The people at the vacation company are very responsive and easy to deal with. However, there is a property management company that deals with Villa Mare and issues with the property. The trash chute in our floor has been broken for 4 days, today, the pool was shut down because the pump is not working, in two days, they are shutting the water off from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Not sure how that will work with adults needing running water. Just now as I was writing this, the fountain stopped working in the ponds. If you rent in Villa Mare beware of the unaddressed issues on behalf of the property management company.
