a hassel. Will not attend another concert there.

Just came from seeing the Marvel show the show was absolutely amazing

Been to the Schot to see shows and games. Great place to catch either but only four stars because parking and traffic can be unbearable.
