Awesome concert but security call us stupid because he was sitting in his car and not helping us get out safely

Came for a rally. The arena area is fine and modern, but public spaces are a bit dull and bathrooms are OK. Food options were limited and expensive.

We just saw Sugarland and it was PHENOMENAL! The venue was kept cool and comfortable the whole time!

University is #1 but Senator Brown as guest speaker made me sick, liberal hack!

Was a great arena to watch the championship for Columbus South High school!

The atmosphere was on point and it's OSU sports complex

Had a great time with my dad watching the basketball game!

Took grandsons to see jurassic world...they LOVED it. Food/drinks WAY too expensive and the nachos were stale. Sprite was water.

Saw Def Leopard and Journey there. Good seats. Great show. Really good audio production.

Saw Red Hot Chili Peppers. Overall very good. The arena itself was really warm. Not hot but it definitely could have been cooler.

Ok venue but no accommodations for parents with young children under 2. Need changing tables and place to feed children.

Went for the 90s tour concert good seats but the sound kinda echoed it was hard to here the words to some songs

Excellent place for big name performances. They have it all there. Plenty of food and shopping experiences. Restrooms are also very clean.

Seen monster jam here last year and had a blast. Really clean place.

Was having a great time at Brad Presley concert and when Brad Presley came on we were Interrupted by one of the Ohio state university Usher. Made me drop my phone and was yelling at us to stop when thousands of people around us were doing the same. Just killed the night and we left. So unhappy.

Good for concerts. Basketball games feel dead dude to the vastness of the place

Came with family to watch Marvel Universe Live. From parking to management of getting to our seats I found the staff friendly and polite. It was a comfortable and clean atmosphere and great fun for the kids. I do have to say Refreshments are overpriced I think for a lot of families that would stress their budgets just a bit. Popcorn should never cost $9 for a box that's just not right.

Very large and clean arena. Have been here for basketball and ice hockey. Friendly staff.

Rated a five just cause parking was so easy for in and out. Plenty of food options... Nice arena with space you don't feel crowded with restrooms at almost every turn clean to..

Had a great time at a recent show! arrived late, so they let us park right next to the building. I don't know if that is a typical thing, but it helped us out!

Enjoyable Arena.

I've seen numerous thing's here from WWE, Concerts, to Monster Jam.

Parking lot is simplistic and always fast to get in and both out of. It's not directly in a city area, so, access to get onto the road and moving quickly is easy. Simple lots, with good directions and managing.

Arena is fairly small and inside very easy to navigate. It's very clean, security checks always fast but through, lots of accessible restrooms. Seats are comfortable, and spacious enough with drink holders, and staff is always helpful and friendly. Food stands are somewhat limited and not always all open, which can get crowded at times.

Theres not a bad seat in the arena, anywhere you sit, for any event, youre bound to have a great view.

Highly recommend The Schottenstein Center for any event.

Enjoyed Celine Dion had the best experience because of her cause other than that probably won't have never went to the Schottenstein Center

I actually come here quite a few times a year for concerts. It's pretty much my favorite place to come. The staff is always so nice and helpful. Its clean and really nice! Love the schott!!

Great music venue that is quick to get out of as long as you are willing to take side streets back to the freeway when you park East of the venue. Parking near by runs between $8 and $20 so don't pull into the first lot you see. None of them seem to accept credit card unless you park in a garage (which are further out).

Easy entry, easy to find seats. A very laid back crowd. I have seen 3 concerts here but no sporting events, so that may be a different experience.

It's a huge place ! We watched the buckeyes vs high point. It was a great game and we won of course !

The food was terrible. Pretzel at half time was hard and tasteless. Same for pizza. Having no parking pass, we parked so far, paid 10 bucks and had slow shuttle service. Student section is are mid court and stand the whole time blocking view.

Great environment to watch the Bucs play hockey! Very cool arena

Of course it's a 5 star. My son just graduated and it's climate controlled, unlike the stadium .

The "Schott" still looks great! Fun place to see a game or concert. Easy to get to and the shuttles run well. The one nagging question is - why isn't it louder during a game? Seats are comfortable but the closest ones to the court have no lumbar support. Plan accordingly.

Christian event are nice here. It's a great concert venue!

Great concert but seats are extremely small. If you are a size medium or over, be prepared for a very cramped venue.

This was a great place for sporting events and concerts with the near completion of the renovation it now is an even better place to go. See for yourself.

My credit card fell out of my wallet and someone turned it in. The office held the card until I could get there to pick it up. Very friendly staff.

Seats to small and not enough leg room. Would have to be someone I really wanted to see to go there again although Journey was great!!!!

Went to an Ohio State basketball game here and the facility is very nice, even compared to some professional sports arenas. Everything was very clean and the lines to the restroom and food were reasonable too

The seats are too close together very very uncomfortable!!! You feel like a sardine squashed in a can. Probably will not return.

The inner workings are very beautiful. Saw Twenty One Pilots there and the staff was very accomodating and professional. Probably one of my favourite arenas.

This was my first time there and I didn't like how steep the climb was when your seats are at the top.

Seats are a bit too small and I'm a small woman. But overall a nice place.

Went to the Toby Mac concert with the family. The venue was huge and they had 3 lots for free parking plus a shuttle LIFESAVER in the cold for the kids and wife!

Not a good place for a concert! Microphones for the second act sucked. Parking is a nightmare!

Great arena for events, just okay for basketball games. Never been to a hockey game here.
