Really enjoyed it, I feel It's small enough that any seat is potentially a good seat. It is a little crowded and the food choices I think need more variety.

Didn't like that a guy who works for them was very racist to other people's of color and that he keeped asking all of us for our tickets like if we came in without paying there a reason we are seating down in these seat cause we sent lots of money to come take our kids to see Marvel Universe Live and then he was in everyone's face like hes the owner never again coming here

I went to a hockey game here and it was well worth it. There was so much action I felt like I was watching MMA on ice! Also, I would like to thank the girl that picked my daughter to be kid captain of the game. It's so awesome to have something like this for kids it makes them feel special and really made her day. Thank you for the tour and letting her give all the players a high five. She will never forget. Thank you

Beautiful arena, I found myself staring at the ceiling and lights during Skillet (Winter Jam). Seating is spacious, floor and staff were phenomenal

View was good seats horribly uncomfortable. Cost of concessions are off the chart high. Service is slow and quality is just below average.

Attended the basketball game. The Schott is a wonderful facility. Had a wonderful time.

I've been here MANY times. I would complain about the leg room but I'm usually standing and cheering so it isn't an issue... Also the security is enough to feel safe there but not too much where it's really burdensome or intrusive

Clean. Plenty of bathrooms. Eat before you get here.

Here to see Jurassic World Live Tour. Have been to the Schott for many different things and it's never been a let down. Cant find a bad seat in the house, and my frugal wife has had us in all the "cheap seats"

Attended a concert here and was very disappointed that they had a beer vendor walking around in the crowd in the dark while the show was going on and yelling "Beer!" intermittently, which interrupted the music. It was dangerous and distracting. If attendees wanted beer, they could go get it.

Parking sucks !! Have no idea where I am or how I am going to get back. At least it was free.

My daughter plays basketball for the Ohio State Buckeyes

Buckeye's Men's Hocking Team won the two game sweep 3-2 Friday (exciting!) And 2-1 Saturday. Love the band and all the free give aways! Easy parking and super nice everybody that works there! Go Bucks!!!

I paid 100 dollars each fr my 2 tickets for smashing pumpkins. I find out during show people sitting around me paid 50 or even 29 fr theirs. I went to guest services and thy said people got reseated. How is tht fair to me or other people who paid as much as me or more. Very dissatisfied.

Great place with a really good staff + red coats. They have amazing concerts and acts that come through the city. Not to mention the men and women Buckeyes!

Had a good time here watching the buckeyes hockey game. The color of the building felt really bland though and was not exciting... black and white photos and brown everywhere did not get me pumped up at all... sad really... Nationwide Arena is so much more full of life then this dump.

Very nice facility and we love to go out and support the Buckeye hockey team

Great sweets for parties and the prices for the food is not too bad.

Recently seen Travis Scott here. Real nice and clean arena. Not the friendliest of staff besides the lady's doing bag checks. Merch stands were forever long but it was a sold out show though.

I do a lot of work here with sports and events and the facility staff has always been very polite and helpful, the facility on its own is well kept and accessible to all.

Pure electricity for the Buckeyes Hockey game! The facilities are laid out well and from our experiences, all of the staff have been great.

Season tickets for basketball since the building opened

We enjoyed the show enormously. Would be loved to see more personal interaction outside the ones just the ones that sit by the court. Enjoyed the early show for kids

Do not eat at the Sear grill takes 15 to 20 mins for a burger!

A decent center for smaller concerts, but it is primarily for sporting events. It doesn't have good parking options and is not near anything.

The staff that works behind the scenes keeping the facility up and running are great!

Love this place. Even upper seats are great. Make sure you buy some fries they are the best

Saw Def Leppard and Journey. Venue is great, but parking is terrible.

Remember to rate this venue on only things within its control, from the food, staff and physical structures and quality of the factors not pertaining to other guests.
The performers and their management set nearly everything about the show, including the seating arrangement and prices.
The Schott is an excellent place for a show. You have to make sure to find the good food stands and there really isn't a bad seat in the whole venue.

The new revisions are fantastic! However, the arena is still too big to fill up on a daily basis and is in no man's land on west campus

Good spot for OSU hockey. Easy in and out. Lines are not to hateful.

We went there for a concert last week and it is a nice or Rena but I must warn you that the upper Arena steps are extremely steep. There isn't much leg room down the aisles and we had to keep getting up and moving out of the aisle for other people to get back and forth to their seats. We like Rupp Arena in Lexington much better.

Had a wonderful time the schottenstein center then the other centers in Cincinnati and I'll tell you one thing Columbus head and hands down so easy to get in and out of that place talisia find your way around plenty of good parking spaces close by it's one of the best if not the best place can I go a concert a sports event

An amazing time cant wait to go back. However 1 beer $9 thats a little much however you are at a concert.

Was disappointed. My cousin in Hall of Fame there. Wouldn't let me see exhibit. Nothing going on there, I live 4 states away

We saw Alan Jackson ! We purchased the "nose bleed" seats, but they still weren't bad in my opinion. It was seamless the way they had parking/shuttles/tickets. There was a great flow and well structured. The food/drinks were outrageously priced, but that's to be expected. The only complaint I have is how steep the stairs/seats are. There is no leg room even for an average size woman.

With my husband with difficulty walking distance, took forever to get to seat. Need to have a couple of people taking handicap/elderly to their seat area. Golf carts would work great.

We went for the PBR rodeo! Schott always holds events that are so cool. They make that money off of you. I think its cool that if you smoke you have to walk your butt up tons of step to the Terrance. Makes you not want to smoke when you get there.
