I lost my job, husband ended up having to work due to low employment cause of covid, and my vehicle got hit and was not drivable. I had taken insurance out on my vacation and neither the insurance company, the company I rented from, nor the owners would refund my trip. I was a little taken by this. They did not even offer to change to another date. I was very unhappy. I was just out the full amount of the trip. Would not rent from this company or owners again.
