We are waiting to be paid for a load that was delivered 2 months ago.

I am President and CEO of 47 year transportation and 3PL Companies. I have had great experience working with the DSV group. They are professional and pleasure to do business. We would recommend there service to everyone.

Dsv road inc said my trucking could not move freight for them because 7 yrs ago I backed out on a load for them I said well probably because my truck broke down And things happen in trucking I was actually working under a dispatch company seven years ago so I couldn t remember leaving them hanging seven years ago

I've worked with DSV on multiple loads and have always had a great experience! The most recent work I've done with them has been through Chris in NJ. He and his team are respectful, well organized and always take the time to answer questions to ensure everything runs smoothly on our end. They're great people to work with and I've appreciated the opportunity to work with them, as well as other account managers at DSV. Thanks guys!

These guys are a scam, they falsify reports against other companies in order to make them look bad. Not sure why they would be so insecure in themselves to have to stoop to such levels, but they do.

Nicky accounting manager is a piece of work! Her accounting department screwed up twice, first send the check to the wrong address, then last week told us they will stop the check and reissue a new one, yet that never happened. Now today she's telling me she's not going to apologize for this it's just business, and I should thank her for not charging me for the priority mail envelope she will be sending the check in. She won't even overnight it because DSV doesn't take responsibility for their workers mistake. Good to know how you guys do business DSV , we'll make sure to work with you in the future !

Waiting 4 months to get paid. Called getting the run around. Turning it over to the collection agency. I m sure their credit score is like their 2.1 review rating. I ll continue to rate them once in awhile and they ve been added to the do not haul list.

Big G's Trucking Inc has been working with DSV and Liz for more than 10 years. When I need loads DSV always come through for us, even when at times unforeseen circumstances pose problems, they are still there for us when needed. DSV is an awesome group to work with. Worst brokers of the country, the cheapest loads and they steal you the detention time.

Our company has worked with DSV for a long time and we have maintained a great partnership. In the 3 years I have worked along side multiple DSV branches, it has nothing less than great. In particular, the Charlotte, NC branch has provided nothing less than exceptional support to the Millhouse team. Viraj and his team members are always on point, friendly and helpful when opportunities present themselves. This partnership will continue to strive due to Millhouse and DSV's commitment to service.

Ripped off. Just a lying, deceiving, dishonest bunch like any other freight broker, politician or rattlesnake in the same category. I solicited a load, they agreed to give it to me. When received load confirmation, there are instructions that coincide with the description of a blind shipment, although not explicitly said, AND: a penalty of $75 if those instructions weren't followed.
As most companies, a put them on notice that we charge $100 to do a blind shipment. They received the notice and didn't disregard the charges.
At time to collect, they refused to pay the extra $100 of course.

Great broker and honest people!
We have many load completed with them and we can only hope the rest of the broker have the same integrity as DSV!

I just spoke to a broker who works for DSV ROAD INC. I wanted to book a load going from Jacksonville, Fl to Aburndale, Fl. We were not currently setup with them, and I didn t mind sending over the required paperwork ASAP, but I was told by Frank that he didn t have time to get us setup with them for the current load. I was accepting the fact that maybe that was true, and calmly asked if I could still be sent a carrier packet so next time we called and wanted to book, we wouldn t run into any issues. He rudely told me that he didn t have time for us even still and proceeded to hang up. Who hires brokers that treat their potential carriers like this? We are offering to move their freight and didn t even ask for a penny more than what they were paying. We offered to pick it up and drop it off during the time frame he requested. We called in first and had the right to at least get setup with DSV. So why were we not good enough to work with? Obviously Frank didn t want to do his job and wanted to take the easy way out. He was extremely frazzled, rude, and unprofessional. We take great pride in the service we provide, and we are completely disgusted with how we were treated. I advise other carrier companies to stay away because they obviously don t care about any of their business relationships. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.

We love working with DSV. We do business with the Clark, NJ office on a daily basis and they re always professional. When trouble arises they re always there to help put out the fires. We hope we can continue to do business together for many years to come.

I gave them 1 star cause that's the only way to leave a review. They deserve nothing. They scam you to deliver for them and then you have to fight them to get your money . Well I guess no one that has left a review really did anything to get this company in trouble for doing this but I will not stop until something is done to them to quit treating people like this . They get paid within days of delivery so why does it take months for us and they pay the lowest. So if your reading don't run loads for these people. I bet they better business bureau will do something and the company's that are hiring them

DSV Road has been great to work with. They are very transparent and communicate efficiently and effectively. Our relationship feels more like a partnership than a vendor relationship.

We booked our first couple of loads with DSV when we started. The Carrier Onboarding process was smooth and we've never encountered an issue with them. We work with their Clark, NJ office and are a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommended!! Professional from start to finish!

I have been in business for over 18 years shipping freight to and from my warehouse. I've used a lot of freight brokers and most of them I've been able to depend on them, HOWEVER, DSV Road, is the worst, poorest organized, most careless freight broker I have ever done business with. After making arrangements with a DSV Road freight broker in Vero Beach, Florida, Brian Smith, I had nothing but problems. My freight wasn't picked up. I found out later that there were no arrangements made in the first place. I was sent a BOL the week before and expected the truck to be there Monday morning but the flatbed trailer never arrived. I called Brian Smith, agent for DSV Road about every 15 minutes on Monday March 6th, but he never called back. By 1:00 after waiting 4 hours, I could only leave without my freight being picked up. I called the next day, still left messages, and Wednesday still no return call. I'll never use DSV Road ever again and you shouldn't either. I had talked the "VP" and he gave me the impression that he couldn't have cared less. Didn't care. he said he ships 1,000 trucks a day.

We have worked with DSV countless times over the past 18 years. Always pleasant easy to deal with associates. Loads pay well and in good time. Would definitely recommend.
