Unethical practices, poor management.
I work for a Financial Firm myself, and this company is shameful, even under the new President, Lisa Scott. Unprofessional, lacking even the slightest knowledge as transition specialists, no etiquette, poorly trained staff, terribly managed; I could go on.
Recently had a claim myself & investigation done through Chrysler Capital; PAR denied my claim, even though my attorney & I submitted an extensive detailed letter of damages done to my vehicle, attached with very vivid before & after picture of the vehicle (pictures prior to the tow company obtaining my vehicle & the second I picked it up, still in the lot, of the damages, prior to even touching the vehicle). I supposedly am now liable for the extensive damages done, that were no fault of my own. It was mentioned that I can pursue PAR directly; however, I am not sure what is more disappointing, Chrysler not fighting for their customers or an outside middle man hired, named PAR, that for no reason at all, just denied an obvious claim that they are liable for. Whom ever hires vendors at PAR, should be immediately fired, as there are apparently, zero standards required for hire by PAR; just convenience of locale. There is definitely no compliance protocol, though their site states it, and NO inspections of the vendors they hire; terrible and quite deceitful.
They have absolutely no professionalism, and car companies beware upon hiring PAR; they are extremely slow at processing simple paperwork, and your customer satisfaction and quarterly numbers will surely decline if you hire PAR. This is due to the under-trained employees, a staff that lacks the simplest knowledge of service in their field, they also massively lack the ability to take accountability for their malpractices, or whom they hire as vendors or services, or even acknowledge that they are a poorly managed company, with clear unethical practices. They do NOT exceed expectations, they lack the simple class and knowledge to call themselves, the leading transition specialist; the only thing they are leading, is your Company into the ground if you hire them!

Very unprofessional customer service. They take too many days to process release forms. I believe that they set people up so they don't have a chance to receive their vehicles

Broke my bumper on my car and is saying the damage was preexisting! That's BS!

If I could give 0 stars I would! My money, gps and daughters diamond earrings were stolen out of my vehicle! When I went to retrieve my belongings I tried to verify everything was there and the guy tells me I have to first sign that I have the bags. I sign then open my bags to find items missing. I reported the items missing and was told to contact PAR North America. I contacted PAR just to receive a response that they didn t have the items and aren t liable due to the form being signed even tho the only way to get your items to check if they are there is to sign the form. These people are a bunch of crooks. I then checked the location of my gps from my phone and what do you know the location is at this facility! So how is it possible that you have my gps, that you said you didn t have, but not my missing money and diamond earrings!? I ve filed a police report and next step is suing this company. THEY ARE JANKY AS HELL!

Pitiful wages for staff want a degree for under 15/hr no bonuses

Stay away from these people. They stole money out of my car when they repossessed it 3 days after a payment was made. They stole $400 from out of my arm rest also did not return the rest of my stuff. Very bad service. I recommend people to stay away. Looking to file a lawsuit.

My sister had a recovery preformed on her car. The bank utilized PAR as the middle man. The amount owed to the bank was satisfied in full. My sister was then told that a release form would be sent to the recovery agency within the next 15 minutes. We arrived at the recovery agency approximately 30 minutes later, no form was sent over. A second follow up call was placed. We're told that all members who could send over a release form were "in a meeting" and to call back in a few hours. We then explained to the service rep that the recovery agency would be closing in 30 minutes. You can't pull someone from a meeting and have them fax over the paper work? Your company is a joke.

Zero customer service skills, and zero empathy. That s fine. I m sure you and Chrysler Capital will be having a nice long talk with my lawyer soon.

These ass hats are the slowest people I've ever felt with. I've been waiting since yesterday and they keep telling me there is a few in front of your order. Not sure how these people are in business because customer service is not their strong suit.

Stolen wheels off my truck after it was towed, put cheap wheels with bald tires back on it my lawyer got it released before it could go to auction. Even proved the theft on my nest camera system but was still told my wheels were not getting returned or replaced truck was vandilaized as well in their custody, wheels stolen, items stolen out of truck and scratches and dents all over. Nothing but liars and bs con artists beware

This company needs to be shut down. The customer service is horrible. I wouldn t even rate them one star at all. The Manager Tyler is unprofessional and does not give clarification of anything. The reps that answer the phones are even worse.

