The staff are very friendly and helpful, highly recommend the practice and Dr Passov is extremely friendly and reassuring when you are stressed about being at the dentist. Cant recommend them enough.

When I first came into the clinic, I was nervous and self conscious. After having a few failed root canals in the past, I was terrified at the cost and the entire process which laid ahead. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the most friendly team. They made sure I was comfortable and went into detail about where my front tooth was at and what was required. Not only that, the entire team was so friendly and so helpful! I always felt so welcome whenever I visited the clinics and everyone knew me by name. I genuinely recommend the team at Melbourne smiles, not just for their incredible customer service but for the incredible transformation of my smile. It has literally changed my life and I can t get enough of laughing and smiling. Thank you to everyone! To Terrance, Eugene, Raj, Jaclyn, Alejandra and of course to the wonder woman Swathi. All of whom basically performed miracles to get my teeth sorted in time for me to be with my family.

I had serious jaw pain and already met other dentist 3 times before I met Dr.Eugene. I felt hopefuless because I'm an oversea student, had no private health care to be covered. I can't highly recommend Dr.Eugene enough, he is a genuine person and gave me very reasonable advice so I can hold it until I visit my country and get the rest of the procedure done. The other dentist I met before looked just lost and didn't mention anything which Dr.Eugene found out immediately! I'd definitely recommend him to my friends and am willing to go again if I have issues.
I want to express my sincere appreciation for the promptness and professional care given to me and my family by Dr. Evgeny (Eugene) Passov. He is very passionate and has a very broad skill-set, experience and deep level of expertise. His attitude and interpersonal skills allow him to take care of little children, even if it is about a complex and potentially painful procedure. Personally, I had an intricate condition and expected expensive, long and agonisingly painful treatment. After checking a multitude of possible solutions, an optimal route was chosen. Now my implants are in place. The whole thing went smooth and flawlessly. I have never received that personal and professional approach in my life.

I had a bit of a drama chipping my front tooth, called the clinic and was booked in at the same day! He is highly professional and has great sense of humour which I think are the most important qualities the dentist should have - he did a great job and I was feeling relaxed through the entire procedure.
Not my usual dentist but still fitted me in on short notice after suffering a major broken tooth. Great service, lovely caring dentist. Highly recommended.
No one likes having drills in their mouth. But if one is faced with no choice, having that drill in Eugene's hand is a good choice. Having been here 4 times now for a root canal and crown, I'm pretty comfortable to say Eugene is my dentist of choice. Considering the work that's been done for me, if I could find a better price, I'd probably start doubting the quality of work. During my treatments a couple of surprises were found requiring extra work. One came free and the other discounted. Yes, I recommend this place. It's also very close to the train station!
I am a long term patient at Melbourne Centre for Dentistry. The treatment provided was excellent and very good value for money. The dentists and all the staff at the clinic were very friendly especially with my young ones and allayed all fears of a dental procedure. State of the art equipment, highly competent, professional, honest and caring doctor Eugene Passov (he is taking care of our family including children for several years already in his Ferntree Gully centre), competitive prices deserve not less than 5 stars. I warmly recommend this dental clinic.
P.S Especially I would like to mention that Eugene is really great with kids and they don't have any fear of dentist at all after the visits.

Dr Eugene Passov is the best kids dentist! He is the only one who had earned trust of my 5 year old and my son allowed to treat his decayed tooth with no issues whatsoever. Dr Eugene offered happy gas to make the treatment more pleasant, he was very thorough with explanations of all the procedures, he also has a great sense of humour and he finds common language with kids easily. I can't recommend him highly enough.
