Not really a "Meet and Greet" service like other airports. long queue to park then given a ticket and told to walk to the office ?? long wait at office in the rain as crowd over flowed outside. same on return queue in office and walk to get your car that is not meet and great.

My car was taken for a joy ride or probably for some personal errand.
9 miles have been driven since drop off.
Be warned never use this service ever again.
Better to park it in Green car park and have a long walk. At least you will have your car key yourself.
Learnt it the hard way.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - it is absolutely dire and in total contradiction to what is expected of meet & greet parking. It would have been far easier to park and walk.
We had an early morning flight and arrived at Stanstead.. heading towards the meet & greet we joined a queue of around 20 cars to get to one man manually operating the barrier to the car park. It took us 25 minutes to get through the barrier only to have to find where to go ourselves and then no open lanes to leave the vehicle. After another 5-10 minutes waiting my partner had to get out of the car to move traffic cones so we could access the parking. After unloading the cases we then joined another queue (in the freezing cold rain with two small children) to hand over our keys to a man in a kiosk. Then it was a freezing wet walk to the terminal.
It took us longer to park our car than it did to drive to the airport (35 Mins) subsequently cutting it fine with the flight.
Don t get caught, complete waste of money and not a meet & greet service at all!!

We were left stranded at 2am on a cold morning as their staff got our return flight dates wrong, despite showing our boarding passes, clearly showing date and time.

Awful service. We were told we would be waiting around an hour before our car can get here, as it is still in lock up. It has been 40 minutes so far and no sign of our car yet.

I originally gave 5 star's, (just two months ago) but my last four experiences lately have been horrific. Rude ground staff, toilets filthy, new seating horrendous. I sadly have to use this for convenience to Cambridge. But it's like entering a third world country.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
This service deserves NO stars, i collected my car during pouring rain on a dark evening, I was in a hurry to get my young family in the car and home.
My car was strategically parked directly in front of the Exit by Meet and Greet, immediately after leaving the Exit I noticed the tyre was flat and then on closer inspection i had a smashed rear light and bumper (my car had been hit from behind).
I called Meet and Greet immediately and they said they could not help me and I had to go online and report on the Stansted Feedback Form. We were left stranded and had to independently call a tow truck to get us home.
I have since reported the damage to London Stansted Airport Meet & Greet and they are taking no responsibility for the damage. I have refereed them to the website in which they claim 'We will thoroughly investigate complaints using systems which provide accurate timings and data including scanned boarding cards and CCTV footage.' I have asked them to look at the CCTV of my car to see that it arrived without damage and left after being in their care with a flat tyre and smashed light and bumper but they refuse to take any responsibility as I didn't report the damage before leaving the airport.
The company have showed no remorse, or made any effort to investigate the CCTV in the car park. If investigated thoroughly they would clearly see my car was left at the exit for a reason, they damaged my car whilst in possession and left me with a flat tyre and stranded with my family outside the airport.

Not really a "Meet and Greet" service like I have had at other airports in the past. No one was meeting me or greeting me. After parking the car I had to walk 3-5 mins to the reception, then queue up for 3-5 mins to drop off the keys. Then 3-5 mins walk to terminal. I was just expecting to be able to drop off the car and keys to someone and run in. Or maybe I was expecting too much and it was because I was running super late. And yes I ended up missing my flight by 5 mins. No refund.

EXTORTIONATE parking prices

5 pounds for up to 10 mins then i think it's a fine after that & u cannot leave your car!

orange car park 8pounds up to 30 mins is the next walkable distance so driver can at least pop to the loo in the coach area. Or take my elderly mum up to check in.

blue car park 30mins free but it's right down the end and you need to get the free bus . it's a long walk through the first car parks then no path way

you can't even just drop someone off for a second without being charged
it's terrible.

Don,t waste your time trying to use so called customer relations service. My wife had to have urgent medical treatment so we had to cancel our holiday. I asked if we could use our meet and greet another time in the future didn't expect a refund. They didn't even have the decency to reply. DON'T BOTHER !!!

Absolute shamble of a company! Stole money from our car! When we questioned it we were told its our fault for not removing our parking change from a car only they have the keys to!!!

Told us the car in front of ours was broken down as an excuse for being and hour late for meeting us returning to uk! Which their driver told us was their standard lie when they are understaffed.

