I just spoke to a broker who works for DSV ROAD INC. I wanted to book a load going from Jacksonville, Fl to Aburndale, Fl. We were not currently setup with them, and I didn t mind sending over the required paperwork ASAP, but I was told by Frank that he didn t have time to get us setup with them for the current load. I was accepting the fact that maybe that was true, and calmly asked if I could still be sent a carrier packet so next time we called and wanted to book, we wouldn t run into any issues. He rudely told me that he didn t have time for us even still and proceeded to hang up. Who hires brokers that treat their potential carriers like this? We are offering to move their freight and didn t even ask for a penny more than what they were paying. We offered to pick it up and drop it off during the time frame he requested. We called in first and had the right to at least get setup with DSV. So why were we not good enough to work with? Obviously Frank didn t want to do his job and wanted to take the easy way out. He was extremely frazzled, rude, and unprofessional. We take great pride in the service we provide, and we are completely disgusted with how we were treated. I advise other carrier companies to stay away because they obviously don t care about any of their business relationships. I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.