POS people who damaged property that was brought current. Took vehicle with my wife s medicine inside. 5/3 bank utilized these dumbasses who took no consideration for the car.....damage is extensive.....will pay off this car and may PAR and 5/3 rot in hell ! Never get sick and fall behind a little. Actually I hope all involved in the recovery get an experience like they give ......

Just like everyone else I wish I could rate them 0 stars. My car was reppossed for being 1 month behind. Chrysler capital uses these idiots as the middle man who then hired out another company to repo my car. Hours before the repo had taken place I had cleaned the car inside and out. Completely spotless. I paid the balance in order to get my car back. Chrysler sent over the release forms 3 days later. PAR then took an additional 2 days to send the release to the towing company they had hired. I get to the lot my car is at. ARS towing in Cincinnati, Ohio. The lot is absolutely disgusting. The cars are all jammed packed and parked in dust and dirt (this will be relevant in a second). We go to the office and they proceed to tell us we cannot see the car until we sign the papers. We ask to see the car over and over again before signing the papers Incase of damage. They would not let us do that so we signed anyway. They pulled the car around and I was horrified. There were very large dents all over the hood. The back bumper was crushed. On the inside there was grease all over my light beige interior and my belongings were thrown into a trash bag causing some of the things to be broken. We took our pictures before leaving the lot and then sent them in to Chrysler capital. Months go by and they claim PAR north had a team review the pictures. They said and I quote our team of experts have determined the damage to your car was preexisting due to the dust particle content on the damage . Keep in mind it was parked on dirt in the middle of summer that was so dry it was very dusty. I had cleaned and washed my car just hours before they took it. My car is basically ruined and nobody wanted to take responsibility for it. I am now paying $700 a month for a severely damaged car.

This company chose a local repo company that scams people. They chose the Illinois Repossession Agency in Addison, IL which lies to hold people's cars for days without releasing them and charging them $75 per calendar day. PAR North America was chosen by Kia Motors finance. Clearly Kia Motors should not have chose PAR North America, and PAR North America shouldn't have chose Illinois Repossession Agency. We're talking about people who are struggling to pay for their cars and now we have to deal with repo/tow truck company that is scamming us and forcing us to pay $375 for having our car for less than 24 hours before we went to pick it up and they refused. It's disgusting.

They are so unprofessional and do not know how to do their job. They took 2 days to process a release and keep giving excuses about how the staff wasn't properly trained and blamed the Finance company Santander for implementing a new release process that the staff at PAR could not handle. Because of their incompetence I have to go a whole week with out my car because the took all week to process the release and finally sent it over at 4:00 on a Friday knowing that the contractor is closed on the weekend so therefor i have to wait until Monday. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!

The rudest company. They were cussing us out and all we asked was to get our stuff out of the truck.

The people at the Houston office are thieves. They charged me a fee to get my personal items . When i call the main office to verify they told me this is not supposed to happen. They told me file a complaint when i did they listened to the calls heard the commotion between the rep in Houston and i and still didn t return my money telling me there is no proof of the payment. I hope every last one of these people except the kind staff that helped me on the phone break their legs . Especially ty in complaints she is useless.

Truly a corrupt company, damaged the under carriage in my car, broke my daughters iPhone, stole our gate opener and disabled my alarm, and took no responsibility for nothing. This company believes that it's ok to steal from people and damage their property, it's companies like this that give America a bad name. stay tuned! Very bad customer service. Took me 3 in a half months to resolve a claim that should have only took 45days at max and still it was a bad customer service experience. Highly recommend not dealing with them or figuring something else out. Their main supervisor seems to be the only professional person there and that will get things done. Ever phone agent has Very poor phone experience and seem to have bad attitude, will say they will do something and never seem to get it done then will get smart with you on the phone. Definitely one of the worst businesses I have dealt with for a claim and on a Unacceptable professional service level.

They are extremely disorganized and unfit for the repossession industry. All information they give us nearly 5-10 years old. They don t know what they re talking about half the time and also give wrong information. Which in turn can get the repossession company they have hired, sued. Stay far away

I spoke with Brandon, in customer service, he was absolutely pleasant and super helpful!