As others have commented, it isn't really "Meet and Greet" anymore - not like 10 years ago when a chap in a peaked cap and clip board met you at the drop-off lane, took your keys and waved you off. Now there's no "Meeting" or "Greeting"; all it is is that you get to leave your car nearer the terminal and don't need a transfer shuttle. The problem is that you have to queue to drop off the keys, and this can be a lengthy process. Almost not worth it compared with going to short stay or mid-stay.

Very poor service- we paid 90 pounds for 2 weeks and they drained up our petrol completely! The tank was half full when we left it but was well on emergency on collection. Our plane was 2 hours late and we had to head straight to the petrol station. Keep away- God knows what they do with your car!

Would give 0 stars if possible. We spent 45 minutes waiting for the car to appear because someone got the date *and* time of our flight wrong. The same mistake was made multiple times by different employees on the same date - there was even a couple with small children waiting. Ended up leaving almost at 1 am. The employees on shift have no power to help with compensation and all they tell you is to fill in a generic airport feedback form. Will never use again.

I had a very terrible and experience at this park ...

I had a very terrible and experience at this park in Stansted. The driver of the bus simply refused stopping for me as I was waiting alone at a bus stop, instead he stopped at the next bus stop for other passengers about 20 meters aways and when I ran up to the bus and confronted the driver, it became clear to me that he had problems with my colour and could not stop for me.
I reported the matter to the company and they told me they have people of colour in the company and could not imagine one of their drivers racially descriminanting against me.
I felt and still feel terrible everytime I think about that incident, it's a shame that this complany don't give a damn about how people are treated.

Used to like this service but took a new car and it was damaged when I collected it. Two scratches above the wheel arch. A very courteous supervisor told me the entry cameras were inconclusive and to put in a claim. It came back with a response of not accepting responsibility. It seems their terms & conditions say: '4 We do not accept liability for: damage to your vehicle (whether caused accidentally or by way of vandalism) while the vehicle is in the car park;'

Reading through the reviews this seems to be a common ocurrence. If you use the service, take an old car!!! (and don't be tricked by their false courtesy....)

Dire dire dire. How these cowboys have not been done by Trading Standards for selling something that they claim is meet and greet is beyond me. It would have been quicker and cheaper to use the long stay, plus I would not have had to go through the indignity of dealing with the cretins that run it. What more can you expect of Manchester Airport Group though!

Choose this airport for cheap flights and connection to London via direct trains leaving right from the airport.

Do not choose this airport for comfort, or arriving on time, or getting your luggage on time or being treated respectfully.

We once had the bad luck of waiting for our luggage for about 4 hours after the flight landed as they didn t have enough staff.

So choose, wisely!

Could be an expensive stay if your car gets damaged.

Initial service was good and location is very convenient for the terminal.

However after collecting the vehicle and driving home, the warning light came on for tyre pressures. Upon inspection at home it turns out that both tyres were damaged and needed replacing. All tyres were perfectly fine on entry to the car park.

The Meet and Greet customer service rejected any responsibility or liability. Their opinion is that customers should check the vehicle and complain in person before leaving the car park. This isn't easy at 11pm in the dark after a 4 hour flight with an infant and needing to leave before incurring an overstay charge.

Basically their stance is: if your car gets damaged then too bad.

I would give zero stars if I could. Tried to leave feedback on my booking with them but the page is down. Not surprising really. After being told it was 2 or 20 we finally found our car which was unrecognizable it was no longer black but was heavily coated in dust. needless to say we will not be using or recomending this service again as clearly they do not care. Although it is far from London, it has very good transport facilities in London. If you hurry, take the train, it's a bit more expensive, but it does not delay at all. If you do not hurry, and you have what you see, take the bus, which is cheaper, but the terminal is in Victoria, where you have links to both the train and the coach, or where!

The worst you can get. You do all the work for them. Got back to find my car furthest away in opal 22 area. My car had been used either for taking breaks in or sleeping in. They had gone through the glove boxes and I know it's only a bag of sweets but they had eaten them and left the wrappers in central console storage box. Is that still theft ??? Shocking service. Will never use again

On arrival back from our holiday, we phoned the Car Parking after collecting our luggage, and were told that the driver would be there in 15 mins. After a number of phone calls to and from the office and to the driver, we discovered that they had sent the wrong car! We then had to wait another half hour for our car to be brought. We were waiting for well over an hour, in the freezing cold, with my two young grandsons, with the prospect of a three and a half hour drive in front of us. Terrible service, won't be using again!!

