Took our car in for servicing and waited 20 minutes to pick it up only because our Customer Service Rep, Ed, was having a date and flirting conversation with a young female in his office. We had to go to the cashier and ask her to help us. As we finished and went out to get our car and leave, we noticed that we were blocked by a loaner car and I asked if he could move it so that we could leave. The young women started yelling at us, using every word she knew, and he defended her. We ll be going to another Lexus Dealer for our service from now on!!