Describing this service as meet and greet is definitely stretching the definition. You are simply paying for long stay parking, with minimum customer service. Was sent in wrong direction when collecting and wasted half an hour. Would not use again.

Never again.

Never again.
Lost my car keys in July 2017, a long wait (1hr+) with two small children and 3 bags of luggage.
When they found my car keys, advised it was in a different car park and I d have to get it. No chance! Took another 15 mins to arrive.
Complained to head office, no acknowledgement whatsoever.
Clearly too busy and a poor management system in place.

Very disappointed, arriving a little jet-lagged I forgot to inspect the car and noticed on arrival to my home some scratches, on further inspection the indicator light cover was broken and scratches on either side. The car obviously grazed something whilst being manoeuvred by the staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND...

These are the worst. I have never had to queue for so long to get into an airport car park and then it was chaos inside with no staff knowing what we should do or where we should go. Everyone was getting angry and some people even got violent it was so bad.

The filthiest airport I have ever been at. From the moment you park your car all the way through to boarding gate. Private shopping outlets seem to take much better care of their surroundings but not common airport areas. Landed back at this airport at 1:30am. Handful of desperate passanges (including myself) headed straight towards toilet facilities inside arrivals corridor. Guess what? Made us feel sick. Toilets were blocked, dirty, wet and filthy. Even the disable one. Felt sorry for couple of young children who were even more desperate for this facility. I would think night time is that time when night shift domestics team could make the most of it and give that extra good clean..

Not sure what part of this parking experience was Meet & Greet, the only time we were met or greeted was at the car park entrance where a parking attendant pointed us in the direction of our place to park. From there we had to traipse our suitcases to the Meet & Greet office, which was further than the actual terminal entrance to stand in a queue to hand over our keys to a guy behind a desk, where we were asked for our flight details, times etc, which we had already supplied when booking, then were handed a scrap of paper with a telephone number on it and told that if our flight was delayed on our homebound journey to call them to let them know (now I thought the fact that we had told them our flight numbers would give them all the info they needed to know of our return journey, seems we are to do all the work for them!)... On our return (which was thankfully on time) we arrived at the meet and greet office, it was empty which was a bonus, we collected our key and was told where to find our car, they hadn't brought it to a space closer to the office or the terminal, we had to walk in the dark and cold dragging our suitcases and hunt for it. The car had obviously been there for a while as the windscreen was misted and the interior cold.. I am not really sure what we paid the extra pounds for as it was just the same as parking in the normal parking area where we would have had to find our own car in the depths of the car park anyway, I think we just paid for a car key sitting service tbh, I won't be doing that again.

Calling this a 'meet and greet' service is mislead...

Calling this a 'meet and greet' service is misleading. We paid extra as we have a young child and wanted our car waiting to go when we arrived off our late flight. Instead, the car was parked a long walk away, and we had to trudge through a cold, dark car park at night to pick it up. It then took 15 minutes to find the exit as it's all so poorly signposted. Would have been better off booking one of the cheaper options and being taken by coach.

What a absolute dreadful service. Lazy and rude wouldnt recomend this to anyone. Takes 2 minutes to show people where to go and they rather sit on there arses it took me 25 minutes to find my car. possibly the worst customer service. Liam was rude and unhelpful with where to go. When you try and talk to people working they drive passed and laugh at single dad of 3. Go and find another carpark to stay at.

Never again. The whole idea of meet and great is to take the stress out of arriving at an airport. Que for over 30mins, to check in the car keys?!?!!!! Made for a very stressful rushed check in. We could have got the bus from the car park quicker.

After reading some negative reviews about the Meet and Greet car parking at Stansted Airport after I had made a booking I was quite anxious about leaving my car there. I need not have worried. Meet and Greet was well sign posted and easy to find on arrival at the airport. I was directed to a parking bay where I left my car and went to the office to hand in my key and book it in. The whole process was swift and easy. The car park was a very short walk from the terminal building. On my return, I went to the office to collect my key and was directed to my car. Again the process was easy and my car was easy to find even in the dark. I have to say I received excellent service and will definitely use this car parking service again. Good value for money and a stress free start to any holiday.

Really disliked this airport. Gates were very confusing resulting in a missed flight which apparently happens often.. why has this not been resolved?? Security was slow and very busy. Fees to drop off too..

I was happy, maybe because I handed and picked up the car in the evening and at night, so there was no problem with queues. Everything quickly and efficiently, without any problems.
The only inconvenience is bad signage. I could not find this car park.
